Claims (2)

1. Halter für Mobiltelefon gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
einen Haltekörper mit linken und rechten Haltekral­ len, mit denen ein Mobiltelefon gehalten und gesichert werden kann; und
ein einsetzbarer Verbindungsstutzen, der mit dem Haltekörper schwenkbar verbunden ist und in einem Kraft­ fahrzeug durch Einsetzen oder Kleben befestigt werden kann,
wobei der Haltekörper einen unteren Endbereich auf­ weist, der mit einem Adaptersitz versehen ist, der extern mit der Energiequelle des Kraftfahrzeuges verbunden und mit einer Aufnahmeschale gekoppelt werden kann, wobei die Aufnahmeschale einen Verbindungsstecker für eine Verbin­ dung mit dem Mobiltelefon aufweist, sodass eine elektri­ sche Verbindung hergestellt wird, um auf diese Weise mit Hilfe von inneren Leitungen ein Laden des Mobiltelefones und die Einstellung der Lautstärke und Verstärkung zu er­ lauben.

Halter für ein Mobiltelefon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­ kennzeichnet, dass eine Welle zwischen dem einsteckbaren Verbindungsstutzen und dem Haltekörper für das Mobiltele­ fon vorgesehen ist, um hiermit schwenkbar eine Stange zu verbinden, wobei Stange und Welle jeweils mit ineinander­ greifenden Zahnkränzen versehen sind und eine Druckfeder zwischen dem anderen Ende der Welle und einem entspre­ chenden Ende der Stange vorgesehen ist.
