  • 1. Natronkalkschicht;
  • 2. Nachfolgeschicht, bestehend aus körnigen, mit hohem Kapillaranteil versehenen Körpern, die mit ein- und/oder mehrbasischen Carbonsäuren getränkt werden;
  • 3. eine weitere Schicht, bestehend ebenfalls aus Blähstoffen mit hohem Kapillaranteil, getränkt mit alkalischer Eisen-III-hydroxid-Lösung (Fe(OH)₃);
  • 4. Aktivkohleschicht, wobei die einzelnen Schichten mit Staubfiltervlies vorzugsweise gegeneinander abgegrenzt verlagert liegen.
