Claims (4)

1. Chirurgisches Instrument I mit einem Scherengriff, beste­ hend aus
  • 1. einer ersten Griffbranche (1),
  • 2. einer zweiten Griffbranche (2), wobei die erste Griff­ branche (1) relativ zur zweiten Griffbranche (2) schwenk- bzw. spreizbar und mittels eines Federele­ ments (8) im Abstand voneinander haltbar ist, sowie
  • 3. einem mit der zweiten Griffbranche (2) verbundenen Schaft,
  • 4. einem an dem Schaft (3) angeordneten, mit der ersten Griffbranche (1) kuppelbaren Schiebeelement (4), wobei das Schiebeelement (4) in einer Stellung, in der die beiden Griffbranchen (1, 2) maximal voneinander beab­ standet sind, von dem Schaft (3) abnehmbar ist und in den übrigen Stellungen durch Verschwenken (Zusammen­ drücken) der ersten Griffbranche (1) relativ zur zwei­ ten Griffbranche (2) auf dem Schaft (3) axial ver­ schiebbar ist, und
  • 5. einem Anschlagelement (5) zur Begrenzung der maximalen Spreizbewegung der beiden Griffbranchen (1, 2), wobei für das Anschlagelement (5) eine erste Stellung vorge­ sehen ist, in der diese Spreizbewegung beschränkt und eine weitere Stellung, in der die maximale Spreizbewe­ gung möglich ist, so dass in dieser Stellung das Schiebeelement (4) aus dem Schaft (3) herausnehmbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (5) an der ersten Griffbranche (1) derart angeordnet ist, dass
  • 6. in der ersten Stellung des Anschlagselements (5) die maximale Spreizbewegung durch das in Kontakt bringen des Anschlagelements (5) mit der Unterseite des Schafts (3) beschränkt ist und
  • 7. in einer weiteren Stellung des Anschlagelements (5) zur Erzielung der maximalen Spreizbewegung der beiden Griffbranchen (1, 2) das Anschlagelement (5) außer Funktion bringbar ist.
