Der Safebox-Schuh ist eine wesentliche Verbesserung zum Stand
der Technik. Die Neuerung betrifft insbesondere die einfache
Herstellungsmöglichkeitk. Die Erfindung ist gezielt abgestimmt
auf die geschäumte Weichsohle der im Handel befindlichen
Freizeit- und Sportschuhe. In der Herstellung entstehen so
für die Schuhindustrie keine wesentlichen Produktionsver
änderungen. Das unabhängig vom Schuh hergestellte Einschub
schachtgehäuse mit der eingeschobenen Box wird einfach in die
Sohle im Absatzbereich mit eingeschäumt. Die Sohle ist dadurch
maximal 4,5 cm hoch und ist im Bereich der Hacke gerade ge
zogen, so daß das Einschubschachtgehäuse von hinten mit der
wasserdichten Klappe zu öffnen und zu schließen ist. Der
Komfort für das Fußbett bleibt durch das geschäumte Material
der Sohle erhalten und die Sohle selbst ist fast so beweglich
wie beim herkömmlichen Schuh. Einschubschachtgehäuse und Box
werden aus Panzerplastik, beispielsweise aus Makrolon, herge
stellt. Dadurch ist eine enorme und ausreichende Belastbar
keit gewährleistet. Die Box verläßt automatisch unter Feder
druck den Schacht. Verschlossen wird die Box innerhalb des
Einschubschachtgehäuses mit einem handelsüblichen herausnehm
baren Steckschloß. Die Box ist in der genormten Größe einer
Scheckkarte gefertigt und kann in ihrem Hohlraum kleine Wert
gegenstände wie Scheck- und Kreditkarten, Geldscheine,
flache Schlüssel usw. aufnehmen. Sie ist aufklappbar und im
Innendeckel ist ein flacher Solarrechner eingearbeitet. Die
Box ist wasserdicht verschließbar und ist mit einer Trage
schnur ausgestattet. Unabhängig vom Schuh kann die Box auch
beispielsweise beim Schwimmen um den Hals getragen werden.

In die Weichsohle (1) des Schuhs ist das Einschubschacht
gehäuse (2) eingeschäumt. Die Safebox (3) wird in den
Schacht eingeführt. Beim Hineinschieben der Safebox (3)
läuft der in der Schlitzung bewegliche Arretierstift (4)
innerhalb der Führungsrille (9) auf der Boxunterseite den
Weg wie mit der gestrichelten Linie angegeben entlang. Die
Safebox (3) wird gegen die Federplatte (5) bis zum Anschlag
gedrückt. Wird die Safebox (3) losgelassen bleibt der
Arretierstift (4) innerhalb der Führungsrille (9) in der
Mulde (11) stehen und hält die Box (3) unter ständigem
Federdruck im Schacht fest. Das Steckschloß (7) wird in die
Führung eingesteckt und verschließt die eingeschobene und
arretierte Safebox (3) in der Zarge (10). Die Klappe (6)
des Einschubschachtes (2) verschließt den Einschub. Beim
Herausnehmen der Safebox (3) wird die Klappe (6) geöffnet
und das Steckschloß (7) mit dem Schlüssel herausgenommen.
Die Safebox (3) wird wieder bis zum Anschlag der Feder
platte (5) gedrückt. Dabei läuft der Arretierstift (4) den
Weg wie mit der punktierten Linie angegeben entlang und
verläßt so wieder die Mulde (11). Wird die Safebox (3)
losgelassen schnellt sie unter dem Federdruck der Feder
platte (5) aus dem Schacht hervor. Die Safebox (3) kann
