Der Schraubenbolzen ι ist mit Rechtsgewinde 2 versehen. An seinem oberen Ende ist der Schraubenbolzen ι zu einem Schraubenbolzen 3 von geringerem Durchmesser abgesetzt, der mit Linksgewinde 4 versehen ist. Die Hauptschraubenmutter 5 ist in ihrem unteren Teil mit Rechtsgewinde versehen und auf den Bolzen 1 aufgeschraubt. Der obere Teil 6 der Hauptschraubenmutter 5 ist zylindrisch gestaltet, innen hohl und mit Rechtsgewinde versehen. Auf den Bolzen 3 ist eine Gegenmutter 8 mit Linksgewinde aufgeschraubt. Diese Gegenmutter 8 ist auf ihrer Unterseite eben, auf ihrer Oberseite kuglig abgedreht und mit radialen Falzrippen 9 versehen. In den Hohlraum 7 des oberen Teiles 6 der Schraubenmutter5 ist eine Schraube 10 eingeschraubt, die eine zentrische Bohrung 13 aufweist, durch welche der Bolzen 3 reibungslos hindurchtritt. Die untere Kante 11 der Schraube 10 ist angeschärft und gezahnt. Ferner weist die Schraube 10 Bohrungen 12 zum Ansetzen eines Steckschlüssels auf. Auf das obere Ende des Bolzens 3 ist eine Kappe 14 aufgeschraubt, die mit Vertiefungen 15 zum Ansetzen eines Schraubenschlüssels versehen ist. Die Wirkungsweise der neuen Schraubensicherung ist folgende: Nachdem die Hauptmutter 5 auf den Bolzen 1 aufgeschraubt und festgezogen ist, wird die Gegenmutter 8 mittels eines besonderen Schraubenschlüssels, der der kugligen Oberfläche der Mutter 8 und deren Falzrippen 9 genau angepaßt ist, auf den Bolzen 3 aufgeschraubt, bis sich ihre untere ebene Fläche gegen die Mutter 5 anlegt. Alsdann wird die Schraube 10 in das Innengewinde des Teiles 6 der Hauptmutter 5 eingeschraubt und so weit festgezogen, bis sich die Zähne des unteren Schraubenrandes 11 in die kuglige Oberfläche der Mutter 8 hinter die scharfen Kanten der Falzrippen 9 eindrücken, und hierauf wird die Kappe 14 auf den BoI-zen 3 aufgeschraubt. Von außen ist die Konstruktion der Mutter auch dann nicht zu erkennen, wenn die Kappe 14 abgeschraubt wird, weil die Schraube 10 die Gegenmutter 8 in dem Hohlraum 7 der Hauptmutter 5 verdeckt. Aber auch wenn die Schraube 10 herausgeschraubt wird, ist ein Lösen der Gegenmutter 8 nur mit dem zugehörigen Schlüssel möglich, weil sie in dem Hohlraum 7 der Hauptmutter 5 und infolge ihrer kugeligen Oberfläche für gewohnliche Werkzeuge unangreifbar ist.The screw bolt ι is provided with a right-hand thread 2.
