Claims (4)

1. Farbanzeigevorrichtung mit einem Zweifarbfilter, gekennzeich­ net durch
zwei durchsichtige, parallele, beabstandete Substrate (12, 14), zwei durchsichtige Elektrodenplatten (18, 18'), die die entsprechenden Innenflächen der beiden durchsichtigen Substrate (12, 14) bedecken;
eine Flüssigkristallschicht (16), die sich zwischen den beiden durchsichtigen Substraten (12, 14) befindet;
zwei Polarisationsplatten (22, 22'), die jeweils auf den Außenflächen der beiden durchsichtigen Substrate (12, 14) angeordnet sind; und
ein Farbfilter (24), das zwischen eines der beiden durchsichtigen Sub­ strate (12, 14) und eine der beiden durchsichtigen Elektrodenplatten (18, 18') geschichtet ist und mehrere Farbeinheiten (242) umfaßt, die jeweils eine Pri­ märfarbe (244) und ihre Komplementärfarbe (246) enthalten.

a color filter ( 24 ), which is layered between one of the two transparent sub strates ( 12 , 14 ) and one of the two transparent electrode plates ( 18 , 18 ') and comprises a plurality of color units ( 242 ), each having a primary color ( 244 ) and contain their complementary color ( 246 ).
2. Farbanzeige nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Primär­ farbe (244) Rot und ihre Komplementärfarbe (246) Cyan ist.2.
