Fig. 2 shows an inserted into a bracket and locked ver radio telephone from above. It has an earpiece 14 , a mouthpiece 15 , display means 17 and a keyboard 16 . Due to the special arrangement in the bracket, all controls are accessible from above. With suitable electrical equipment, hands-free talking is also possible, since the ear and speaking cones are also freely accessible. Via the cable 10 connected in an end region of the hand-held radio telephone, the hand-held radio telephone can be connected to devices in the vehicle, in particular to the vehicle battery and to the vehicle antenna. If the device is an operating handset, this cable can be used to connect to the mobile radio part with transmitting and receiving part arranged in the vehicle.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS . 1 to 3, the holding means 6 are arranged on a bracket 1 pivotally mounted in the holding tion 1 from an actuating arm 7 a and a locking arm 7 b formed bracket 7 , each in the end region of the bracket 7th Arranged approach 6 b is formed on the locking arms 7 b so that it overlaps the hand-held radio telephone 2 inserted in the holder 1 in the second end region 23 at least at the edge. The inner edge of Unterscha le 1 is shown in the Seitenan view shown in FIG. 1 as a dashed line 12 . The edge of the bottom of the lower shell 1 is recessed in the first end region 22 . The lower shell 1 is fastened in the vehicle interior at a suitable location, for example the center console or the dashboard. For insertion into the so fixed lower shell 1, the mobile telephone 2 is handed first inclined placed in the lower shell 1 is turned, so that the part of the mobile telephone handset 2 slides with the mouthpiece 15 in the area bounded by the line 12 recessed edge of the lower shell of the first end 22nd The opposite underside of the hand-held radiotelephone 2 in the opposite second Endbe range 23 is still on the approaches 6 b of the bracket 7 ( Fig. 1). If the hand-held radio telephone 2 is now pressed further down in this area, the locking arms 7 b of the spring-loaded retaining bracket 7 are pressed laterally outwards ( FIG. 3) and the hand-held radio telephone slides into the holder until its underside on the lower shell 1 is present. The spring-loaded bracket 7 ge then go back to its rest position parallel to the longitudinal side wall parts 4 and lock with the molded approaches 6 b, the handheld radio telephone 2 in the holder 1 ( Fig. 2). In this position, the hand-held radio telephone 2 is locked securely and reliably, so that it can withstand the loads that occur during driving. To remove the hand-held radio telephone 2 from the holder, the actuating arms 7 a are compressed, as a result of which the hand-held radio telephone 2 is unlocked again ( FIG. 3).
In an advantageous embodiment, the lower shell 1 can be connected to a flat cuboid base part 9 . The base part 9 is advantageously arranged under the lower shell 1 , but can also be attached to another suitable location of the vehicle. The base part 9 contains an electrical interface, whereby a connection to devices arranged in the vehicle can be produced. For this purpose, the connecting lines are located in the interior of the base part 9 , in particular to the vehicle battery and to the vehicle antenna. From the base part 9 , a connecting cable 10 is led out, which is closed with a multiple connector part 18 from. If the hand-held radio telephone is used in the vehicle, the multiple connector part 18 can be contacted with a multi-connector part 19 arranged on the hand-held radio telephone 2 . The height of the narrow side wall part 13 is selected so that the multiple connector part 18 on the hand-held radio telephone 2 can remain in contact with the multi-gene connector part 19 of the hand-held radio telephone 2 even when a hand-held radio telephone is inserted. This has the advantage that the batteries of the handheld radio telephone are charged via the vehicle battery or the vehicle generator when the handheld radio telephone is predominantly operating in the motor vehicle, and that the more powerful or less disturbed vehicle antenna serves as the transmitting and receiving antenna. All control elements of the handheld radio telephone are easily accessible even when the handheld radio telephone is placed in the holder. It is thus possible, provided that the hand-held radio telephone has a hands-free facility, to make telephone calls in this case too, without the hand-held radio telephone having to be removed from the holder.
In a further embodiment, not shown in the figures, the bottom edge surface of the Unterscha le 1 is shaped so that a cable channel for receiving the connecting cable 10 and the multiple connector part 18 is formed in its center. In these, the Ka bel 10 can be inserted if necessary, so that it is avoided that the connecting cable 10 hinders the driver during driving.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show an embodiment of a handheld radio telephone with the holder in side view, wherein the first holding means 5 is formed as pivotally and longitudinally displaceably mounted in the support receiving body 20 made. In addition, a first spring means 8 is seen before that presses the receiving body 20 with inserted hand radio telephone 2 against the second holding means 6 . The receiving body 20 is rotatably mounted in a pivot axis 24 . On the first spring means 8 , a second Fe dermittel 21 is formed, which presses against the receiving body 20 from below. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS . 4 to 5, the holding means 6 are designed as a web that extends over the operating handset 2 . When put on, the hand-held radio telephone 2 is initially inclined again into the receiving body 20 of the lower shell 1 . The springs 8 , 21 rest on the receiving body 20 .
Upon further depression of the handheld radio telephone 2 moving of the narrow side wall in the end region 23 tet 3 facing part of the handheld radio telephone 2 in the lower shell 1, to the handheld radio telephone 2 and the lower shell 1 aneinan the rest. Due to the action of the spring 8 , the receiving body 20 is pressed with the hand-held radio telephone 2 used, and the holding means 6, which is designed as a web, is pressed and thus locked. The web can be made rich over the entire narrow side wall part 3 or just in the Randbe. The longitudinal side wall parts 4 are formed in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, for example, so that the hand-held radio telephone 2 protrudes from the lower shell 1 in a region so that it can be gripped with one hand. By pressing against the first Fe dermittel 8 the locking is released again, the second spring means 21 pushes the handheld radio telephone 2 simultaneously upwards. In the in Figs. 4 and 5 Darge exemplary embodiment illustrated, the receiving body 20 is provided for the additional guiding and securing of the hand-held radio tele Fons 2 in the lower shell 1 on two opposite sides parallel to the longitudinal side wall parts 4 of the lower shell 1 with guide grooves 25, in each of which a on the longitudinal side wall parts 4 of the lower shell 1 arranged guide pin 26 engages. The guide grooves 25 run approximately parallel in the pivoting direction and have an approximately parallel to the base area of the end region 27 . In addition, the receiving body by 20 has two further guide grooves 28 into which bolts arranged on the holder 1 engage as pivot axes 24 . The guide grooves 25 of the receptacle body 20 are designed in accordance with a radius predetermined by the pivot axis 24 , so that the receptacle body 20 is guided in the guide grooves 25 when the hand-held radio telephone 2 is pressed down until the hand-held radio telephone rests on the lower shell. Now, the receiving body is pressed by 20 with the hand-held radio telephone by the force of the spring means 8 in the end region 23 under the second holding means 6 designed as a web, and the receiving body 20 slides on, guided by the guide grooves 25 , into the locking position shown in FIG. 5, so that the guide pin 26 is finally in the Endbe rich 27 of the guide grooves 25 . In the same way, the bolts of the pivot axes 24 slide in the guide groove 28 from the position shown in FIG. 4 into the locking position shown in FIG. 5. Since the second spring means 21 presses the receiving body 20 upwards, this additional securing can only be released again by pressing the hand-held radio telephone 2 against the force of the spring means 8 .
