Das Kernstück der Aufwickelvorrichtung 2 ist ein drehbar gelagerter geschlitzter Dorn 21, wie er in einer ersten Ausführungsform in Fig. 2 im Schrägbild dargestellt ist. Die Abschlußscheibe 25 weist eine Rast einrichtung 26 auf, die mit den freien Enden der Zinken 23, 24 in der Weise zusammenwirkt, daß diese freien Enden mit nockenartigen Verdickungen in die Rasteinrichtung 26 einschnappen können und somit die Abschlußscheibe 25 auf dem Dorn 21 gesichert ist. Die Zinken können auch aus U-förmigen, einander zugewandten Profilen (nicht gezeigt), z. B. aus Aluminium oder aus halbbogenförmigen Profilen wie in Fig. 6 dargestellt, bestehen. Diese U-förmitgen Profile werden auf einen mit der Abschlußscheibe verbundenen, entsprechend den U-Profilen ausgebildeten Klotz aufgeschoben. Nach Abziehen der Abschlußscheibe greifen die U-Profile ineinander, wodurch das Herausziehen des Dornes aus der Abfallpapierrolle besonders erleichtert wird.The core of the winding device 2 is a rotatably mounted slotted mandrel 21, as shown in an oblique view in a first embodiment in FIG. 2. An dem der Abschlußscheibe 25 entfernt liegenden Ende des Dornes 21 ist ein Handrad 28 befestigt, das aufgeschraubt sein kann, wie es in Fig. 3 gezeigt ist oder aber auch mit einer Nutfederverbindung oder einer sonstigen drehmomentübertragenden Verbindung auf einem Lagerzapfen des Dornes 21 aufgesteckt sein kann. Anstelle des Handrades 28 kann auf dem Lagerzapfen auch eine Kurbel 29 befestigt sein, wie es in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist. In diese nach oben offenen Lagerschalen 44 kann der Dorn 21 von oben her eingelegt werden und ist damit drehbar gelagert. Vorzugsweise ist der Dorn 21 an beiden Enden mit Abschlußscheiben 25a versehen (vergleiche Fig. 8L die den Lagerschalen 44 angepaßte Lagerzapfen 27 aufweisen. Zur Sicherung des Dornes 21 bzw. der Lagerzapfen 27 der Abschlußscheiben 25a in den Lagerschalen 44 sind an der Oberseite der Lagerböcke 43 Schieberiegel 45 vorgesehen, die nach Einlegen der Lagerzapfen 27 in die Lagerschalen 44 die oben offenen Lagerschalen 44 zumindest so weit verschließen, daß ein Herausstoßen bzw. Im Hinblick auf eine kostengünstige Herstellung der Patientenliege- oder Sitzeinrichtung sollen sowohl für die Aufwickelvorrichtung als auch für die Spenderrolle vorzugsweise gleiche Abschlußscheiben 25a vorgesehen sein, die zur Lagerung und Zentrierung der Spenderrolle 1 als auch zur Lagerung des Aufwickeldornes 21 dienen. Diese Abschlußscheiben 25a (vergleiche Fig. 5 und Fig. 8) weisen dann vorzugsweise hohle Lagerzapfen 27 auf, in die die Kurbel 29 mit einer geschlitzten Nabe 30 axial von außen her einsteckbar ist. Daraus ergibt sich auch der Vorteil, daß die Kurbel 29 auf jeder beliebigen Seite der Aufwickelvorrichtung angebracht werden kann. Die Nabe 30 der Kurbel 29 wird gegenüber der Abschlußscheibe 25a vorzugsweise durch eine Keil-Nut-Verbindung drehsteif verbunden. Hierzu kann die Grundplatte der Haltespange 3 mit Hilfe von Spannpratzen 48 sowohl an Vertikal- als auch an Horizontalstreben 50 der Liege- oder Sitzeinrichtung festgeklement werden. Zur Festklemmung dienen Schraubenbolzen 49, die in entsprechende Gewindelöcher der Grundplatte der Haltespange 3 einschraubbar sind und dabei die Spannpratzen 48 spannen (vergleiche Fig. 7).FIG. 7 shows a fastening device 37, 38 which is an alternative to the fastening device 37, 38 shown in FIG. 4.
