Abstract

The fitting of a winding overhang binding made of glass fibres of a rotor of an electrical machine is proposed, which binding serves to absorb centrifugal forces. The glass fibres are wound onto the winding overhang, with somewhat more than one turn in the form of a glass-fibre cord. The starting region of the first turn is then welded by laser to the section of the second turn resting on it. After the binding has been wound with the required tension, the end region of the last winding of the binding is welded to the section of the penultimate turn resting on it, likewise using a laser, and the remaining glass-fibre cord of the same is subsequently cut off. <IMAGE>

Description

Stand der TechnikState of the art

The invention relates to the application of a winding head bandage to elek machines. It is known winding heads of rotors bandaging electrical machines for absorbing centrifugal forces or to reinforce with support rings. Bandages are for example made of wire, cotton or synthetic cords and adhesive tapes Glass fibers and support rings made of glass fiber are known. Using The known bandaging elements is disadvantageous in that it is used for Part linked and the support rings must be specially pre-formed sen. In addition, all bandages must be additionally ver stick on the winding head and kept in their wound form will.

Aufgabe, Lösung und Vorteile der ErfindungObject, solution and advantages of the invention

The invention has for its object the application of a Winding bandage made of glass fibers with simple means in one to enable automatable processes.

To solve the problem are the characteristics of the main claim specified measures provided.

It is advantageous that the winding head bandage under defined Tractive forces in a simple, especially for large-scale production economical manufacturing process for a clean winding without subsequent gluing can be formed.

The measures listed in the subclaims provide for partial refinements of the specified in the main claim bring a wrap bandage possible. It is particularly advantageous simply attaching the start and end of the wrap to the neighbor windings as well as the removal of the taping material that is not required terials by laser in an automated process.

Zeichnungdrawing

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing represents and explained in more detail in the following description. The Figure shows a side view of part of an armature as a rotor an electrical machine with one on the winding head brought bandage.

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielesDescription of the embodiment

An armature 1 has a plate assembly 3 arranged on an armature shaft 2 , in which an armature winding 4 is accommodated, the end of which projects from the armature plate assembly 3 and forms a winding head 5 . To absorb the centrifugal forces and to hold the winding head 5 in its shape, the winding head 5 is provided with a bandage 6 . The bandage 6 is wound from a glass fiber cord. With the help of a winding device known per se and not shown in detail, the beginning of the glass fiber cord on the winding head 5 is held and the first turn 7 and a portion of the second turn 9 adjacent to the starting area 8 of the first turn 7 are wound around the winding head 5 . By means of a laser, which is also known per se and not shown in detail, the initial region 8 is welded to the adjacent section of the second turn 9 . At closing, the desired number of turns of glass fiber cord on the winding head 5 is wrapped under the required tension. The last turn 10 is again welded in the end region 11 to the abutting portion of the penultimate turn 12 with a laser. The winding head bandage 6 is then also separated from the remaining glass fiber cord by laser.

The entire armature winding 3 to 6 can then be impregnated with casting resin.
