It has been used in tearing machines and other pulp preparation machines Necessity highlighted, the feed rollers, which present the fiber material of the tearing drum, not only suddenly stand still, but also quickly run back to the for example pieces of fiber sitting between the rollers -: which cause accidents, fires, etc. can - get out of the rollers backwards. This return must can thus be effected quickly and easily on the part of the operating worker; one Facility that completely solves the task at hand, in such a way that only a hand lever needs to be pressed down slightly, now forms the object of the present invention.
According to FIG. 1, the lay-up disk q is driven by the axis of the ripping drum t , which drives the disk s seated on the shaft w by means of a drive wheel; the feed rollers 2 now receive their drive from the shaft w. Usually this disk s is fixed on the shaft, but here - as can be seen in Fig. 2 to 4 - an epicyclic gear is switched on, which does not come into effect for the general feed drive, but this only at the given moment by pressing down the hand lever h expresses. The disk s sitting loosely on the shaft w has a ring gear c with internal teeth; on the other hand, the gear wheel g is stuck firmly on the shaft w , and the small wheel r, which sits loosely on the pin of the driver m , may run between the ring gear c and the gear wheel g. This driver is loosely on the hub of the wheel g ; In front of the driver sits the brake disc b, which is enclosed by a steel band i , which in turn sits on the lever h , the depression of which pulls the steel band and thus prevents the disc b from moving along. The disk b has a ratchet e on one side of the wheel r, and on the other side a channel in which the spring f rests, against which a nose d of the driver m rests. This spring f acts in such a way that the driver m is displaced with its wheel r against the ratchet e , so that the ratchet enters the tooth gap of the wheel r and prevents this wheel from rotating. Since the disk s or its ring gear c receives the rotation, this ring gear takes the gear wheel g with it through the planet wheel r - because it cannot rotate - and consequently gives the shaft w the feed rotation. If, on the other hand, the lever h is depressed and the disc b is prevented from rotating, the resulting compression of the spring f causes the gear wheel r to emerge from the ratchet e, and the wheel can now turn on its bolt; it then works as an intermediate drive on the wheel g, and since an inner toothing acts on an outer toothing, this wheel receives a reverse rotation; this also causes the shaft to run in reverse and the feed rollers to go backwards. As soon as the brake stops working by releasing the lever, the spring f immediately pushes the tooth again
rad r in die Knarre e, und der Vorwärtslauf beginnt wieder.wheel r into the ratchet e, and forward movement begins again.
