Description

The invention relates to a device for percutaneous and digital blood sampling with a tubular Blood collection container.

There are different methods of performing a percutaneous and, in particular, a digital one Blood drawing known. At one before. one begins with this, the zone of the finger, the object the removal is to be disinfected, then the skin is cut approximately to a depth of until ? mm a, discards the first drop of blood that emerges from the incision and of which one knows it contains a relatively large amount of fluid from the subcutaneous cells, then massages the Finger towards the incision and collect what is received depending on the massage Blood in a sample tube, in a capillary or by drawing up a tube. These different Phases of blood collection are usually carried out by qualified personnel who are less and less available.

This results in the advantages that when using

Generation of a device can be achieved, which draws blood automatically, with direct actuation carried out by the person from whom the blood is drawn and practically without the involvement of specialists.

It is the object of the invention to specify such a device.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in a device of the type specified at the outset solved that the tubular container at its open

nen Ende mit einem Trichter abgeschlossen ist, der elastisch nachgiebige Wände besitzt und an seinem vorzugsweise ebenen Grund rings um die Trichteröffnung eine Auflage aus saugfähigem Material aufweist, welche von nindestens einer Schneidlanzette durchsetzt ist, die in den Trichterraum vorspringt und höchstens bis zum oberen Rand der Trichterwand reicht.NEN end is closed with a funnel, which has resilient walls and at his preferably a flat base around the funnel opening has a pad made of absorbent material, which is penetrated by at least one cutting lancet that protrudes into the funnel space and extends at most to the upper edge of the funnel wall.

In der Zeichnung zeigtThe invention is described below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing explained. In the drawing shows

Fig.9 einen Längsschnitt einer dritten Variante. Die in F i g. 1 der Zeichnung dargestellte Vorrichtung weist einen rohrförmigen Behälter 1 aus durchsichtigem oder durchscheinendem Werkstoff beispielsweise aus Polyäthylen, auf, in dessen öffnung eine Tülle 2 eingesetzt ist, welche den unteren, zur Entleerung vorgesehenen Teil eines Trichters 3 bildet, dessen kelchförmiger Sammelbehälter Wände 4 aus plastischem und elastischem Werkstoff aufweist.9 shows a longitudinal section of a third variant. The in F i g. 1 of the drawing device shown has a tubular container 1 made of transparent or translucent material, for example made of polyethylene, in its opening a spout 2 is inserted, which forms the lower part of a funnel 3 provided for emptying, whose cup-shaped collecting container has walls 4 made of plastic and elastic material.

Dieser Trichter ruht am Rande der öffnung desThis funnel rests on the edge of the opening of the

The wall of the funnel and that of the spout 2 are

öo schnitten, wobei eine Nut 5 vorgesehen ist, die L-förmig ist und einen Kanal zum Entweichen der Luft je nach dem Ausmaß der Füllung des rohrför.nigen Behälters mit Blut darstellt.öo cut, with a groove 5 being provided which is L-shaped is and a channel for the escape of air depending on the extent of the filling of the tubular container represents with blood.

At the lower end of the spout 2, a tube 6 protrudes which extends to near the bottom of the Container 1 extends, runs coaxially with this and in its course in the extension of the opening the spout 2 is.

In this embodiment, the spout 2 and the tube 6 form an integral whole. In the variant according to Fi g. 4, the tube 6 a, in contrast thereto is held by being inserted into the opening la of the spout. 2

At its base, the funnel 3 has an annular groove 46 in which the edge part of a circular base plate? (Fig. 1 and 3), which consists for example of stainless steel and has two triangular cutting lancets 8 a and 8 b made of the same material, which extend on both sides of a window 9 cut out of the plate perpendicular to this plate.

A tampon 10 made of absorbent material, for example made of absorbent paper, is arranged above the plate 7, the tampon having an annular shape and being attached to the cutting lancets 8 α and 8 b by piercing. As shown, the opening of the tampon 10 and the window of the plate open straight into the bore of the spout 2. The part of the cutting lancets Sa and 8 ft which protrudes above the tampon 10 has a length of at least 2 to 3 mm; these cutting lancets can extend with their tips at most up to the level of the upper edge of the funnel 3.

The lancets 8 α and 8 b are intended to make the incisions in the skin that are absolutely necessary for taking blood (FIG. 2), and it is obvious that the incisions must be sufficiently deep so that the most important Blood vessels can be reached.

The second variant of the device (FIG. 5) differs from that in FIG. 1 embodiment shown initially in that the spout 2 of the funnel 3 does not carry a tube 6 and further that the The air which fills the container 1 of the device exits through a bore 11, soft is provided coaxially with this at the bottom of the container. This hole opens into an exhaust pipe 12, which forms a whole with the container and around which a metal ring 13 is arranged. That The outlet pipe 12, like the container 1, is made of a plastic material, for example polyethylene. It is intended to be a closing device for the Bore 11 to form what by compressing its wall with the help of the ring 13, which is sufficient To press them together, for example by sliding them open (Fig. 6).

As a variant and if the container or at least the outflow pipe 12 are made of thermoplastic material, it is possible to close the bore by partially fusing the outflow pipe (FIG. 7). If, on the other hand, the container is made of plastic or some other material with a high degree of shrinkage and which is only slightly elastic, the outflow pipe 12 can be closed by a simple plug 13 A (FIG. 8), which is preferably made of compressible material.

The embodiment of FIG. 9 differs from that in FIG. 1 shown and from the in F i g. 4 shown in that the lancets 14 a and 14 b, which the device has in the funnel 3, are firmly connected in the drawing to the upper end of the tube 15 which is inserted in the nozzle opening, the lancets and the tube being a single one Represent a piece of metal, for example made of stainless steel. After the incision, the device is withdrawn somewhat, the funnel making use of its elastic part to push it back and to regain its original shape. Since the tips of the lancets extend at most to the level of the funnel edge, as soon as it is no longer deformed, these lancets are completely withdrawn from the incision, which happens when the funnel returns to its rest position, so that it is then possible that To perform the collection of blood without the person from whom the blood is being drawn is uncomfortable or painful.

The light emerging from the incisions blood flows first into the Trichter3 of the device (Fig. 1) and then in the container 1, whereby it through the tube 6 downwards running unc 1 in dependence on the filling, the air which fills the container, by the groove 5 escapes.

Es soll jedenfalls gesagt werden, daß die ersten Blutstropfen, die in den Trichter gelangen, nicht imIn any case, it should be said that the first drops of blood to get into the funnel are not in the

Container of the device are collected as it is absorbed by the tampon of absorbent material 10 will. These first drops of blood contain a very large amount of physiological fluid, which originate from the subcutaneous cells and are kept away from the collected blood got to. So only when the tampon 10 with a mixture of physiological fluid and blood is sufficient has been impregnated, usable blood will flow from the finger into the container of the device. In this context it is interesting to note that the lancets of the device are very useful facilitate this flow in to a great extent, since, although they are removed from the epidermis, they caused by them are directly opposite, and in a sufficiently small amount Removal so that the blood droplets obtained touch their tip and so after they are torn off quickly drain over their surface towards the quiver. The device's lancets thus play the role of correct collection devices, which prevent inexpedient distribution of the blood :, inside the funnel.

After taking the blood, you can take the blood-filled container in your hand and remove the entire part attached to the funnel, after which the container with a suitable stopper can be closed so that coagulation of the collected blood is prevented; something special is then appropriate if this is not intended for immediate examination.
