Preferably, cardiac activity is monitored by measuring an ECG signal and / or respiratory rate by detecting a plethysmogram.
The sensor is further configured to provide the measured signal to the data processing means configured to process the measured signal to provide data representing the state of the occupant. If the heart activity of the occupant is monitored, the data processing means analyze an output signal from the sensor and derive corresponding ECG spectra. The resulting ECG spectra are then forwarded by the data processing means to the data analysis means provided for analysis of the spectra to provide a conditional parameter. Examples of a suitable condition-related parameter are a heart rate, an amplitude value of a selected peak in the ECG spectrum, or any other suitable ECG spectrum-derived feature.
The sensor comprises magnetic means designed as resonant circuits, said magnetic means being designed to induce an oscillating magnetic field in a body volume of the occupant. The magnetic means are connected to a power supply means, the data processing means determining the extent of energy loss of the resonant circuit upon application of the magnetic field to the body volume.
The analysis means are further adapted to compare the state related parameter with a given valid parameter. An example of a suitable given valid parameter is a heart rate threshold. If the supplied condition-related parameter exceeds the predetermined parameter, a trigger signal actuating the reporting means is generated.

Probleme, russ. I, Moskau 2001].These sensor signals are combined to form a higher statement of the state of health from the individual information. This statement is made for an individual by forming a health state vector from the sensor data in a learning phase. These sensor data can be generated by means of a simulation system z. B. be obtained from a doctor. For such a health status vector, a doctor or a medical device determines the state of health and assigns it to a state vector, which must be within the permissible range for the guidance of a motor vehicle or the operation of a machine. This refers to the establishment of a health deviation or risk by the signals from the sensors, such as those arising during a touch during the steering operation, with the latter via a statistical classification method in the sense of an object recognition method and / or via mathematical test theories with the permissible " Healthy "state vector to be compared. Two electrical electrodes are also used to measure the Bioelectric voltages used by hand touch and can thus provide information about the cardiovascular condition and / or stress situations [AI Grigoriev, RM Baevsky: Health and Cosmos, Inst. Med. Biolog. Problems, russ. I, Moscow 2001].

Band 52, Heft 2, Seiten 185–192).By S. Leonardt et. al. A measuring device with which an electrocardiogram (ECG) can be derived via capacitively coupled electrodes is presented. The measuring system was integrated into a commercially available office chair (so-called "Aachen SmartChair"). In contrast to the common Einthoven ECG leads, in which conductively coupled electrodes are glued directly to the skin, the ECG can be recorded without contact through the clothing with this "SmartChair". With the help of a ZigBee TM radio link, the measured ECG data can be transmitted wirelessly and displayed on a laboratory PC or a patient monitor. In addition to the validation of the measurement system by means of time-synchronous recording of an ECG with conductive electrodes, system-specific disturbances are discussed as well as measurement results with different clothing layer thicknesses and materials (Biomedical Engineering, Vol. 52, No. 2, pages 185-192).
In this solution, the capacitive sensors for the acquisition of vital data are installed at specific points in the backrest of the office chair. In order to achieve reliable results, a longer temporal contact with these punctual sensors and thus no change in the posture on the seat must be guaranteed. In practical driving this is not possible.

Die HRV Analyse ist dabei eine integrale Bewertungsmethode der physiologischen Funktionen im Organismus von Mensch und Tier, insbesondere der allgemeinen Aktivität der Mechanismen, der neurohumoralen Regulierung des Herzens und der Beziehungen zwischen den sympathischen und parasympathischen Bereichen des vegetativen Nervensystems.RM Bajeweski et. al. describe a method for evaluating the cardiac variability analysis by means of pulse diagnostics for detecting small fluctuations in the rhythm of the heart, wherein the evaluation via a static time domain analysis (distances between the R-waves of an ECG) and a frequency domain analysis from an ECG via a Fourier analysis. In the evaluation over the time domain analysis, the sympathetic and the parasympathetic dominance of the autonomic nervous system and their equilibrium state is determined, while in the frequency domain analysis, the pulse is decomposed into the frequencies contained therein and their relative shares are calculated. The state of the whole organism as a result of the activity of the functional systems is determined by the optimality of the controlling influences, by the ability of the control mechanisms to bring the organism into balance with the environment, to adapt it to the conditions of the environment. The adaptation or adaptation activity of the organism requires an expenditure of energy and information, in which connection one can speak of the "price of the adaptation", which is determined by the degree of tension of the regulation mechanisms and the amount of the spent function reserves. The change in the functional level of the system or its elements during the course of the adaptation does not always lead to a disturbance of homeostasis, namely not when there is no overstressing of the regulatory mechanisms and the functional reserves are not exhausted. Consequently, the maintenance of sufficient adaptation or adaptation reserves of the organism, ie the protection of health directly dependent on the functional reserves of the organism, of its ability to mobilize these reserves for the support and maintenance of a stable balance. The overuse and exhaustion of the reserves of the regulatory mechanism leads to a prevention of adaptation, to the development of disease. The transition from health to illness is through over-tension, exhaustion, and eventually failure of the adaptation mechanisms, and the sooner we can foresee such an outcome, the more chances there are to maintain good health. Thus, the problem is that one can determine (measure) the degree of tension of the regulatory systems of his organism and thus control his health. The prenosological control is a practical step to be able to dynamically assess the state of the regulatory systems that bring to light the very first manifestations of over-tension both in the whole organism as well as in individual organs and systems. It will be describes four presonal states, whereby a traffic light system makes statements about the assessment of the state of health. The HRV analysis is an integral evaluation method of the physiological functions in the human and animal organism, in particular the general activity of the mechanisms, the neurohumoral regulation of the heart and the relations between the sympathetic and parasympathetic areas of the autonomic nervous system.
The ongoing activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic regions is the result of a multi-loop and multi-level response of the circulatory regulation system which over time alters its parameters for achieving an optimal adaptation response, which in turn reflects the adaptation response of the entire organism. The method is based on the identification and measurement of time intervals between the R-waves of the ECG (R-R intervals), on the construction of dynamic series of cardiointervals (cardiointervallograms) and the subsequent analysis of the obtained series of numbers with different mathematical methods. Cardiac rhythm variability reflects the complex picture of different controlling influences on the circulatory system with interference of periodic components of different frequency and amplitude: with the nonlinear nature of the interaction of different levels of control.
In doing so, seven HRV parameters are determined which allow a fairly solid assessment of the state of the individual regions of the vegetative regulation and, overall, about the activity of the regulatory mechanism. From these HRV parameters, six groups of functional states are then derived according to the stress level of the regulatory systems according to the classification of conditions used in prenosological diagnostics, which then justify the above-mentioned traffic light system (RM Bajewsky, AP Bersevena, Introduction to pronsonological diagnostics, Moscow publishing house "Slovo" 2011).
This method for determining the state of health and also the state of stress of a person is used only in diagnostic medicine and in space travel and requires the recording of an ECG by conventional methods. In space, the examinations are carried out before the start of the journey and not during the journey. Also, this method is not used to determine a health condition of a driver of a land and airborne vehicle, such as cars or trucks or aircraft used.
Most known systems for driver monitoring by means of vital sensors (eg pulse measurements or ECG) are too generalized and disregard such important aspects as: signal quality, passenger compartment coverage with sensors, driver probability and frequency of driver contact, driver distraction through interaction with the measuring system and possibly resulting impairment of driving safety, and settling time of the sensors, d. H. how quickly after the touch, the sensors can provide valid data.
All known from the prior art solutions for driver status analysis, including those that examine the condition of the driver via the heart rate variability analysis, concern the instantaneous state of the driver. The sensors for measuring the vital parameters, which are arranged on the steering wheel or other working elements of the vehicle such as gear stick, flasher or other switching elements, have the disadvantage that the driver never touches these elements for a long period of time and so measured these vital parameters over a longer period can be. The sensors in and on the steering wheel can not provide reliable vital data of the driver, as the hands of the driver while driving are only for a limited time in a variety of positions on the steering wheel and sums in areas of the steering wheel, where no sensors are arranged or The sensors come in contact with the hands for too short a time. Also, the sensors located in the seating area of the vehicle can not provide reliable data over a longer period of time because the data may be corrupted by the strong muscle tissue of the driver in the seating area.
Even the known from the prior art arrangement of the sensors in the backrest of a seat do not provide reliable data, since the sensors are arranged in areas that often do not come into contact with the back of the driver while driving.
Kein aus dem Stand der Technik bekanntes System zur Analyse des Fahrerzustandes gibt bereits bei Antritt der Fahrt Informationen über den Stresszustand und den tatsächlichen Gesundheitszustand des Fahrers, auch über den gesamten Zeitraum der Fahrt mit eindeutigen und für den Fahrer erkennbaren Signalen an.Furthermore, all known systems for driver status analysis have the disadvantage that they receive the vital signals, evaluate them, recognize threatening situations for the driver, inform the driver of his condition via information systems and ultimately prevent the driving of vehicles or appropriate measures to stop the vehicle or inform an external station via an emergency call system. All of these systems only recognize the actual dangerous situation when there is a danger situation about changes in the vital data. No system known from the prior art for analyzing the condition of the driver gives information about the state of stress and the actual state of health of the driver when the vehicle starts to drive, too over the entire period of the journey with clear and recognizable to the driver signals.
The object of the invention is to develop a device for determining statements about the stress, health and fatigue state of a driver of vehicles before or at the start of the journey, these statements covering the entire journey period.
In this case, a device for determining the state of health is also to be provided for a longer, predictive period by means of heart rate variability analysis via the traffic light system in such a way that, without causing high costs, the driver of a vehicle can make clear statements to the driver of the vehicle via an information system via corresponding sensors about his stressful state of health and tiredness.
