Unter einer Anwenderbeschäftigung sei im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Tätigkeit verstanden, welche Einfluss auf das Konsumverhalten bzw. den Konsumbedarf des Anwenders haben kann. Ausdrücklich nicht im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung als Anwenderbeschäftigung zu verstehen sei ein Betätigen einer Auswahleinrichtung an einer Anwenderschnittstelle einer technischen Vorrichtung zur Zubereitung des Nahrungsmittels (z. B. eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle u. ä.). Insbesondere sei die Beschäftigung als eine solche Zeitgestaltung zu verstehen, welche aufgrund von am Körper getragenen Sensoren und/oder anhand digitaler, personenbezogener Daten automatisch erfasst und im Rahmen des Verfahrens der vorliegenden Erfindung berücksichtigt werden kann. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann ein Vitalparameter sensorisch erfasst und als Anwenderinformation berücksichtigt werden. Beispiele für mögliche Vitalparameter und Kombinationen derselben werden im weiteren Verlaufe der Beschreibung gegeben. Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann ein Kalendereintrag und/oder eine digital (z. B. mittels eines sozialen Netzwerkes) dokumentierte Freizeitgestaltung (zeitlich voraus- oder zurückliegend) des Anwenders als Bestandteil der Anwenderinformation berücksichtigt werden. Im einfachsten Fall wird also die aktuell ermittelte Anwenderinformation mit einer solchen Anwenderinformation in dem vordefinierten Datensatz verglichen und bei einem hinreichenden Maß an Übereinstimmung der im vordefinierten Datensatz beschriebene Parameter für eine zukünftige Zubereitung des Nahrungsmittels für den Anwender festgelegt. Hierbei ist die Festlegung des Parameters nicht notwendigerweise gleichbedeutend mit der Zubereitung des Nahrungsmittels, sondern lediglich eine auf die Zubereitung gerichtete Vorbereitung zu verstehen. Insbesondere können auch vorbereitende Schritte durchgeführt werden, durch welche sich eine anschließende Zubereitung des Nahrungsmittels für den Anwender beschleunigt und/oder vereinfacht. Eine einfache und leicht verständliche Ausgestaltung des Parameters kann bspw. festlegen, ob ein Kaffeevollautomat morgens einen Cappuccino, einen Kaffee, einen Espresso und/oder heißes Wasser für einen Tee zubereiten soll.
