Description
The invention relates to ampoules made of flexible plastic, the top and bottom of which are reinforced are, wherein the top part carries a cannula cone and between the top and bottom part at least a folded edge running all around is provided with bending surfaces adjoining it at an angle. A The per se known advantage of the ampoules of the aforementioned type is that they have an injection needle can put the ampoule directly onto the cannula cone, making the ampoule into a finished injection syringe that can be used immediately. With this training it is not necessary as with other syringes, sterilize the entire syringe. It Rather, it is sufficient to simply have sterilized needles ready. A transfer of the injection liquids is also omitted for these ampoules which can be used as injection syringes.
The known embodiments of such injection ampoules have, however, in their hitherto common Constructions have various disadvantages. In various embodiments, one manufactures the Ampoule made of two separate parts, namely a top part and a bottom part, which are in the area of the Folded edge running all around are connected to one another in a wide variety of ways. Not to mention from the fact that a connection of the two ampoule parts in the area of the folded edge easily leads to leaks can lead, the main obstacle is that generally not the entire contents of the ampoule can be splashed, as residues are always deposited in the area of the folded edge, which cannot be expressed towards the injection needle.
In the case of these one-piece ampoules, all of the walls and in particular those Wall parts formed with the same wall thickness in the area of the fold seam. With such a training arise during the injection process through the applied pressure and transmitted through the finger pressure Fluid pressure uneven protuberances resulting in an uneven spray effect and it is again noticeable as a disadvantage that the entire contents of the ampoule do not splash because there is fluid and possibly air bubbles that lead to the embolus can accumulate in the bulges and in the bellows folds as well as the spaces formed. Another disadvantage of the known ampoule shapes is that they are used for thin-walled training Achieving greater flexibility on the mouthpiece will be unstable, making it more difficult Ampoule for injection syringes

bereitet, die Injektionsnadel sicher an einem gewünschten Ort einzustechen.prepares to pierce the hypodermic needle safely at a desired location.
All of the aforementioned disadvantages are eliminated by an ampoule designed according to the invention, in which In a novel way, the wall thickness of the bending surface in the area of the folding edge is much smaller than that of the top or bottom part and in which the entire ampoule body is made from a single piece is.
The construction according to the invention also offers the advantage that even with an eccentric Actuation of the ampoule, d. H. even if the thumb pressure is not applied exactly in the middle is, the ampoule bottom is uniformly deformed against the top and all liquid out of the Ampoule displaced. It should also be pointed out here that in the second half of the injection process, d. H. if the bottom surface of the ampoule is moved beyond its central position, easily the Pressure can be removed from the bottom surface again without the risk that the The ampoule draws injection or body fluid back through the injection needle.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the ampoule can be designed as a bellows, wherein the depth of the folds forming the bellows is not greater than the radius of the ampoule, and that the bellows wall has a smaller wall thickness than the bottom or the upper part and optionally one such as the folding edge.
Auch kannTo close the ampoule, the latter can be used according to a further embodiment of the invention be provided with a removable conical end cap, which is located on the cannula cone by a circumferential bead is held. The ampoule body consists of a suitable one plastic material, such as polyethylene, which is generally not attacked by acid will. In addition to this acid resistance, the body has the characteristic, due to its material properties, that the anipullcnwändc are substantially flexible and can be squeezed together by hand and finger pressure. To ensure uniform deformability To enable at least one or more folded edges 1 must be provided on the ampoule body.
The ampoule body α is marked with an \ orragnine Mouthpiece 2 provided, which has a slightly conical shape and is so dimensioned. that the connector 3 a hypodermic needle, which has the usual Tnjcktionsnadclii is similar. can be attached. A channel 4 leads to the mouthpiece 2 through which the medical Liquid can be filled in and emptied. The bottom of the ampoule is for better handling Reinforced by thicker material, as well as the gap in the shoulder of the upper portion of the ampoule and the attached, frustoconical mouthpiece are made of thicker material and adjoin the Folded edge tapers off. On the conical Mouthpiece2 there is a bead-shaped ring at such a distance from the shoulder attachment that that there is enough space between these two, the inner edges of the index and Millclfingcrs record.
After the ampoule has been filled, the mouthpiece 2 can be sealed in various ways. This is done, for example, by means of a removable end cap 5 or a permanently connected stopper 6, which, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, can be separated. The mouthpiece 2 also be closed or welded with plastic material. The closures are opened by cutting off the stopper or piercing the intended opening with a needle.
The sealed ampoules can be traded with their contents like glass ampoules on the market will. It is not necessary for the doctor to transfer the filling material when performing the injection.

The connection of the connector 3 with the mouthpiece 2 can before the piercing Needle into the muscles or veins of the patient, as the ampoule is converted into a syringe is made stable enough. Of course, the connection between the needle and the ampoule can also be used after inserting the needle into the patient's muscles or under the skin. Independent The injection liquid to be used can partially or completely consume it. This process can be carried out in the desired manner by pressing the ampoules together adjust on the part of the injector. After the injection is finished, the ampoule can be used after the injection needle has been removed again, looked at as empty packaging and thrown away since it has only low production costs and is not worth re-using.
