Claims (17)

1. Einrichtung zur Koagulation biologischer Gewebe, insbeson­ dere im Gastrointestinaltrakt, für ein Endoskop mit minde­ stens einem Arbeitskanal, welche Einrichtung eine Verbin­ dungsleitung zum Anschluß an eine HF-Spannungsquelle zur Zufuhr von Koagulationsstrom zu dem Gewebe vom distalen Ende des Endoskops her aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von einem Gasvorrat durch den Arbeitskanal (7) ein ioni­ sierbares Gas zuführbar ist, daß distal oder proximal in den Arbeitskanal (7) eingesetzte Mittel (2; 11) mit einer Austrittsöffnung (9) zum Austritt des Gases vorgesehen sind, daß im Strömungsweg des Gases vor dem Austritt aus der Austrittsöffnung (9) eine zum Ionisieren des Gases und zur Zufuhr des Koagulationsstroms dienende Elektrode (8) angeordnet ist, und daß die Austrittsöffnung (9) in radia­ ler Richtung des Arbeitskanals (7) ausgerichtet ist.Comprising 1. means for coagulation of biological tissue, in particular in the gastrointestinal tract, for an endoscope with minde least a working channel, which device comprises a Verbin extension cable for connection to an RF voltage source for supplying coagulation current to the tissue from the distal end of the endoscope ago, characterized characterized in that from a gas supply through the working channel ( 7 ) an ionizable gas can be supplied that distal or proximal in the working channel ( 7 ) inserted means ( 2 ; 11 ) are provided with an outlet opening ( 9 ) for the outlet of the gas that in the flow path of the gas before the outlet from the outlet opening ( 9 ) is used for ionizing the gas and for supplying the coagulation current electrode ( 8 ) is arranged, and that the outlet opening ( 9 ) is aligned in the radial direction of the working channel ( 7 ). 2.
