Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for producing a flat connector comb (1) which can be moulded into an enclosure, according to which a group of interconnected flat connector combs (1) are punched out from a metal strip. Terminal ends (2) or terminal regions (2) are bent according to a desired configuration. The region (3) between the connector pins (5) and the terminal ends (2) is encapsulated with plastic (4), with the result that all the comb parts are stably fixed there with respect to one another. Connecting cross-pieces (6) between connector comb parts, which serve only for fixing the comb parts before encapsulation, are punched away.

Description

Die vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Her­ stellung eines in ein Gerätegehäuse eingießbaren Flachstec­ kerkamms.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing position of a flat tec pourable into a device housing comb.

Hinzu kommt, daß möglicherweise die Bestandteile ei­ nes Leiterkamms miteinander elektrisch verbunden werden müs­ sen, beispielsweise über eine Lötverbindung. Diese Umstände machen den Herstellungsprozeß komplizierter und daher lang­ wieriger und teurer. Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines in ein Gerätegehäuse eingießbaren Flachsteckerkamms (1), wonach
  • - aus einem Metallband eine Gruppe untereinander zusammenhängender Flachsteckerkämme (1) gestanzt werden,
  • - Anschlußenden (2) bzw. Anschlußbereiche (2) gemäß einer gewünschten Konfiguration gebogen werden,
  • - der Bereich (3) zwischen den Steckerstiften (5) und den Anschlußenden (2) mit Kunststoff (4) umspritzt wird, so daß dort alle Kammteile stabil gegeneinander fixiert sind, und
  • - Verbindungsstege (6) zwischen Steckerkammteilen, die vor dem Umspritzen nur der Festlegung der Kammteile dienen, weggestanzt werden.
