Description
Die Erfindung geht vom Aufbringen einer Wickelkopfbandage an elek trischen Maschinen aus. Es ist bekannt, Wickelköpfe von Rotoren elektrischer Maschinen zur Aufnahme von Fliehkräften zu bandagieren oder mit Stützringen zu verstärken. Dazu sind Bandagen beispielswei se aus Draht, Baumwoll- oder Synthetikschnüren und Klebebändern mit Glasfasern sowie Stützringe aus Glasfaser bekannt. Bei Verwendung der bekannten Bandagierelemente ist jedoch von Nachteil, daß sie zum Teil verknüpft und die Stützringe besonders vorgeformt werden müs sen. Darüber hinaus müssen alle Bandagen noch zusätzlich durch Ver kleben auf dem Wickelkopf und in ihrer gewickelten Form gehalten werden.The invention relates to the application of a winding head bandage to elek machines. Mit Hilfe einer an sich bekannten und nicht näher dargestellten Wickel vorrichtung wird der Anfang der Glasfaserschnur am Wickelkopf 5 ge halten und werden die erste Windung 7 und ein am Anfangsbereich 8 der ersten Windung 7 anliegender Abschnitt der zweiten Windung 9 um den Wickelkopf 5 gewickelt. Mittels eines ebenfalls an sich be kannten und nicht näher dargestellten Lasers wird der Anfangsbereich 8 an den anliegenden Abschnitt der zweiten Windung 9 geschweißt. An schließend wird unter der erforderlichen Zugspannung die gewünschte Anzahl von Windungen aus Glasfaserschnur auf den Wickelkopf 5 ge wickelt. Die letzte Windung 10 wird im Endbereich 11 an den anlie genden Abschnitt der vorletzten Windung 12 wiederum mit Laser ge schweißt.
