Nach der Erfindung werden sich wiederholende störende Pro grammteile digitalisiert und analysiert und dann in einem Speicher gespeichert. Die Bilddaten werden nicht als weltliche Bilddaten sondern als mathematische relative Datensätze ge speichert. Hierzu werden z. B. drei kleine Bildausschnitte der jeweiligen Gesamtbilder zunächst in einem Digitizer absolut erfaßt. In einem Analysemodul werden die Daten der drei ein zelnen Bildausschnitte zueinander in eine mathematische Bezie hung gebracht. Hierdurch ist eine große Datenkomprimierung möglich. Außerdem sind Farbabweichungen des Gesamtbildes, Hel ligkeit, Kontrast usw. unbeachtlich. Dadurch wird die Störan fälligkeit der Vorrichtung stark vermindert. Außerdem hat eine optische Manipulation störender Programmteile keinen Einfluß auf die Funktion der Vorrichtung, die somit durch Manipulatio nen des Programmsenders nicht beeinflußt werden kann. Bei Ein schaltung des Fernsehers ist ein Steuermodul über den Video ausgang des Fernsehers mit diesem verbunden, so daß während der Fernsehsendung ständig ein Bilddatenvergleich zwischen den gesendeten Bildern und den abgespeicherten als störend empfun denen Fernsehbildern erfolgt. Wird ein solcher störender Pro grammteil gesendet, erfolgt dessen Ausblendung durch das Steu ermodul. Am Ende dieses Programmteils wird dann wieder auf die normale Fernsehsendung übergegangen. In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist es auch möglich, daß das Steu ermodul beim Ausblenden des störenden Programmteils einen Videorecorder startet, der mit dem Fernseher verbunden ist, so daß der Fernseher einen vorausgewählten Videofilm so lange wiedergibt, bis der störende Programmteil nicht mehr gesendet wird. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist ein Lernmodul vorgesehen, mit dem ein vom Fernseher angezeigter störender Programmteil, der noch nicht in dem Massenspeicher abgespeichert ist, in diesen eingespeichert werden kann. Hierzu wird z. B. durch Ansteuerung eines Signaleingangs des Steuermoduls mittels einer Fernbedienung das vorhandene neue Bild dieses Programmteils aus dem Bilddatenzwischenspeicher mittels des Lernmoduls in den Massenspeicher eingespeichert. Gleichzeitig kann dann über einen Signalgeber der Signalaus gang des Steuermoduls angesteuert werden, um die Umschaltung des Fernsehers und den Start des Videorecorders zu bewirken. Das Analysemodul 10 ist aus gangsseitig mit einem Bilddatenzwischenspeicher 11 verbunden, der über ein Lernmodul 15 mit dem Massenspeicher 13 verbunden ist. Der Bilddatenzwischenspeicher 11 ist ferner ausgangssei tig mit einem Bilddatenvergleicher 12 verbunden, der mit dem Massenspeicher 13 im Datenaustausch steht. In den Bilddaten zwischenspeicher 11, Bilddatenvergleicher 12 und Massenspei cher 13 sind die Bilddaten nur als mathematische relative Datensätze eingelesen. Sobald sich durch den Bilddatenver gleich ergibt, daß der Fernseher 1 ein Programmteil zeigt, was auszublenden ist, wird ein Signalgeber 14 angesteuert, der dem Fernseher 1 über den Signalausgang 6 ein Umschaltsignal für den Fernseher 1 zugeführt und ein Startsignal an den Videore corder 3 liefert. Wenn der ausgeblendete Programmteil nicht mehr gesendet wird, erfolgt über den Bilddatenvergleicher 12 eine erneute Ansteuerung des Signalgebers 14, was ein erneu tes Umschaltsignal für den Fernseher 1 sowie ein Stopsignal für den Videorecorder 3 bewirkt. Der Signalaustausch zwischen der Fernbedienung 4 und dem Signaleingang 5 bzw. dem Signa lausgang 6 und dem Fernseher 1 und Videorecorder 3 kann in bekannter Weise mittels Infrarotstrahlung erfolgen.
