Veränderbare Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung für Steckerkupplungen
Zusatz zum Patent 719 956 Im Hauptpatent ist eine veränderbare Unverwechselbarkeitsvorrichtung
für Steckerkupplungen beschrieben, bei der der eine Kupplungsteil mit einem drehbaren
Einsatz versehen ist, der !einen Führungsstift trägt und um einen zentralen, auf
einer Seite abgeflachten Stift drehbar ist. Der ;andere Kupplungsteil besitzt ebenfalls
:einen um ,einen zentral liegenden Hohlzapfen drehbaren Einsatzbeil. Bei dieser
Anordnung erfolgt die Festlegung des Einsatzteiles der einen Kupplungshälfte zugleich
durch den Führungsstift 7, der durch eine Öffnung des Einsatzteiles in ein entsprechendes
Gewinde eingreift. Bei der anderen Kupplungshälfte erfolgt die Festlegung des drehbaren
Einsatzteiles durch eine Schraube, die innerhalb der dem Führungsstift des ersten
Kupplungsteils jentsprechenden: Bohrung angebracht ist; es ist also leicht möglich,

durch Schraubverbindungen vorzunehmen, .die nur von den inneren Teilen der Kupplungshälften
zugänglich sind. Die Einsätze können also nur verstellt werden, wenn die einzelnen

Der in Abb. z gezeigte Kupplungsbeil biesitzteinen Gehäusekörper 5,
in dem eine: zur Aufnahme der federnden Kontaktelemente 3' dienende Isolierhülse
H angeordnet ist. Mit

9 verbunden, die 'einen Führungsstift 8 besitzt. Der Führungsstift 8 ist auf einer

Der Einsatz 6 trägt einen Stift 7, der mit dem drehbaren-Einsatz 6 fest vernietet
ist. Die Feststellung des Einsatzes 6 erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch eine Schraube
12, die durch den Metallkörper 9 geführt ist und in entsprechende Gewindelöcher
!des Einsatzes 6 eingreifen kann. Die Schraube 12 ist nur vom Innern des Kupplungsteiles
her zugänglich. Der in Abb.2 dargestellte zweite Kupplungsteil besteht aus einem
Isolierkörper i, der in einer Metallhülse 2 fest angebracht ist, z. B. in der Wandung
eines Gerätes. Die Kontakte 3 sind im Isolierkörper i befestigt. Innerhalb des feststehenden
Metallkörpers q. ist ein drehbarer Einsatz io angeordnet, der eine zylindrische
Bohrung 7', passend zum Stift 7, trägt. Der Einsatz io ist um einen Hohlzapfen 8'
des Körpers q. drehbar. Der Hohlzapfen hat eine abgeflachte Bohrung, die zum feststehenden,
abgeflachten Stift 8 paßt. Die Stellung des Einsatzes io ist durch die Schraube
i i, die ebenfalls nur vom inneren Teil der Kupplungshälfte zugänglich ist, festgelegt.
Eine Verstellung der Kupplungseinsätze durch Unbefugte ist also nach der Erfindung
