Es wird angenommen, daß die überraschende Wir­ kung des erfindungsgemäßen Hautpflegemittels darauf beruht, daß das Zink-Pyrithion und gegebenenfalls andere Pflegesubstanzen (siehe unten) als Bestandteile einer Mikroemulsion sehr schnell den unteren Bereich der Epidermis erreichen und sich dort kon­ zentrieren.
