Die obige Lösung wird, nachdem sie zur erforderlichen Consistenz eingedampft ist, in heifsem Zustande in ein Gefäfs gebracht, dessen Boden mit einer Anzahl feiner, warzenförmiger Oeffnungen ausgestattet ist, aus welchen die Gelatinemasse unter dem erforderlichen Druck in Form der gewünschten Fäden herausgeprefst wird.Gelatin in the chemical sense, d.
