Description
Stereomicroscopic device for two or more observers The invention relates to a stereomicroscopic device which consists of at least two stereomicroscopes with a common object plane and which, in particular on the occasion of surgical operations, allows simultaneous observation of the surgical field by two or more people. In devices of this type, a combination of reflectors ensures that the axes of the individual observation beam paths between the objective and the object practically coincide. It succeeds in this way, for example, two observers at the same time the insight into body cavities, z. B. the ear canal to enable.
One of the main features of the known devices of this type is that the position of the two observers to one another is completely fixed, which is a hindrance in some operations, namely when the surgeon or assistant has to adopt a different posture towards the patient. C CY According to the invention, this deficiency is remedied in that the individual microscopes are arranged to be rotatable together about an axis which coincides with the axis of an objective.
In a double arrangement in which the two stereo microscopes are each equipped with their own objective, the axis of rotation of the overall arrangement is placed through the objective of one microscope.
The device according to the invention can be simplified considerably, if you assign a common main objective to the individual sub-microscopes. This can structurally be assigned to one of the two partial microscopes, but it can also be arranged symmetrically between the individual partial microscopes.
It is advisable to choose between the individual sub-microscopes and the common main lens parallel beam path to prevail. One can then without further ado the main objective on the one hand and the partial microscopes on the other hand associated reflectors together with the partial microscopes around the optical axis of the main lens can be rotated.
In the figures belonging to the invention, some exemplary embodiments are shown, which are briefly explained below: FIG. 1 illustrates, in side view, a device with two stereo microscopes with separate objectives; F i g. 2 shows, in the same side view, an arrangement with a common main objective which is structurally assigned to the one microscope; F i g. 3 shows an arrangement in which the main objective is arranged symmetrically to the tubes of the partial microscopes; F i g. 4 illustrates a similar arrangement with three sub-microscopes; F i g. 5 shows the arrangement of a beam splitter which can be rotated together with the two partial microscopes; 6 illustrates the pivotability of one partial microscope about an axis perpendicular to the common axis of rotation; F i g. 7 is a perspective view of an arrangement of FIG. 3 or 5.
The in F i g. The device shown in FIG. 1 uses two conventional stereo operating microscopes M and M, each of which has its own main objective 0 and 0 2. The illumination beams used for incident light illumination are combined by the semitransparent reflector R and the full mirror IR in the objective G on the common object plane. The image rays emanating from the object are also distributed to the two partial microscopes M 1 and M 1 by the two reflectors. The slender bundle of rays common between the object and the first reflector also allows observation of body cavities, for example the auditory canal. The axis of rotation of the overall arrangement coincides with the optical axis of the main objective 0 . The result is that when there is a rotation, the image field in the eyepieces also only experiences a rotation, but not a displacement.
The in Fi Z-2. The arrangement shown in FIG. 2 shows two partial microscopes Mi and M., which have a common main objective 0.1, which is structurally connected to the microscope M on the other side of the reflector Ri. The axis of rotation of the device coincides with the optical axis of the 1-lauptobj # ctivs OH .
The arrangement shown in FIG. 3 contains two partial microscopes M ″ and M2, to which the common main objective 0.1 is assigned in a symmetrical arrangement. The reflectors R 3 and R 4 are added to the deflecting mirrors InR and R Achsed rotation of the device, which in turn together with the to-Objektiv0,1 fflIt, is also the central axis of the device.
A corresponding arrangement for three Teflmikroskope M "M and M" with the additional deflecting R "is F i g in. Figure 4 illustrates.
The device according to FIG. 5 is a variant of the device according to FIG. 3. The beam splitter consists of two pentaprism with reflective surfaces R, R J; R, 3 ', R4 ", which are arranged together with the partial microscopes M, or M, rotatable about the optical axis of the common main objective OH.
Die gleiche Schwenkbarkeit kann naturgemäß auch dem Mikroskop M, erteilt werden.F i g. 6 illustrates an arrangement according to FIG. 3, in which the partial microscope M 2 is arranged to be pivotable about an axis which, on the one hand, is perpendicular to the common axis of rotation D and, on the other hand, lies in the plane of the deflecting mirror RC 4. The same pivotability can of course also be given to the microscope M 1.
F i g. 7 schließlich zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel in perspektivischer Ansicht. The beveled contact surfaces for the deflecting mirrors Ri and R can be seen on the housings of the two partial microscopes M and M. In the openings appear the reflectors R 1 and R 4 of the beam splitter as well as the common main objective 0, u., With whose optical axis the common axis of rotation of the device coincides.
