Claims (8)

1. Node-B, mit:
eine Medienzugangssteuerung (medium access controller) mit:
einer Ablaufsteuerungsvorrichtung für die Zeitplanung von Datenblock- Übertragungen, worin die Datenblöcke sowohl neue Datenblöcke als auch erneut übertragene Datenblöcke umfassen, und
zumindest einer hybriden ARQ-(ARQ = automatic repeat request)-Vorrichtung für die Übertragung der geplanten Datenblöcke über einen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Downlink-Shared-Channel.
2. Node-B nach Anspruch 1, worin die Medienzugangssteuerung des Weiteren eine Priorisierungsvorrichtung für die Einstellung einer Übertragungs- Sequenznummer für jeden Datenblock umfasst.
3. Node-B nach Anspruch 2, worin die Medienzugangssteuerung des Weiteren einen Transport-Format-Kombinations-Wahlschalter für die Auswahl einer Transport-Format-Kombination für jeden übertragenen Datenblock umfasst.
4. Node-B nach Anspruch 3, worin die Medienzugangssteuerung des Weiteren einen Flussregler umfasst, um neue Datenblöcke an die Ablaufsteuerung zu liefern.
5. Node-B nach Anspruch 4, worin der Flussregler an die Priorisierungsvorrichtung gekoppelt ist.
6. Node-B nach Anspruch 5, worin die Priorisierungsvorrichtung an die Ablaufsteuerungsvorrichtung gekoppelt ist.
7. Node-B nach Anspruch 6, worin die Ablaufsteuerungsvorrichtung an die zumindest eine hybride ARQ-Vorrichtung gekoppelt ist.
8. Node-B nach Anspruch 7, worin die zumindest eine hybride ARQ-Vorrichtung an den Transport-Format-Kombinations-Wahlschalter gekoppelt ist.
