Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von CaI-oiumphoephaten» die sich bei der biologiechen Knoohenbildung
bilden. Insbesondere bezieht eich die Erfindung auf di« Her»
stellung von Dicaloiumphosphat, CaHP0Ä*2H90 (£rushit)# einea
Torläufer des Hydroxyapatits, der ein Hauptbestandteil des
Zahnschmelzes let. Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren sub
Ausfällen von CaloiumphoephatkrIstallen aus einest Nährgel und
zur Anwendung des Calciunphoaphat-Abecheidungsverfahrens auf
die Ausbesserung schwacher oder schadhafter Zähne zur Verfügung.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde» ein Verfahren zur
Ablagerung der Bestandteile des Zahnschmelzes auf aieonaniaoh
schwachen, schadhaften oder beschädigten Zähnen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Bisher wurden Fehler in Zahnsohmelz, Hohlräuat,

Die Erfindung stellt ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Dicaloiumphosphat/Apatit
auf äie Oberfläche von Zähnen zur Verfügung β Me Umwandlung ä@® Dicalciumphosphats in Hydroxyapatii
erfolgt bei ©der nach der Abscheidung und führt schliesslich
.dazu, dass die Zahnoberfläclie sich mit Hydroxyapatit übe»-
Kieht. Der technische lortachritt der Erfindung gegenüber bieher
bekannten Zahnausbesaerungsverfahran liegt daher darin,

dass nicht Silberamalgam, Porzellan oder sonstige fremdstoffe
auf den Zähnen abgelagert werden, sondern natürlicher Hydroxyapatit. ferner wird erfindungsgeaäss der Apatit durch Aufwachsen auf den Zahnschmelz selbst gezüchtet, und nan benötigt daher keinen Kitt, Klebstoff usw. Die Ausbesserung erfolgt vielmehr in ähnlicher Weise wie das natürliche Wachstum
der Zähne.
Un die Dicalciumphosphatkristalle herzustellen, die sich dann
in Hydroxyapatit umwandeln, wird eine Geldiffueionsmethode angewandt. Hit Hilfe dieser Geldiffusionsmethode lassen sioh
die Bestandteile des Zahnschmelzes auf der Oberfläche von schwachen oder schadhaften Zähnen ablagern, wodurch die schwachen oder schadhaften Teile mit neuem Zahnschmelz bedeckt und
dadurch wirksam ausgebessert werden.
Bas Geldiffusionesystem wird folgendermassen hergestellt:
Als Grundstoff dient ein gelatinöser Stoff, wie Fhosphatioxten φ
enthaltendes Kieselsäuregel» Auf die Oberfläche dieses Gels wird eine Lösung eine» löslichen Calciumsalzea, wie
Oa(MOj)2*2H2 0» aufe*t*»&en· Iftiroh diffusion von Caloiuaionen
in das Gel und nachfolgende le&kiion alt den I2aos|&&tion«i in
dem Gel entstehen Dicalciumphosphat!»!stalle, Schliesslioh erfolgt die Umwandlung des Dicalciumphosphats in Hydroxyapatit.
Wenn das Gel und die Calciumsal«lösung auf die schadhafte
Oberfläche eines Zahns aufgetragen werden, lagern sich die Dicalciunphosphatkristalle auf der Zahnoberfläche ab und gehen
dabei oder danach in Hydroxyapatit über, so dass der sohadhafte Teil schliesslioh mit Hydroxyapatit überzogen wird.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäasen Verfahrens ist der
gelatinöse Stoff so zusammengesetzt, dass er hinsichtlich seines pH-Wertes und seiner Toxizität mit dem Mund verträglich
ist. Als gelatinöses Medium kann man β.3» ein aus Katriuametasilicat und Phosphorsäure hergestelltes Natrlumailicatgel verwenden. Ebenso kann man andere Gele verwenden, wie z.B.

«Carbopol" (ein synthetisches hydrophiles Kolloid, hergestellt
von der B.P. Goodrich Company), Gelatine oder andere organische Stoffe9 die in Gegenwart von Säuren durch Polymerisation
in einen gelatinösen Stoff übergehen.

und auf das Gel.wird eine übersättigte Lösung eines löslichen, nicht-texiechen Galciuajsalaes aufgestrichen.
Ein Sei wird folgendermaesen hergestellt: Eine Lösung von
43,2 g Na2SiO,»9H2O in 250 ml Wasser wird mit einem Gemisch
aus gleichen Raumteilen 0^3-molarer Phosphorsäure und 0,1-molarer
Fluorwasserstoffsäure versetzt, bis der pH-Wert 6,5 beträgt.
40 ml der zähflüssigen Lösung werden in ein Reagenzglas gegossen und 24 Stunden auf. 40° C gehalten. Nach 24 Stunden
ist die Gelbildung beendete Man lässt eine 0^5-molare Lösung
von Ca(NO^)o·2H2O als nährlösung sorgfältig auf der Oberfläche
des Gels schwimmen und beobachtet nach mehreren Minuten
dae Auftreten ©ines dichten weiseen Niederschlages unter der
Grenzfläche zwischen dem Gel und der Nährlösung. Das Reagenzglas
wird nit einem Stopfen verschlossen und bei Haustemperatur
stehen gelassene lach 2 Monaten haben sich an der Grenzfläche-winzige
durchsichtige Kristallite gebildet. Einige Kristallite- wachsen langsam sn Ilächengebilden von verschiedenen
Formen zusammen? von 'denen das grösste eine Länge von etwa
13 mm aufweist« Eine Ptofc© des kristallinen Plächengebildes
wird mit dera Spatel entnommen und gründlich mit Wasser gewaschen.
Bei der Analyse öler Profe© sit einer llektronenstrahl-Mikrosonde
ergibt sich,, dass die Probe aus Galciumphosphat mit einem
Plnorgehalt von weniger als 100 ppm besteht. Durch Röntgenbeugung
wird des Material als Bicaloiumphosphat identifiziert.
Durch das Laue-Reflexionsöiagramm νίτά die Einkristall-Be-

eohaffenheit der Probe bestätigt.
Beispiel 2
Ein Gel wird nach Beispiel 1 hergestellt und mit einer übersättigten
Lösung von Oa(KO,)2·2H2O versetzt. Nach dem Erscheinen
des dichten weissen Niederschlages werden Niederschlag
und Gel aus dem Reagenzglas entfernt und in einer verschlossenen Flasche heftig geschüttelt, um das Gel zu zerstören·
Das so erhaltene Gemisch wird auf dem Filter getrocknet und eine Probe durch Röntgenbeugung analysiert. Der Vergleich
dieser Probe mit einer Normprobe aus Fluorapatit ergibt, dass der dichte weisse Niederschlag aus Fluorapatitt
Ca5(PQ4)^F, besteht. Dieses Beispiel beweist die gemeinsame
Existenz von Dicalciumphosphat- und Apatitkristallen, ebenso wie bei der Bildung von Zahnstein das verkalkte Material, welches
sich auf dem Zahn ansammelt und als ätiologisches Agens für periodontale Erkrankungen wirkt. φ
Da der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde liegt, ein Verfahren
zur Ausbesserung oder Erhaltung der Zähne zu entwickeln, erläutern die folgenden Beispiele, wie solohe Ausbesserungen in
der Praxis durchgeführt werden können.
Zahnfäule kann beseitigt werden, indem man (1) den Zahnaerfall behandelt und die Zerfallsprodukte aus dem Hohlraum auf chemische
und/oder mechanische Weise bei geringstmöglichem Bohren
und Abtragen von vorhandenem Zahnschmelz entfernt, (2) den entstandenen Hohlraum mit einem geeigneten Material fül.lt,
(3) die Zahnoberflächen, auf denen Apatit gezüchtet werden soll, vorbereitet (z.B. durch Aufrauhen), (4) die Oberflächen
mit dem oben beschriebenen Nährgel überzieht, (5) auf diesen
Überzug eine Schicht aus absorbierendem Material aufträgt, welches die oben genannte Calciumsalzlösung enthält, (6) den
Zahn und die Überzüge mit einer zeitweiligen Kappe bedeckt und

(7} nach einigen Sagen die Kappe abnimmt und die Zahnoberfläche auf übliche Weise nach Bedarf poliert. Die Verfahrensstufen
(3) "bis (7) können so oft wie erforderlich wiederholt werden, um die gewünschte Zahnoberfläche herzustellen.

Claims (4)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dicalciumphosphat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man
(a) einen Phosphationen enthaltenden gelatinösen Stoff
herstellt und
(b) als Nährlösung auf den gelatinösen Stoff eine wässrige Calciumsalzlösung aufbringt und Calciumionen in den
gelatinösen Stoff unter Bildung von Dicalciumphoephatkristallen hineindiffundieren lässt» *
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
man als gelatinösen Stoff Kieselsäuregel verwendet*
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch g-skennse lehnet ι
dass man zur Durchführung der Stufe (a) zu einer wäairlgen
Lösung von Na2SiO,«9H2O ein Gemisch aus verdünnter Phosphorsäure und verdünnter Fluorwasserstoffsäure bia zur Erreichung
eines geeigneten pH-Y/ertes von beispielsweise 6,5 und zur Bildung des gelatinösen Stoffes zusetzt.
4. Verfahren zum Ablagern der Bestandteile des Zahnschmelzes
auf Zahnoberflächen, dadurch gekennzeieb»^^ dass man
(a) auf die Zahnoberfläche einen^P!io3phationen enthaltenden
gelatinösen Stoff aufträgt, der einen mit dem Mund
verträglichen ρΗ-1ίβ*·τ aufweist und.
(b) auf den ge^jrCinösen Stoff eine wässrige Lösung eines
lösl^piren Calciumsalzes, wie Ga(NG, )2·2HgO, aufetreicht
