Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Durchführen einer Auk tion im Internet mit einem am Auktionsort anwesenden Auktiona tor, am Auktionsort versammelten, in Person anwesenden live- Bietern und örtlich verstreuten, über das Internet angebundenen on-line-Bietern. Verfahren zur Durchführung von Auktionen im Internet unter einer unlimitierten Mehrzahl von on-line-Bietern ohne einen personifizierten Auktionator und ohne gleichzeitige Teilnahme von live-Bietern sind bereits bekannt. Hierbei werden über das Internet die zur Versteigerung kommenden Waren mit entsprechender Produktinformation angeboten und für einzelne Auktionen zeitliche Limits gesetzt, innerhalb derer sich die on- line Bieter ungeregelt übersteigern können. Die Auktion beginnt mit einer Mindestforderung. Das jeweils aktuelle Höchstgebot wird für die on-line-Bieter über das Internet angezeigt. Aus der WO 00/34899 (E-bay) ist ein anderes System zur Durchführung von on-line-Auktionen bekannt, bei denen diese mit live-Auktionen, die von einem Auktionator mit live-Bietern durchgeführt werden, verknüpft werden. Hierbei ist ein Projektor 28 (Beamer 1) für die so genannte Internet-Darstellung vorgesehen, d. h. auf dem ersten Bildschirm 30 wird eine Anzahl Daten angezeigt, die zeitgleich über das Internet verbreitet wird, während der zweite Bildschirm 31 vom zweiten Projektor 29 (Beamer 2) mit dem Bild einer aktu ell aufgerufenen Ware versorgt wird. Die beiden Workstations 25, 27 sind mit dem Datenbank-Server 13 verbunden, der seinerseits mit dem Applikations-Server 14 verbunden ist. Die beiden Server 13, 14 sind über eine Firewall 31 mit einem Router 33 verbunden. bei dem zumindest der Auktionator in Bild und Ton während der Auktion aufgenommen und während der Auktion zumindest über das Internet für die on-line-Bieter auf deren Compu tern wiedergegeben wird (live-streaming),
bei dem weiterhin Gebote der live-Bieter und Gebote der on- line-Bieter zeitnah und schrittweise auf dem Computer-Sy stem zusammengeführt werden und ein aktuelles Höchstgebot der live-Bieter und der on-line-Bieter gleichzeitig am Auktionsort auf zumindest einem Bildschirm für die on-line- Bieter sichtbar gemacht wird und über das Internet für die on-line-Bieter an deren Computern angezeigt wird.1.
