Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种在玻璃密闭罐中可以发出不断变幻光芒的闪光彩虹蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体、电子发光芯、玻璃密闭罐。蜡烛本体灌注于玻璃密闭罐内,电子发光芯置于蜡烛本体内;电子发光芯包括:逻辑芯片电路、光敏元件、纽扣电池和发光二极管组成。由烛芯点燃后的烛光,通过塑料光纤触发电子发光芯中的光敏元件,接通电源,为发光二极管供电发光;同时,电路中的逻辑芯片保证各色发光二极管按序依次发光,造成整个玻璃密闭罐发出多变化多色彩的绚丽光芒。

【技术领域】:
本实用新型涉及一种日常生活中使用的蜡烛。
【背景技术】:
日常生活中使用的蜡烛原本是一种点燃烛芯发光的照明灯具,但随着电光源的普遍使用,其照明功能逐步淡化,人们对蜡烛的需求转为观赏或增加情趣,于是出现了一些具有观赏性、装饰性、娱乐性的蜡烛,如在授权号为02233525.0的中国专利中,披露了一种具有闪烁发光功能的蜡烛,这种闪光蜡烛包括蜡烛本体和底盘,蜡烛本体设置在底盘上,其中底盘包括盘体、集成电路、电源和发光二极管,集成电路、发光二极管设置在盘体上,还用一条铝箔燃芯作为发光电路的开关。在点燃时,这种闪光蜡烛有闪烁发光的功能,但其结构是须有底盘,须将发光电路设置在底盘的盘体上,因此结构单一;其所用铝箔燃芯由两条条状铝箔中间夹一层绝缘材料组成,与线燃芯同向平行设置,靠线燃芯的燃烧熔化铝箔燃芯内的绝缘材料,使两条状铝箔贴合而形成导通状态,使发光电路发光,因此这种闪光蜡烛在燃烧时,铝箔一直残留在燃烧端面上,影响了其观赏性与装饰性;在蜡烛被熄灭后,由于条状铝箔仍然贴合在一起,发光电路仍然在工作,此时必须人为拨开条状铝箔才能使发光电路停止工作,使用及其不方便。与一般蜡烛一样,这种蜡烛在燃烧时,熔化的烛蜡会滴出来,污染台面,同时造成浪费。
【发明内容】:
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决以上问题,提供一种形状结构多样化、使用方便的闪光蜡烛,除具有通用的照明功用外,还具有能发出多变化多彩色的彩虹光芒的效果,集实用、装饰、趣味和观赏于一身。
本实用新型实现上述目的的方案是:一种闪光彩虹蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体3,还包括电子发光芯6,所述电子发光芯6被设置于蜡烛主体3内。
上述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,还包括塑料光纤,设置在蜡烛本体3内,与蜡烛线燃芯1并行,其一端与电子发光芯6相连接。电子发光芯6包括控制电路、电源和发光二极管5,电源与控制电路电连接,控制电路与发光二极管5电连接,用于控制发光二极管5的发光次序。电子发光芯6还包括光触发开关电路,跨接于所述控制电路与电源之间,用于控制电源的通断。光触发开关电路包括光敏开关,跨接于的控制电路与电源之间,所述光敏开关的受光窗口与所述塑料光纤的一端相连接,用于触发所述光敏开关的导通或截止;所述光敏开关可采用光敏电阻。塑料光纤可以被包覆于蜡烛线燃芯内或与蜡烛线燃芯贴合在一起。
上述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,还包括透明容器,蜡烛本体被容纳于所述透明容器内;透明容器可采用玻璃密闭罐。
采用以上方案的有益效果是:
由于不采用底盘盘体的结构,不须将电子元器件设置在底盘盘体上,仅须将电子发光芯包覆在蜡烛本体内,故其结构形状不易受底盘盘体的限制,容易实现产品结构形状多样化。
由于采用光触发开关电路作为电子发光芯的开关,直接用烛光控制电子发光芯的通断,不须人为操作发光二极管的关断,使用方便;其塑料光纤随着线燃芯的燃烧而燃烧,不会残留在蜡烛燃烧端面上,不会影响其观赏性、装饰性;还可以将其与玻璃密闭罐结合为一体,由于玻璃罐自身在烛芯点亮的同时也能发出多变化多彩色的光芒,所以更具有观赏性、装饰性和趣味性;另外采用玻璃密闭罐不会致使燃烧时熔化的烛蜡滴到台面、污染环境,又充分利用烛蜡,不浪费。

【具体实施方式】:
下面结合附图通过具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型的闪光彩虹蜡烛,由线燃芯1、蜡烛本体3、塑料光纤2、玻璃密闭罐4、和电子发光芯6组成。蜡烛本体3灌注于玻璃密闭罐4中,电子发光芯置于蜡烛本体内。电子发光芯6包括:控制电路、光敏电阻、纽扣电池和发光二极管5;塑料光纤顺烛芯顶端一直平行下伸到电子发光芯中,连接光敏三极管的受光窗口,发光二极管均布在电子发光芯的顶部或四周,环烛芯布设并与控制电路相联。
本实用新型的电路启动和关闭都由塑料光纤能否采集到线燃芯光源来控制。如图2所示,塑料光纤一端顺着线燃芯随着线燃芯一起燃烧,光信号沿光纤传输到另一端,采集光源触发光敏元件启动或关闭电路,控制电路指令发光二极管按编辑的逻辑程序按序依次发光,发光二极管的颜色不同,开关的时间不同,可以组合出多种不同的色彩,使整个玻璃密闭罐产生彩虹光芒的效果。电路和发光二极管由纽扣电池提供电源。由于采用了专用塑料光纤,在燃烧中无味无烟,不会造成污染,符合环保要求。
本实施例中的控制电路可以是电子开关电路、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)等。
本实用新型的闪光彩虹蜡烛在未使用时,由于塑料光纤没有采集到光信号,光敏电阻未被触发导通,因此电子发光芯的发光二极管不发光闪烁。而当本实用新型的闪光彩虹蜡烛在使用时,蜡烛的线燃芯点燃,塑料光纤同时燃烧,光信号沿着光纤传输到光敏三极管,触发三极管导通,整个电子发光芯工作,各色发光二极管按一定次序点亮、熄灭,形成蜡烛本体颜色不停变换闪烁的效果。当熄灭燃烧的蜡烛时,线燃芯熄灭,塑料光纤传导的光信号消失,光敏电阻截止,电子发光芯电源断开,发光二极管停止发光;无须再人为断开其电源,使其停止工作。

Claims (9)

1、一种闪光彩虹蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体(3),其特征在于:还包括电子发光芯(6),所述电子发光芯(6)被设置于所述蜡烛主体(3)内。
2、如权利要求1所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:还包括塑料光纤,所述塑料光纤设置在蜡烛本体(3)内,与蜡烛线燃芯(1)并行,其一端与所述电子发光芯(6)相连接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述电子发光芯(6)包括控制电路、电源和发光二极管(5),所述电源与控制电路电连接,所述控制电路与发光二极管(5)电连接,用于控制发光二极管(5)的发光次序。
4、如权利要求3所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述电子发光芯(6)包括光触发开关电路,跨接于所述控制电路与电源之间,用于控制电源的通断。
5、如权利要求4所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述光触发开关电路包括光敏开关,跨接于控制电路与电源之间,所述光敏开关的受光窗口与所述塑料光纤的一端相连接,用于触发所述光敏开关的导通或截止。
6、如权利要求2或4或5中任一顶所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述塑料光纤被包覆于蜡烛线燃芯内或与蜡烛线燃芯贴合在一起。
7、如权利要求5所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述光敏开关是光敏电阻。
8、如权利要求1、2、4、5、6中任一顶所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:还包括透明容器,所述蜡烛本体被容纳于所述透明容器内。
9、如权利要求8所述的闪光彩虹蜡烛,其特征在于:所述透明容器是玻璃密闭罐。
