Claims (51)

  1. Einkaufssystem für speicherbaren Medieninhalt, das einen ersten Speicher; und einen ersten Prozessor, der mit dem ersten Speicher für das Herunterladen eines speicherbaren Medieninhalts in einer von einer Vielzahl verschiedener Herunterladezeiten für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts konfiguriert ist, umfasst.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor die Bandbreite für die Übertragung des speicherbaren Medieninhalts entsprechend einer Serie periodischer Zeitpläne, die auf früherem Bandbreitenverbrauch basieren, zuteilt.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor die Bandbreite für die Übertragung des speicherbaren Mediums entsprechend einer Serie vorkonfigurierter Zeitpläne zuteilt, die entsprechend dem laufenden Bandbreitenverbrauch ausgeführt werden.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor konfiguriert ist, um den speicherbaren Medieninhalt zu verschlüsseln.
  5. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt mit einer höheren Bitgeschwindigkeit als der Echtzeit-Wiedergabegeschwindigkeit des speicherbaren Medieninhalts herunterladet.
  6. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt mit einer geringeren Bitgeschwindigkeit als der Echtzeit-Wiedergabegeschwindigkeit des speicherbaren Medieninhalts herunterladet.
  7. System nach Anspruch 1, das weiters einen zweiten Speicher umfasst, der konfiguriert ist, um den speicherbaren Medieninhalt zwischen zu speichern, einem ersten Speichergerät, das mit dem zweiten Speicher elektrisch verbunden ist, einem zweiten Speichergerät, das mit dem zweiten Speicher elektrisch verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät konfiguriert ist, um den speicherbaren Medieninhalt auf einem von einer Vielzahl von tragbaren Medien unbegrenzt zu speichern, und der zweite Prozessor durch den zweiten Speicher konfiguriert ist, um eine Benutzeroberfläche für den Benutzer zu liefern, wobei die Benutzeroberfläche eine variable Preisstruktur und eine variable Herunterladestruktur für den Einkauf eines speicherbaren Medieninhalts anzeigt, basierend auf den variablen Herunterladegeschwindigkeiten und den variablen Herunterladezeiten, die durch den ersten Prozessor zugeteilt werden, wobei der zweite Prozessor weiters konfiguriert ist, um die Benutzeranfrage für einen speicherbaren Medieninhalt an den ersten Prozessor zu kommunizieren, wobei der zweite Prozessor weiters konfiguriert ist, um den speicherbaren Medieninhalt vom ersten Prozessor zu erhalten, wobei der zweite Prozessor weiters konfiguriert ist, um den speicherbaren Medieninhalt zwischen dem zweiten Speicher und dem ersten Speichergerät für das Speichern auf einem von einer Vielzahl von tragbaren Medien im zweiten Speichergerät zu transferieren.
  8. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor konfiguriert ist, um die Übertragung des speicherbaren Medieninhalts zum zweiten Prozessor zu autorisieren.

System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor Anforderungen von Herunterladeoptionen und Anforderungen von Preisoptionen für den speicherbaren Medieninhalt vom zweiten Prozessor erhält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anforderungen für Herunterladeoptionen und Preisoptionen vom Benutzer auf der Benutzeroberfläche ausgewählt werden.
  10. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor mit einem Bedarfsserver elektrisch verbunden ist.
  11. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer Spitzenbandbreitennutzung herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung für sofortiges Herunterladen zu einem erhöhten Einkaufspreis.

System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer Spitzenbandbreitennutzung herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung für eine verlängerte Herunterladedauer zu einem reduzierten Einkaufspreis.
  13. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer wieder besetzten ungenutzten Bandbreite herunterladet, die für Bedarfsbetrieb vorgesehen ist.
  14. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wieder besetzte ungenutzte Bandbreite Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten inkludiert.
  15. System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer wieder besetzten ungenutzten Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung für sofortiges Herunterladen zu einem reduzierten Einkaufspreis.
  16. System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer wieder besetzten ungenutzten Bandbreitennutzung herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung für eine verlängerte Herunterladedauer zu einem reduzierten Einkaufspreis.

System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer wieder besetzten ungenutzten Bandbreitennutzung herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung während einer Spitzenbandbreitennutzung für ein verzögertes Herunterladen, das während der Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten beginnt, für sofortiges Herunterladen während der Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten zu einem reduzierten Einkaufspreis.

System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Bedarfsserver während einer wieder besetzten ungenutzten Bandbreitennutzung herunterladet, basierend auf der Benutzeranforderung während einer Spitzenbandbreitennutzung für ein verzögertes Herunterladen, das während der Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten beginnt, für eine verlängerte Herunterladedauer während der Bandbreitennutzung außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten zu einem reduzierten Einkaufspreis.
  19. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor mit einem Übertragungsdatenbankserver elektrisch verbunden ist.
  20. System nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor speicherbaren Medieninhalt bei hoher Anforderung auf den Übertragungsdatenbankserver speichert.
  21. System nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor neue Versionen von speicherbaren Medieninhalten auf dem Übertragungsdatenbankserver speichert.
  22. System nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Übertragungsdatenbankserver herunterladet.
  23. System nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Prozessor speicherbaren Medieninhalt über den Übertragungsdatenbankserver während Perioden ungenutzter Bandbreite des Übertragungsdatenbankservers herunterladet.
  24. System nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perioden ungenutzter Bandbreite des Übertragungsdatenbankservers Perioden außerhalb der Spitzenzeiten inkludieren.
  25. System nach Anspruch 7, das weiters einen Drucker umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drucker konfiguriert ist, um Etiketten zu drucken, die den Einkauf und die Echtheit des speicherbaren Medieninhalts bestätigen, der auf einem von einer Vielzahl von im zweiten Speichergerät befindlichen Medien gespeichert ist.
  26. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Speichergerät die Merkmale kurze Suchzeit und hohe Datenübertragungs-geschwindigkeit umfasst.
  27. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Speichergerät ein Festplattenlaufwerk umfasst.
  28. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät tragbare Medienplatten umfasst.
  29. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät ein CD-Laufwerk mit Möglichkeit zum Beschreiben umfasst.
  30. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät ein Vielfach-CD-Karusselllaufwerk mit Möglichkeit zum Beschreiben umfasst.
  31. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät ein DVD-Laufwerk mit Möglichkeit zum Beschreiben umfasst.
  32. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Speichergerät ein Vielfach-DVD-Karusselllaufwerk mit Möglichkeit zum Beschreiben umfasst.
  33. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Prozessor konfiguriert ist, um verschlüsselten speicherbaren Medieninhalt zu entschlüsseln.
  34. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anforderung für den speicherbaren Medieninhalt über einen Übertragungskanal außerhalb der Bandgrenze erfolgt.
  35. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche dem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein sofortiges Herunterladen des speicherbaren Medieninhalts mit hoher Bitgeschwindigkeit anzufordern.
  36. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche dem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein Herunterladen des speicherbaren Medieninhalts mit geringer Bitgeschwindigkeit anzufordern.
  37. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche dem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein verzögertes Herunterladen des speicherbaren Medieninhalts mit hoher Bitgeschwindigkeit anzufordern.
  38. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche dem Benutzer ermöglicht, ein verzögertes Herunterladen des speicherbaren Medieninhalts mit geringer Bitgeschwindigkeit anzufordern.
  39. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche dem Benutzer ermöglicht, aus einer Vielzahl von Optionen der Inhaltsqualität für den heruntergeladenen speicherbaren Medieninhalt auszuwählen.
  40. System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Benutzeroberfläche als eine Vielzahl von Masken für den Einkauf speicherbarer Medieninhalte konfiguriert ist.
  41. System nach Anspruch 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Masken für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts dem Benutzer ermöglichen, aus einer Vielzahl von Herunterladeoptionen und Preisoptionen auszuwählen.
  42. System nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Preisoptionen von Faktoren abhängen, die aus einer Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die beinhaltet: Benutzeranfrage für einen PRM Titel, Bandbreitenverbrauch für das Herunterladen des PRM Titels, Tageszeit, Wochentag, Zeitraum, den der Benutzer bis zum Beginnen der Übertragung warten muss, Zeitraum, den der Benutzer bis zum Fertigstellen der Übertragung warten muss, PRM Inhaltstyp, PRM Inhaltsqualität und Liefermodus.
  43. System nach Anspruch 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Masken für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts konfiguriert sind, um diese, zumindest einen der Faktoren, als vorkonfigurierte Optionen anzubieten.
  44. System nach Anspruch 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Masken für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts über eine Dialogprogrammanleitung aufgerufen wird.
  45. System nach Anspruch 44, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der speicherbare Medieninhalt als Bildschirmsymbol in der Dialogprogrammanleitung als Teil eines Teilnehmernetzwerkdienstes dargestellt wird.
  46. System nach Anspruch 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maske für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts über eine Bedienungsanleitung aufgerufen wird.
  47. System nach Anspruch 46, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der speicherbare Medieninhalt als Bildschirmsymbol in der Bedienungsanleitung als Teil eines Teilnehmernetzwerkdienstes dargestellt ist.
  48. System nach Anspruch 46, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der speicherbare Medieninhalt als separate Dateneinheit in der Bedienungsanleitung verfügbar ist.
  49. System nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maske für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts als Impulseinkauf aus einer Teilnehmernetzwerkanwendung heraus aufgerufen wird.
  50. System nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maske für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts innerhalb einer Teilnehmernetzwerkanwendung aufgerufen wird.
  51. System nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Masken für den Einkauf des speicherbaren Medieninhalts konfiguriert sind, um einen Testeinkauf anzubieten.
