Abstract

The suction container (1) is made from a transparent plastic material and has a removable cover (4). Mounted on the cover are inlet (5) and outlet (6) connections whose ends (7,8) project through the cover into the container. Housed within the container is a disposable secretion receptacle (2) into which the ends of the connectors project. The secretion receptacle is attached to the underside of the cover with adhesive strips (10) which allow it to be removed when full. The receptacle has an opening (9) in the top through which the ends of the connectors pass.

Der Auffangbehälter weist einen Behälterkörper 1 auf, in dem ein Sekret-Auffangbeutel 2 ange ordnet ist. Er besteht aus einem durchsichtigen Kunststoff und kann mit einer Meßskala 3 (Fig. 2) zur Volumenanzeige versehen sein. Der Behälterkörper 1 ist an seinem oberen Ende mit einem Deckel 4 geschlossen. Der Deckel weist Zu- und Abgangsanschlüsse 5; 6 auf, die bei spielsweise an eine Absaugpumpe angeschlossen werden können, wobei durch den Zugangs anschluß 5 das Sekret in den Sekret-Auffangbeutel 2 geführt wird. Der Zugangsabschluß 5 ist mit einem Rückschlagventil 11 versehen. Die beiden Enden 7; 8 der Zu- und Abgangsanschlüs se 5; 6 ragen durch in Fig. 1 nur angedeuteten Öffnungen 9 (Fig. 2) in das Innere des Se kret-Auffangbeutels 2 hinein. Diese Öffnungen 9, von denen in der Darstellung der Fig. 2 nur eine sichtbar ist, da in dieser Darstellung beide Öffnungen 9 übereinander angeordnet sind, sind aufgrund des Materials des Sekret-Auffangbeutels 2 dilatierbar, das heißt, sie können mit relativ kleinem Durchmesser gestanzt werden und sind durch Dehnung an nahezu beliebige Durchmesser der Enden 7; 8 anpaßbar, so daß sie diese Enden 7; 8 eng umschließen. Außer den Öffnungen 9 weist der Sekret-Auffangbeutel 2 keine weiteren Öffnungen auf. Er ist an sei ner oberen Seite zwischen den beiden Öffnungen 9 mit einem Klebestreifen 10 ausgestattet, der an den Deckel 4 angeklebt wird.
