本实用新型涉及办公设备领域,特别涉及办公碎纸机安全控制技术领域,具体是指一种碎纸机触碰安全装置。
背景技术
现代生活和工作中,各种各样的办公自动化设备越来越多,而其中最为常见的就是碎纸机,用来粉碎文件资料,保护商业机密。目前,碎纸机已进入家庭,一般碎纸机在未切断电源或拨掉电源线之前都处于自动感应状态,入纸口感应到有物体放入后就自动开始工作,将物体卷入、切割,但是由于碎纸机本身是一种粉碎机械设备,其碎纸机械部件具有一定的危险性,如果人们在使用过程中不注意,则很容易造成意外伤害,而且现有的碎纸机的进纸口并没有其它保护部件,无法防止其它物品甚至身体部位进入其中,而一旦发生这些情况,不但有可能损坏碎纸机,更为严重的是甚至可能会对人造成伤害,因而无法达到安全效果,尤其不能防止小孩或宠物随便开动机器,这样就给人们的办公带来了一定的安全隐患。
在现有技术中,已经出现了一种具有人体触摸检测功能的碎纸机,请参阅图1的电路原理所示,其中,各元器件的功能如下:
●SW2为极性转换开关,可使市电电源的火线与地线互换。
●电阻R12、R13、电容C3、C2、二极管D11、D12、D13、D14、D15、D6组成继电器供电电源(24V)电路。
●二极管D6、D7、电容C1组成电压检测芯片U1的供电电源电路。其中电源的正极是市电的火线。
●继电器开关RLY-1、二极管D2、三极管Q1、电阻R5、R27、R6、光耦合器件U5组成一个机器运行供电电路。
●二极管D1、D8、D21、温控指示灯(橙色)、三极管Q4、电阻R4、R14、R11、马达温控开关组成一个温控指示电路。
●保险丝F1、开关RLY1、马达、功能开关、马达温控开关组成一个马达运行电路,马达运转方向由功能开关所处位置确定。
●电源、电阻R7、R1、R9、R2、R8、R10、二极管D20、D16、D4、D5、D9、D10三极管Q2、Q3、电压检测芯片U1的第5足组成LED灯指示电路。
●面板金属部分、电阻R20、R19、R21、R22、电容C8、二极管D19、D17组成一个触摸检查电路。
其中当功能开关置于非关闭位置时,桶与机器分离,磁簧开关断开,电压检测芯片U1的第1足检测到磁簧开关断开的信号,电压检测芯片U1的第5足输出高电平,Q3、Q2截止。电源指示灯、R7、触摸指示灯、R8、D9、马达温控开关组成一个回路。电源指示灯、触摸指示灯亮。同时U1的6足输出高电平,三极管因无基极正向导通电压而不工作,机芯不运转。当桶与机器为一体时(即磁簧开关闭合),U1的第5足为低电平,Q3、Q2导通,电源指示灯亮,同时U1的第6足为低电平,Q1导通。继电器吸合。当功能开关处于反转位置时,机芯反转。功能开关处于碎纸位置时,机器碎纸(有入纸信号时),机器处于待机状态(无入纸信号时)。当机器正处于工作状态时,如人手、金属物件、动物接触到机器上盖的金属部分时,市电通过R21、R19、R20通过人体或金属、动物形成回路,U1的第8足为低电平,U1的第5、6足立即为高电平:
●U1的第6足为高电平时,Q1截止,供电电源断开,马达停止运行。
●U1的第5足为高电平时,Q2、Q3截止,触摸保护指示灯(橙色)亮。
●当人手、金属物件、动物与机器上盖的金属部分分离时,机器立即恢复正常。
当功能开关处于关闭位置时,机器不工作。
其中,由于在碎纸机入纸口部位设置有导电触摸面板,并利用人体对交流电(市电)的导通特性,对电路实行控制,来达到触摸保护的目的,同时由于市电经过二个2.2M欧的电阻,减小了通过人体的电流,从而不会对人体造成伤害。但是这种技术中,需要采用灵敏的电压检测集成电路元器件对导电触摸面板的状态进行实时监控,因此对该集成电路元器件本身运行的稳定性和灵敏性具有很高的要求,而如果由于长期使用造成电路老化,往往会使其减弱甚至丧失检测功能;同时虽然具有两个大阻值的电阻来进行限流保护,但是在环境潮湿等复杂情况下,往往会使其电阻保护失去效力,从而造成人体直接接触市电的火线,导致电击,严重的情况下还会危急生命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服了上述现有技术中的缺点,提供一种利用人体生物电来进行实时检测监控、控制过程安全灵敏、电路结构简单、工作性能稳定可靠、适用范围较为广泛的碎纸机触碰安全装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型的碎纸机触碰安全装置具有如下构成:
该碎纸机触碰安全装置,包括碎纸机械部件、功能电路和设置于碎纸机入纸口处的导电触摸面板,所述的功能电路包括电源单元、电机驱动电路单元、控制电路单元和触摸检测电路单元,所述的控制电路单元通过电机驱动电路单元与碎纸机械部件相连接,且该控制电路单元通过触摸检测电路单元与导电触摸面板相连接,所述的电源单元分别与所述的控制电路单元和电机驱动电路单元相连接,其主要特点是,所述的触摸检测电路单元包括生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路,所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输入控制端与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,该控制开关电路的输出端与所述的接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接,该接地开关电路的输出端与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的生物电压控制开关电路为一开关晶体管电路。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的生物电压控制开关电路包括第一开关三极管,该第一开关三极管的基极通过第一电阻与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,且该基极通过并联有第一电容的第二电阻接地,该第一开关三极管的集电极与电源相连接,其发射极通过并联有第二电容的第三电阻接地,且该发射极与接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的第一开关三极管的集电极通过并联的电源指示发光二极管和触摸指示发光二极管连接于电源。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的接地开关电路为一开关晶体管电路。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的接地开关电路包括第二开关三极管,该第二开关三极管的基极连接于所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输出端,该第二开关三极管的发射极接地,其集电极与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的第二开关三极管的集电极通过第四电阻与电源相连接,且该集电极通过一光耦合器件与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制电路单元还连接有一入纸检测电路单元,所述的入纸检测电路单元包括一发光二极管和一光敏二极管,所述的发光二极管的发光部位与光敏二极管的感光部位位置相对应,且分别设置于碎纸机入纸通道的相对侧壁上。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制电路单元还连接有一过载保护电路单元。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制单元还连接有一电机反转检测电路单元。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的电源单元包括电源接口电路、安全开关、保险丝、控制开关、控制电路电源电路和碎纸功能开关,所述的电源接口电路依次通过安全开关、保险丝、控制开关和碎纸功能开关与所述的电机驱动电路单元相连接,所述的保险丝通过控制电路电源电路和所述的控制电路单元相连接。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制开关为继电器开关。
采用了该实用新型的碎纸机触碰安全装置,由于采用了依次级联的生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路,该生物电压控制开关电路的输入控制端与碎纸机入纸口的导电触摸面板相连接,该控制开关电路的输出端与所述的接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接,该接地开关电路的输出端与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接,从而当人体接触到该导电触摸面板时,由于人体的生物电作用使得该生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路均导通,从而控制该控制电路单元无法工作,此时即使电源开关打开,碎纸机械部件仍然不会工作,从而保护了人体免受意外伤害,实现了实时安全检测监控;同时整个控制过程安全灵敏,电路结构简单,碎纸机的工作性能稳定可靠,避免了各种意外情况的发生,操作方便,符合人们使用习惯,适用范围较为广泛,给人们的正常工作带来了一定的安全保障。

请参阅图2至图4所示,该碎纸机触碰安全装置,包括碎纸机械部件1、功能电路和设置于碎纸机入纸口处的导电触摸面板,所述的功能电路包括电源单元、电机驱动电路单元2、控制电路单元3和触摸检测电路单元4,所述的控制电路单元3通过电机驱动电路单元2与碎纸机械部件1相连接,且该控制电路单元3通过触摸检测电路单元4与导电触摸面板相连接,所述的电源单元包括电源接口电路81、安全开关82、保险丝83、控制开关84、控制电路电源电路85和碎纸功能开关86,该控制开关84为继电器开关,该安全开关82为门开关,所述的电源接口电路81依次通过安全开关82、保险丝83、控制开关84和碎纸功能开关86与所述的电机驱动电路单元2相连接,且所述的保险丝83通过控制电路电源电路85和所述的控制电路单元3相连接,其中,所述的触摸检测电路单元4包括生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路,所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输入控制端与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,该控制开关电路的输出端与所述的接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接,该接地开关电路的输出端与所述的控制电路单元3的输入控制端相连接。

再请参阅图4所示,在本实用新型的第二种实施例中,该生物电压控制开关电路包括第一开关三极管Q3,该第一开关三极管Q3的基极通过串联的电阻R6和R7与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,且该基极通过并联有第一电容C3和二极管D4的第二电阻R8接地,该第一开关三极管Q3的集电极通过并联的电源指示发光二极管和触摸指示发光二极管LED3与电源VCC相连接,其发射极与接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接。
其中,该接地开关电路为一开关晶体管电路,其中包括第二开关三极管Q2,该第二开关三极管Q2的基极连接于所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输出端,也即为第一开关三极管Q3的发射极,该第二开关三极管Q2的发射极接地,其集电极与所述的控制电路单元3的输入控制端相连接。
同时,在本实用新型中,该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制电路单元3还连接有一入纸检测电路单元5,在图3中,所述的入纸检测电路单元5包括一发光二极管IT1和一光敏二极管IR1,所述的发光二极管IT1的发光部位与光敏二极管IR1的感光部位位置相对应,且分别设置于碎纸机入纸通道的相对侧壁上。
该碎纸机触碰安全装置的控制电路单元3还连接有一过载保护电路单元6、一电机反转检测电路单元7。
在实际应用当中,电机驱动电路单元2一端与所述控制电路单元3电性连接,另一端与所述碎纸机械部件1电性连接,用于驱动碎纸机械装置工作;所述的电机反转检测电路单元7一端与所述控制电路单元3电性连接,另一端与所述碎纸机械部件1电性连接,用于检测反转信号并将该反转信号传输给上述控制电路单元3从而由控制电路单元3控制碎纸机械部件1反转;入纸检测电路单元5一端与所述控制电路单元3电性连接,另一端与上述控制电路电源相连,用于检测入纸信号,当纸进入上述碎纸机械部件1的入口时,所述入纸检测电路单元5传输入纸信号给上述控制电路单元3,经控制电路单元3处理后,上述电机驱动电路单元2导通并带动碎纸机械部件1工作。
再请参阅图5所示,机器在碎纸过程中,如出现人体触碰到入纸口的触摸面板时,人体信号经触摸检测电路单元4处理后,输入控制电路单元3,控制电路单元3切断电机驱动信号,碎纸机停止,达到人体触碰自动停机功能。而在人体未触碰到入纸口的触摸面板时,控制电路单元3会控制电机驱动电路单元2,从而控制碎纸机械部件1正常运转。
再请参阅图3所示,本实用新型的第一种实施例中,该碎纸机具有以下功能:
●过载
●光控碎纸
●碎纸、关闭、反转功能
●人体触碰自动停机。
在控制电路的电源电路中,采用阻容降压,以市电电源的火线经过电阻R1、R2、电容C1、C2、二极管D5、D6、稳压二极管ZD1、提供24V的低压控制电路电源。该控制电路的电源正极与零线的电位差是24V,远小于人体通过的安全电压,不会对人、动物造成伤害。人体触摸面板处理的电源电路,采用桥式整流电路,再经稳压、滤波电路,提取12V的直流电源。其电路由:二极管D1~D4,稳压二极管ZD2、电阻R12、电容C3组成
人体触碰金属部分经一个电阻(1MΩ)与三极管Q4的基极相连,利用人体静电干扰,使三极管Q2、Q4工作。Q3截止,切断马达电源;使碎纸机达到人体触碰自动停机功能。

其中的触摸自动停机工作原理如下:
(1)当机器处于碎纸或反转状态时,人体触摸到面板金属部分,电阻R7、R6、R8、二极管D4、电容C3组成三极管基极供电路,三极管Q3导通、三极管Q2因有基极电压而导通。三极管Q2导通后,其集电极电压降低,触摸指示灯、电阻R5构成通电回路,触摸指示灯亮。Q5的基极电压因二极管D16的导通而降低,机器处于反转状态时,三极管Q5因基极电压降低而截止,机器停止工作。如机器处于碎纸状态时,因二极管D15的导通而使三极管Q1基极电压降低,三极管Q1截止,继电器断开,机器停止工作。达到安全保护。
(2)机器因人体触摸而停止,人体与机器分离后,三极管Q3因无基极导通电压而截止,机器则恢复正常工答。
电源指示电路的工作原理如下:

采用了该实用新型的碎纸机触碰安全装置,由于采用了依次级联的生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路,该生物电压控制开关电路的输入控制端与碎纸机入纸口的导电触摸面板相连接,该控制开关电路的输出端与所述的接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接,该接地开关电路的输出端与所述的控制电路单元3的输入控制端相连接,从而当人体接触到该导电触摸面板时,由于人体的生物电作用使得该生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路均导通,从而控制该控制电路单元3无法工作,此时即使电源开关打开,碎纸机械部件1仍然不会工作,从而保护了人体免受意外伤害,实现了实时安全检测监控;同时整个控制过程安全灵敏,电路结构简单,碎纸机的工作性能稳定可靠,避免了各种意外情况的发生,操作方便,符合人们使用习惯,适用范围较为广泛,给人们的正常工作带来了一定的安全保障。
在此说明书中,本实用新型已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本实用新型的精神和范围。因此,说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。
Claims (12)
1、一种碎纸机触碰安全装置,包括碎纸机械部件、功能电路和设置于碎纸机入纸口处的导电触摸面板,所述的功能电路包括电源单元、电机驱动电路单元、控制电路单元和触摸检测电路单元,所述的控制电路单元通过电机驱动电路单元与碎纸机械部件相连接,且该控制电路单元通过触摸检测电路单元与导电触摸面板相连接,所述的电源单元分别与所述的控制电路单元和电机驱动电路单元相连接,其特征在于,所述的触摸检测电路单元包括生物电压控制开关电路和接地开关电路,所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输入控制端与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,该控制开关电路的输出端与所述的接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接,该接地开关电路的输出端与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的生物电压控制开关电路为一开关晶体管电路。
3、根据权利要求2所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的生物电压控制开关电路包括第一开关三极管,该第一开关三极管的基极通过第一电阻与所述的导电触摸面板相连接,且该基极通过并联有第一电容的第二电阻接地,该第一开关三极管的集电极与电源相连接,其发射极通过并联有第二电容的第三电阻接地,且该发射极与接地开关电路的输入控制端相连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的第一开关三极管的集电极通过并联的电源指示发光二极管和触摸指示发光二极管连接于电源。
5、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的接地开关电路为一开关晶体管电路。
6、根据权利要求5所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的接地开关电路包括第二开关三极管,该第二开关三极管的基极连接于所述的生物电压控制开关电路的输出端,该第二开关三极管的发射极接地,其集电极与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的第二开关三极管的集电极通过第四电阻与电源相连接,且该集电极通过一光耦合器件与所述的控制电路单元的输入控制端相连接。
8、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的控制电路单元还连接有一入纸检测电路单元,所述的入纸检测电路单元包括一发光二极管和一光敏二极管,所述的发光二极管的发光部位与光敏二极管的感光部位位置相对应,且分别设置于碎纸机入纸通道的相对侧壁上。
9、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的控制电路单元还连接有一过载保护电路单元。
10、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的控制单元还连接有一电机反转检测电路单元。
11、根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的电源单元包括电源接口电路、安全开关、保险丝、控制开关、控制电路电源电路和碎纸功能开关,所述的电源接口电路依次通过安全开关、保险丝、控制开关和碎纸功能开关与所述的电机驱动电路单元相连接,所述的保险丝通过控制电路电源电路和所述的控制电路单元相连接。
12、根据权利要求11所述的碎纸机触碰安全装置,其特征在于,所述的控制开关为继电器开关。
