Wegen dieser neigung, thermischer Zersetzung zu unterliegen« .wurden Metalldithiophosphate als nioht befriedigend betrachtet eur Verwendung in Sohmiermittelzubereitungen» welche la normalen Gebrauch fortwölirend hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt sein ■ÜB8en· Daher 1st es leicht abauaehen, dass die Verbesserung der thermischen Stabilität der Metalldithiophoaphate die Brauchbarkeit solcher Zusätze in Sohalermittelsubereltungen stark erhöhen wird. Auch ist ein Siel dieser Erfindung die Schaffung von Schmieröl ttelzuberedtungen alt einem Gehalt an Metalldlthiophosphaten, wobei sioh diese Zubereitungen duroh eine verbesserte Beständigkeit gegen thermische Verschlechterung auszeichnen.
Biese und andere Ziele werden erfIndungsgemäss erreicht duroh die Schaffung eines Verfahrens but Herstellung aoylierter Amine, wobei sich das Verfahren dadurch kennseiohnet, dass man bei einer Temperatur oberhalb etwa 800O ein Alkylenamln mit etwa 0,5 bis etwa 1 Äquivalent je Äquivalent dea verwendeten Alkylenamlns, eines sauren αamiβeheβ erhitzt, weloh letzteres aus einer Jcohlenwasserstoffeubetitulerten Bernsteinsäure mit mindestenc etwa 50 aliphatischen Kohlenetoffatomen im Kohlenwasserstoffradlkal und einer aliphatischen Monocarbonsäure besteht, wobei das Äquivalentverhältnis der Bernstelneäure zur Monocarbonsäure In diesem sauren Oemieeh etwa

Zu den aliphatischen Monooarboneäuren, welohe aur Verwendung im erfindungsgemäeeen Verfahren vorgesehen sind, sählen gesättigte und ungesättigte Säuren. Beispiele brauchbarer Säuren sind: Essigsäure, Chloressigeäure, vom Dodeoan und Butan abgeleitete Oarbonsäure, Palmitinsaure, Deoonoinsäure, Ölsäure» Stearinsäure, Linoleineäure, Linoleninsäur·« Haphtheneäure, Ohioretβarinsäurβ, Ameisensäure, Tallöleäure usw. Aliphatisch« Monoearbonäsuren, welche Im erfindungsgemässen Verfahren brauchbar sind, können lsoaliphatlsche Säuren sein,
niederen d.h. Säuren mit einer oder mehreren /acyclischen angehängten Alkylgruppen. Die isoallphatiachen Säuren führen su Produkten, «reiche alt relatlr hohen Konzentrationen leichter in Kohlenwasserstoffölen lösbar sind, und welche mit anderen Zusätzen la öl leiohter mischbar sind« Daher sind sie besonders bevorsugt, wenn die Produkte des Verfahrene in Schmiermitteln su verwenden sind, welche andere Zusätse enthalten. Solche Säuren enthalten oft eine Hauptkette mit 14 bis 20 gesättigten, aliphatischen Kohlenstoffatomen, und mindestens eine, jedoch nicht sehr als etwa 4 unhängende acyclische Alkylgruppen.
Die Hauptkette der Säure wird veranschaulicht durch Radikale, welche eich von Tetradecan, Peηtadθcan, Hexadecan, Heptadecan, Ootadecan und Sicoean ableiten. Wie vorstehend angegeben, let die Reaktion dee erfindungsgeaäaeen Verfahrene von der Bildung etwa 1 Hole Wasser je Äquivalent dee verwendeten Säureradikale begleitet. Bis Entfernung dee gebildeten Wassers kann sweokmässlg duroh Erhitsen des Produktes bei einer Temperatur oberhalb etwa 100°0» vorsugswelse in der Oegend τοη etwa 150°0 bewirkt werden· Die Entfernung dee Wassere kann erleichtert werden» indem man das Reek tionegemiech während eines solchen Brhltsena mit einem inerten das wie Stickstoff bläst. Ebenso kann dls Wasserentfernung duroh die Verwendung eines Ltteungsmittsls erleichtert werden, welches mit Wasser ein Azeotrop bildet. Beispiele solcher Lösungsmittel sind Benaol, Toluol, laphtha, η-Hexan, Xylen usw. Sie Verwendung eines eolohen Lösungsmittels erlaubt die Entfernung des Wassers bei einer niedrigeren

Sin Gemisch aus 140 Teilen (auf dae Gewicht bezogen) eines Mineralöle, 174 feilen eines durch Polyisobuten rom Molekulargewicht 1000 substituierten Bernsteinsäure anhydride nit; einer Säurezahl von 105, und 23 Teilen Stearinsäure» wird bei 9O0C bereitet. Zu diesem Gemisch setzt man innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 1,3 Stunden bei 80 bis 1000O 17,6 Teile eines Gemisches von Polyalkylenaminen hinau, welches eine GeaamzusaniBönsetzung besitzt, die derjenigen von Tetraäthylenpentamln entspricht» Die Reaktion ist exotherm· Das Gemisoh wird bei 2250C mit Stickstoff einer Geschwindigkeit von 2,27kg je Stunde für 3 Stunden geblasen, woraufhin 47 feile eines wässrigen Destillats erhalten werden. Das Gemisch wird für 1 Stunde bei 2250G getrocknet, auf 11O0O gekühlt und filtriert«, Man findet beim Piltrat die folgende Analyse:

Zu einer Lösung von 815g (1,5 Äquivalent) dee polyisobutensubstituierten BernsteinsUureanhydrids von Beispiel 1 und 148g (0,5 Äquivalent) der lallölfetteäure von Beispiel 4 in 750cm5 Toluol, setzt man innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 1 Stunde 85g (2 Äquivalent) des Polyalkylenpolyatoingemischee von Beispiel 1 hinzu. Dae Gemisch wird für 5 Stunden bei Rückflusstemperatur (1300C) erhitzt, woraufhin 8car Waseer in einem azeotropen Gemisch mit Toluol gesammelt werden. SIn aemisoh aus 100 Teilen Tallölfetlsäuren und 2 Teilen Wasser, wird für 1,5 Stunden in einen Autoklaven bei 5700C bei einem Druck von 39 at erhitet und dann der Vakuumdestillation unterworfen. Des Destillat, 96,5 Teile» wird Bit Raney-Niokelkatalyaator hydriert, bis sich seine Jodaahl auf etwa 7 vermindert hat. Das hydrierte Produkt wird in einem Gemisch aus 90 I'eilen Aceton und 10 Teilen Wasser aufgelöst und die Lösung wird abgekühlt, um als Teststoff das hydrierte Produkt des unverbrauchten Teils der Ausgangssäure auszufällen. Man lässt das Lösungsmittel Ib flüssigen Produkt verdampfen und der Rückstand ist eine flüssig· isomerisierte Säure (34 Teile) Mit einer Jodsahl von 10 und mindestens einer verzweigten Kette (geseilt duroh Infrarotanalyse). Die relativen Mengenanteile von tichmierül zu Benzin im Öl-Brennstoff-Gemisch kennen innerhalb weiter Bereiche variieren, beispielsweise von einem Verhältnis von etwa 1t120 bis zu einem Verhältnis von etwa 1:5, auf doe Volumen bezogen. Bas bevorzugte Verhältnis beträgt etwa 1;10 bis etwa 1:60 des Schmieröle zu Benzin.
Die Öl-Brennaiioff-Semisohe für Zweitaktmaeehinen können andere Zusätze enthalten wie metallhaltige Reinigungsmittel, korroaionainMbierende Mittel, oxydationeaemmende Mittel uswo Beispiel3 der metallhaltigen Reinigungsmittel sind die Brdalkalisaljse Öllöslicher Säuren, beispielsweise Mahoganysulfοlsäure und Didodeoylbenzolsulfonsüure. Zu den Metallsalaen zählen sowohl die normalen Salze als auch die basische η Salze, wobei die letzteren als Metallsalze beschrieben werden, in denen das Metall in einer stöohiometriach grosseren Menge zugegen ist als das Radikal der organischen Säure. Beispiele der korroaionainhibierenden Mittel und der oxydationshemmenden Mittel sind phenolische Verbindungen wie 2.6-Dibutyl-4~methylphenol, 4.4*-Methylen-bis(2-tert.«butyl-6-isopropylphenol), 2-Methyl-6-tert.-butyl-4-heptylphenol und geschwefeltes Heptylphenol. Arylamine und geschwefelte Kohlenwaeseretoffe sind ebenfalle ale Xnhibierungsmlttel brauchbar. Claims (1)

  1. Patentansprüche
    1.) Verfahren mir Herateilung aoyllerter AaIiM9 dadurch gekennselohnet, dass man bei einer Temperatur oberhalb etwa 800C ein Alkylenamin mit etwa 0,5 bia etwa 1 Äquivalent je Äquivalent dee verwendeten Allcylenamine einee ■auren GemiaoheB erhitzt, welohee aua einer kohlenvaaaer-•toffeubetituierten Bernsteinsäure Bit wenigsten· etwa 50 aliphatieohen Kohlenetoffatomen im Kohlenwaeeeretoffradikal, und einer aliphatieohen Monooarbonetture beeteht, wobei doe Verhältnie der Äquivalente dieser Bernsteinsäure ■ur Monooarbonaäure in dem eauren (Jemieoh etwa 1t0t1 bie etwa 1:1 beträgt, und dass man das dabei gebildete Vasser entfernt.
    2.) Verfahren nach Anspruch I9 weiter dadurch gekennaelohnet, dass das Alkylenamin ein Ithylenamin ist.
