Zu diesem Zweck werden zusätzliche Heizkörper verwendet, die Infrarotstrahlung in den Behandlungsraum schicken und das Behandlungsgut auf seiner Oberfläche bräunen, soweit dieses von den Infrarotstrahlen getroffen werden kann.
