Description
The invention relates to a self-priming fire alarm device according to the features of the first claim.
The solution according to the invention can be used wherever fault conditions in systems with mechanical, electrical or chemical devices must be monitored, the devices causing a thermal reaction as the cause of interference. These thermal reactions are manifested by a punctual or other increase in temperature at the furnishing systems and devices. As a result of the thermal reaction, in addition to the increase in temperature, aerosols and toxic as well as flammable gases or higher molecular weight substances from the thermal decomposition in the preliminary phase of a fire can be produced as typical fire parameters. These thermal reaction parameters can, for example, be stray in a wind energy plant, since these plants, depending on the make, type and external influence, volatilize physical and chemical reactants in different ways. Of course, the field of application is not limited to wind turbines. The use can be made wherever thermal reaction parameters, aerosols and combustion gases are detectable. By means of air sampling of possible sources of interference, the product of the chemical reaction is detected directly and fed via piping sensors. The use can also take place in areas in which, for example, the oxygen concentration is reduced in order to prevent the formation of a fire. Here, the solution according to the invention can be used both for the detection of fire parameters, as well as for the detection of the oxygen content or another gas concentration.

A disadvantage of the prior art is that conventional fans for fire alarm systems have a high noise level and generate vibrations or shock-sensitive. Furthermore, the fans are often separate devices that direct the flow of air to the fire alarm, resulting in a higher construction cost and the risk that fire information is lost. In addition, these arrangements require an increased reaction time.
It is therefore an object of the invention to develop a fire alarm device that does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and with with low susceptibility, high safety and low equipment cost fire signals are quickly detected and impurities can be reliably detected.
This object is achieved by a device according to the characterizing features of the first claim.
Unteransprüche geben vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung wieder.Subclaims give advantageous embodiments of the invention again.
The solution according to the invention provides a self-priming fire alarm device for monitoring interference states in systems with mechanical, electrical or chemical devices that cause harmful thermal reactions as the cause of disturbances, in particular pyrolysis products, reaction temperatures and smoke being detected.
The self-priming fire alarm device consists of a housing, which advantageously consists of upper and lower part, with a suction and outlet opening, wherein functional spaces for functional groups are arranged in the housing. In a fan room, a fan is arranged on an elastic fan attachment, to which a detection space upstream or downstream.
As a fan attachment a permanently elastic suspension is to be arranged. This may consist of a polymer, a spring element o. A. consist. In a separate detection space within the housing, one or more fire detectors may be arranged. Furthermore, the invention provides that an electronic assembly is arranged in a connection or electronics compartment. The electronics assembly may include a detector cable connection.
By the suspension, z. B. with a permanently elastic polymerization part, the fan is suspended vibration damped.
In the connection and electronics compartment, an airflow monitoring unit such as a flow or differential pressure sensor is to be arranged. This can be used to check if and how the fan works. The detection space has a low volume, so that disturbances can be detected quickly. It may be advantageous to arrange two or more separate small-volume detection spaces.
As a fire detector smoke, temperature and / or gas detectors can be arranged advantageously. Oxygen detectors for monitoring an inerting system for avoiding a fire due to oxygen lowering can also be used, for example, as a supplement in combination with fire detectors. Furthermore, it is advantageous to arrange a suction line at the intake opening, which can lead to one or different places of fire. It may also be advantageous to arrange two to three separate small-volume detection spaces in which two or three smoke, temperature and / or gas detectors are arranged.
The arranged detectors match according to extensive fire tests signals from the sucked gas streams with signals that are stored in the detectors and were evaluated by mathematical methods.
It is also advantageous to mount two fans in order to achieve a redundant design. Furthermore, it is advantageous to switch two fans in a row. to increase the suction pressure and to reduce the transit time of the pyrolysis products on the suction line. Intake openings are arranged in the intake lines, so that gas samples can be sucked off at various locations of installations to be monitored. Furthermore, it is advantageous to arrange a valve at the end of the suction line, which is in communication with the fire alarm panel, a fire alarm or the fan. This valve is then opened when a fire signal is detected and a second fan is switched on to increase the speed of the air flow to the sensors. It is also advantageous to arrange a plurality of detection rooms with fire detectors, each of which detection space communicates with a separate outlet opening. This has the advantage that simultaneous different volume flows from different suction lines are monitored separately, so that a regional monitoring is carried out directly by the self-priming fire alarm.
It is also advantageous to arrange in the fire detection device preferably in the electronics room a communication unit for sending and receiving data for remote maintenance and diagnosis.
The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the self-priming fire alarm device generates a low noise level by the vibration damping and the fan has a longer life, since this is insensitive to shock and a small footprint is required for the fire alarm device. In the event of an accident, the fact that the fire detection device and fan form a compact component, a complex troubleshooting can be avoided, with a rapid interchangeability is given.
