Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein selbstklebendes Etikett sowie auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten, die auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragen werden.
  • Die Anmeldung ist eine Teilanmeldung aus der EP-Anmeldung Nr. 91915912.9, veröffentlicht als EP-A-0 546 047, welche ein selbstklebendes Etikett sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folge von auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragenen selbstklebenden Etiketten beschreibt und beansprucht.
  • WO-A-9104850 (EP-A-0 494 201) sowie WO-A-9104851 (EP-A-0 494 191), die im Namen des Anmelders eingereicht wurden und einen Teil des Standes der Technik gemäß Artikel 54(3) EPÜ darstellen, beschreiben Etiketten und deren Herstellung.
  • Es ist eine Anzahl von selbstklebenden mehrschichtigen Etiketten bekannt, siehe z.B. WO-A-9005631 (EP-A-0 445 191) sowie EP-A-0 232 054. Diese Etiketten können den Nachteil zeigen, dass es für einen Benutzer schwierig sein kann, dieselben zu öffnen, wenn das selbstklebende Etikett auf ein Produkt aufgeklebt ist.
  • Die Erfindung sucht eine zweckmäßige und elegante Lösung dieses Problems zu erreichen.
  • Dementsprechend schafft die Erfindung ein selbstklebendes Etikett.
  • Ferner schafft die Erfindung gemäß Anspruch 4 ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten, die auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragen werden.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird nunmehr lediglich beispielhaft unter Bezugnahme auf die Figuren beschrieben. Es zeigt:
  • 1 eine Aufsicht auf eine Folge von Etiketten gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung, wobei diese auf der Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragen werden;
  • 2 eine Seitenansicht des Etiketts gemäß 1, wobei dieses auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragen wird;
  • 3 schematisch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Etiketts gemäß 1; und
  • 4 eine Schrägansicht eines Etiketts, das nicht der Erfindung entspricht.
  • In 1 ist eine Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten 2 gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt, wobei diese auf einer Unterlage 4 von Abziehmaterial getragen werden. Wie deutlicher in 2 gezeigt, weist jedes Etikett 2 einen Tragteil 6 auf, der selbstklebend ist, wobei der Tragteil auf seiner Rückfläche mit einer Schicht von druckempfindlichem Klebstoff beschichtet ist, die ablösbar auf der Unterlage 4 aus Abziehmaterial getragen wird. Ein größerer Abschnitt neben einer Querkante der oberen Fläche des Tragteils 6 ist mit einer Schicht 8 aus Klebstoff, wie einem wasserlös lichen oder Heißschmelz-Klebstoff, beschichtet, und die Schicht 8 von Klebstoff klebt am Tragteil 6 eines Mehrschichtetiketts 10, wie z.B. eines Heftes. Die Schicht 8 kann in Form von extrudierten Wülsten oder Streifen oder als Ganzflächenbeschichtung aufgebracht sein. Ein selbstklebendes Schichtmaterial 12, wie ein durchsichtiges Kunststoffmaterial, hat eine selbstklebende Rückfläche, und das Schichtmaterial 12 ist durch seine selbstklebende Fläche über den Tragteil 6 und das Etikett 10 geklebt, um dadurch die ganze Vorderfläche des Etiketts 2 zu bilden. Ein Abschnitt 14 des Schichtmaterials 12 ist am Querrand 16 des Tragteils 6 angeklebt, der nicht vom Etikett 10 abgedeckt ist. An der anderen Querkante des Etiketts 2 umfasst das Schichtmaterial 12 einen Randteil 18, der durch seine selbstklebende Fläche direkt an der Unterlage 4 aus Abziehmaterial angeklebt ist. Aus 1 ist wiederum ersichtlich, dass eine Ecke des Randteils 18 des Schichtmaterials 12 auf seiner nach rückwärts gerichteten selbstklebenden Fläche mit einem Farb- oder Tintenfleck 20 beschichtet ist. Der Farbfleck 20 erstreckt sich so weit wie der freie Rand 22 des Schichtmaterials 12 und bildet eine nicht angeklebte Klappe 24, die nicht selbstklebend ist.
  • Bei Gebrauch wird das Etikett 2 von der Unterlage 4 aus Abziehmaterial entfernt und an einem Produkt durch die selbstklebende Fläche des Tragteils 6 und die selbstklebende Fläche des Randabschnitts 18 des Schichtmaterials 12 angeklebt. Wenn es erwünscht ist, das Mehrschichtetikett 10 zu öffnen, zieht ein Benutzer von Hand die nicht angeklebte Klappe 24 weg, um den Randabschnitt 18 vom Produkt freizusetzen.
  • Die Verwendung eines Farbflecks auf der nach rückwärts gerichteten Fläche des Randabschnitts ist eine saubere und zweckmäßige Lösung, um einen Benutzer bequem in die Lage zu setzen, zu erkennen, welcher Teil des Etiketts abgezogen werden muss, damit er das Etikett öffnen kann, und es ergibt sich auch eine Klappe, die nicht am Produkt anhaftet.
  • In 3 ist schematisch eine Vorrichtung zur Anwendung eines Verfahrens für die Herstellung des Etiketts gemäß der ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Es ist eine Rolle 26 einer Unterlage 4 aus Abziehmaterial vorgesehen, welches eine Folge von ausgestanzten Tragteilen 28 trägt. Die Unterlage 4 aus Abziehmaterial mit den Tragteilen 28, die abziehbar auf derselben haften, wird zu einer Farbaufbringstation 30 geleitet, in welcher Farbflecken 20 in Folge auf die obere Fläche der Unterlage 40 von Abziehmaterial aufgebracht werden. Die Druckstation 30 kann normalerweise aus Druckwalzen 32 bestehen. Der Streifen läuft dann zu einer Klebstoffaufbringstation 34, in der eine Klebstoffschicht 36 auf die obere Fläche der Tragteile 28 durch einen Klebstoffapplikator 38 aufgebracht wird. Der Streifen läuft sodann zu einer Etikettaufbringstation 40, in welcher eine Folge von Etiketten 42 auf eine entsprechende Folge von Klebstoffschichten 36 aufgebracht wird, und sodann wird die zusammengesetzte Anordnung zu einer Schichtmaterial-Aufbringstation 44 geleitet, in der ein Streifen von selbstklebendem Schichtmaterial 46 von einer Rolle 48 desselben abgegeben und auf die Oberseite der Anordnung aufgebracht wird. Die kombinierte Anordnung läuft sodann zu einer Schneid- oder Stanzstation 50, welche aus einer Stanzwalze 52 und einer Gegendruckwalze 54 besteht. In der Stanzstation 50 schneidet die Stanzwalze 52 durch das Schichtmaterial 46, die aufgebrachten Etiketten 42 und die Tragteile 28, um dadurch die sich ergebenden Etiketten 2 gemäß 1 und 2 auszuschneiden, wobei der rückständige Abfallstreifen 56 entfernt und von einer Rolle 58 aufgenommen wird. Die auf der Unterlage 4 von Abziehmaterial getragenen Etiketten 2 werden sodann von einer Vorratsrolle 60 aufgenommen.
  • Ein weiteres Etikett, das nicht in Übereinstimmung mit der Erfindung steht, ist in 4 dargestellt. Bei diesem Etikett ist der Tragteil weggelassen. Das selbstklebende Etikett 62 besteht aus einem Mehrschichtetikett 64, das direkt auf eine Unterlage 66 von Abziehmaterial mittels einer Schicht 68 von druckempfindlichem Klebstoff aufgeklebt ist. Die Schicht 68 aus druckempfindlichem Klebstoff kann entweder in Form von extrudierten Streifen oder Wülsten oder als eine Ganzflächenbeschichtung aufgebracht sein. Ein selbstklebendes Schichtmaterial 70 erstreckt sich über beide Querränder des Mehrschichtetiketts 64, und das Schichtmaterial 70 wird durch seine nach rückwärts gerichtete selbstklebende Fläche an zwei gegenüberliegenden Randabschnitten 72, 74 derselben auf die Unterlage 66 von Abziehmaterial aufgeklebt. Ein Eckklappenabschnitt 75 der nach rückwärts gerichteten Fläche des Randteils 74 ist mit einem Farbfleck 76 beschichtet, der den Flecken nichtklebend macht. Wenn das selbstklebende Etikett 62 an einem Produkt angeklebt wird, wird der Etikettenkörper an dem Produkt durch die Klebstoffschicht 68 angeklebt, und die Ränder des Etiketts 62 werden am Produkt durch die Randabschnitte 72, 74 angeklebt. Der Randabschnitt 74 kann leicht durch manuelles Ergreifen des Eckklappenabschnitts 75, der durch den Farbflecken 76 gebildet wird, vom Produkt abgezogen werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Selbstklebendes Etikett, das aufweist: einen selbstklebenden Tragteil (6), der auf einer Unterlage (4) von Abziehmaterial getragen wird, einen mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitt (10), der auf dem selbstklebenden Tragteil (6) angeordnet ist, ein selbstklebendes Schichtmaterial (12), das sich über den mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitt (10) erstreckt und an diesem durch seine selbstklebende Fläche angeklebt ist, um dadurch zwei selbstklebende Randteile (14, 18) desselben auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitts (10) zu bilden, wobei einer der Randabschnitte (18) durch eine selbstklebende Rückfläche desselben an der Unterlage (4) von Abziehmaterial lösbar angeklebt ist und der bezüglich des einen Randabschnitts (18) andere Abschnitt (14) an einer Fläche des Tragteils (6) angeklebt ist, und bei welchem das Etikett eine nicht angeklebte Klappe (24) aufweist, die abgezogen werden kann, um den einen Randabschnitt (18) freizulegen und dadurch den mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitt (10) zu öffnen.
  2. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Mehrschichtabschnitt (10) ein Heft ist.
  3. Selbstklebendes Etikett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem der mehrschichtige Etikettenabschnitt (10) am Tragteil (6) angeklebt ist.
  4. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folge von selbstklebenden Etiketten (2), die auf einer Unterlage von Abziehmaterial getragen werden, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: (a) Herstellen einer Folge von selbstklebenden ausgestanzten Tragteilen (28) auf einer Unterlage (4) von Abziehmaterial; (b) Aufbringen einer Folge von mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitten (42) auf die Folge von Tragteilen (28); (c) Aufbringen eines selbstklebenden Schichtmaterials (46) auf die Folge von mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitten (42) und Tragteilen (28) sowie die Unterlage (4) von Abziehmaterial, wobei das Schichtmaterial (46) an demselben durch seine selbstklebende Fläche angeklebt wird; und (d) Durchstanzen des Schichtmaterials (46) und der mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitte (42) sowie der Tragteile (28), um dadurch die selbstklebenden Etiketten (2) zu bilden, wobei jedes selbstklebende Etikett (2) erste und zweite Abschnitte (18, 14) des Schichtmaterials umfasst, die jeweils an der Unterlage (4) von Abziehmaterial sowie an einem jeweiligen Tragteil (28) angeklebt sind und wobei das selbstklebende Etikett (2) eine nicht angeklebte Klappe (24) aufweist, die abgezogen werden kann, um den ersten Abschnitt (18) freizugeben und dadurch den mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitt (42) zu öffnen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem die mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitte (42) aus Heften bestehen.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei welchem die mehrschichtigen Etikettenabschnitte (42) an der Folge von Tragteilen (28) angeklebt sind.
