Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lighting device for a vehicle, in particular a Motor vehicle, with at least one electrically actuated lamp.
Lighting devices of the generic type are known in a variety of forms. This serve, for example, an interior lighting or an exterior lighting of the Motor vehicle. The generic lighting devices have in common that these have at least one electric light source, which by a switching device can be connected to a voltage source. Examples of illuminants are Motor vehicle lamps of various designs or light-emitting diodes are known.
A disadvantage of the known lighting devices is that for the arrangement of the Illuminant must have an appropriately designed installation space available often requires unwanted geometry and / or design compromises.
The invention has for its object a lighting device of the generic type To create a type that is simple and easy to integrate.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by means of a lighting device 1 mentioned features solved. Because the illuminant is a Is electroluminescent film, lighting devices can be easily any Create geometry, with the illuminants designed as an electroluminescent film essentially no separate installation space has to be provided. Consequently the manufacturing effort is improved at the same time Possible applications reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the lighting device comprises at least one plastic injection molded part attached to the electroluminescent film is injected. This makes it easy to use for mass production suitable process steps achieve lighting devices with a wide variety of shapes. The lighting devices according to the invention are for a variety of uses in Suitable for motor vehicles. These can be used as interior lighting or Outdoor lighting can be used. Application examples for a Interior lighting is, for example, the lighting of controls, such as gear knobs, control switches, instrument panel lighting, Ashtray lighting, makeup mirror lighting, door sill lighting or similar. Come in particular as outdoor lighting Vehicle marker lights, direction indicator, license plate light, Rear spoiler brake light lighting, rear spoiler rear fog lighting or the like into consideration.
Further preferred refinements of the invention result from the others in the Characteristics mentioned subclaims.
Es zeigen:The invention is described below in exemplary embodiments on the basis of the associated Drawings explained in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 schematisch eine in einen Heckspoiler integrierte Bremsleuchte und Fig. 1 shows schematically an integrated brake light in a rear spoiler and
Fig. 2 schematically shows a direction indicator integrated in an exterior mirror.
Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch eine Heckansicht eines Kraftfahrzeuges 10. Fig. 1 is a rear view schematically showing a motor vehicle 10. A rear window 14 inserted into a body 12 can be seen here. A roof 16 of the motor vehicle 10 is provided with a so-called rear spoiler 18 . A so-called “third” brake light 20 is integrated in the rear spoiler 18 . The rear spoiler 18 consists of a plastic injection molded part and can be retrofitted to the motor vehicle 10 . The brake light 20 forms a corresponding shape of the plastic injection molded part of the rear spoiler 18 and is coated with an electroluminescent film 22 . The brake light 20 is produced in a manner known per se by injection molding the plastic injection molded part of the rear spoiler 18 onto the electroluminescent film 22 . A thickness of the electroluminescent film 22 is, for example, between 0.15 mm and 0.5 mm. The brake light 20 can thus be implemented in a simple manner. No installation space for lamps needs to be provided within the plastic injection molded part (rear spoiler 18 ). This significantly simplifies production. The electrical contacting of the electroluminescent film 22 takes place by means of electrical lines (not shown here in each case) which are integrated into the voltage supply network of the motor vehicle 10 in a manner known per se. The electrical lines are particularly advantageously injected or back-injected in one operation together with the electroluminescent film 22 through the plastic injection-molded part.
FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment variant in which a rear view mirror 24 arranged on the motor vehicle body 12 can be seen. A housing 26 of the rear-view mirror 24 consists of a plastic injection-molded part and accommodates a mirror, mirror holder (not shown here) and optionally an actuator for the mirror in a manner known per se. In the rearview mirror 24 , a direction indicator 28 is also integrated, which is formed by an electroluminescent film 22 . The housing 26 is in turn produced by injection molding the plastic injection molded part of the housing 26 onto the electroluminescent film 22 . Other manufacturing methods, for example by subsequent application of the electroluminescent film 22 to the plastic injection molded part, are also conceivable. Here, too, the simple structure is clear. Additional inserts for lamps or the like are not necessary.
