Abstract

The instrument comprises a guiding and removal tube (1) on the axial end, and has a round force termination lid (7) which is securely connected to the removal tube. The lid has a guiding hole in the centre in which the guiding and bell actuator pin (4) are situated. On the axial near side of the removal tube, four bud-shaped bell jaws (8) are situated in a hollow, round cantilever. The jaws are opened, close around the parasite and then are closed and removed in order to cut the flesh away from around the parasite.

Description

How it works

The guide and bell actuating pin (4) is pushed towards the tip of the bell jaws (8) by actuation of the push button (6).

Housed in the guide and pick-up tube (1) pressure spring (3) is brought by the voltage pushed forward bell actuating pin (4) under pressure. The feed of the round, conical printhead of the guide and bell actuating pin ( 4 ) causes the bell jaws ( 8 ) to spread due to its evenly acting contact pressure against the inner cone of the four bell jaws ( 8 ).

The spreading causes the bell tip ( 13 ), consisting of the four bell jaws ( 8 ), to open. The process is comparable to opening a flower bud. The jaws mounted on the bell (8) Rundzugfeder (12) is brought about by the spreading of the bell jaws (8) on tension.

If the push button ( 6 ) is released again after the conical print head ( 11 ) of the guide and bell actuation pin ( 4 ) has been pushed forward in the first phase, the pressure spring ( 5 ), which is under pressure, presses the guide and bell actuation pin ( 4 ) back to its original resting position.

The relaxation of the round tension spring ( 12 ) causes the previously spread bell jaws ( 8 ) to close again by pulling back the conical print head ( 11 ).

Claims (1)

Gripping, cutting and holding instrument with pliers-like gripping, cutting and holding jaws, with push button actuation for opening or closing the jaws; characterized in that the guide and receiving tube ( 1 ) is provided on the first axial end side with a round force cap ( 7 ) which is fixedly connected to the guide and receiving tube ( 1 ). The force closure cap ( 7 ) contains an axial guide bore in the center, in which the guide and bell actuating pin ( 4 ) is movably inserted.
On the opposite axial side of the guide and receiving tube ( 1 ) there is a round hollow collar in the direct connection, in which the four bud-shaped bell jaws ( 8 ) are movably suspended with their convex round collar. The bell jaws ( 8 ) suspended in the hollow collar ( 14 ) result in a joint which serves to open and close the bell jaws ( 8 ). The four bell jaws ( 8 ) together with the round spring ( 12 ) form the entire gripping, cutting and receiving bell.
The gripping, cutting and receiving bell is characterized by the fact that it consists of four identical, bud-shaped gripping, cutting and receiving jaws ( 8 ), which are sharpened on the tip side [bell tip ( 13 )].
If the instrument is only used for gripping purposes, the gripping, cutting and holding jaws are not ground.
