Description
- Borne de jonction et de raccordement pour l'asservissement de locaux fixes ou mobiles, notamment pour l'alimentation d'une unité sanitaire pouvant elle-même être rattachée à une caravane ou à un camping-car.
- L'invention concerne une borne de jonction et de raccordement entre un réseau d'alimentation en eau potable et un réseau électrique basse-tension et une unité sanitaire fixe ou mobile, cette borne assurant également la connexion entre cette unité et un réseau d'évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux ménagères.
- Dans les camps aménagés et en particulier dans les campings, il n'existe actuellement que des équipements collectifs sanitaires souvent sommaires. La situation est sensiblement la même sur les chantiers de construction, voire également certaines écoles rurales, qui ne sont pas toujours dotés des équipements voulus tant sur le plan qualitatif que sur le plan quantitatif.
- La présente invention a pour but de remédier à cette situation et d'offrir aux collectivités, qu'il s'agisse précisément de campings, de chantiers de construction ou d'écoles, des unités sanitaires mobiles pouvant être raccordées aisément à une borne d'asservissement qui fait également partie de l'invention.
- La borne d'asservissement présente la particularité de regrouper en un tout compact tous les moyens en eau potable, en électricité et en évacuation des eaux usées, de manière à pouvoir alimenter l'unité sanitaire qui pourra être utilisée telle quelle ou comme complément d'une caravane ou d'un camping-car ne disposant précisément pas de tels moyens sanitaires.
- L'invention concerne donc essentiellement une borne de jonction et de raccordement entre, d'une part, un réseau d'alimentation en eau potable et un réseau électrique et, d'autre'part, une unité sanitaire fixe ou mobile, cette borne assurant également la connexion entre cette unité et un réseau d'évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux ménagères, borne caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée d'un bloc en matériau résistant formé de deux cellules dont la principale est encastrée dans le sol mais affleure celui-ci, tandis que l'autre forme la partie émergeante de la borne, ce bloc étant pourvu de raccords rapides pour sa jonction avec l'unité sanitaire dotée de raccords complémentaires, ledit bloc regroupant dans sa cellule inférieure le réseau d'évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux ménagères, et dans sa partie supérieure le réseau d'alimentation en eau potable ainsi que le réseau électrique.
- Suivant un mode de réalisation, les deux cellules sont de forme sensiblement parallélipipédique et constituent un ensemble en forme de L dont l'aile horizontale est encastrée dans le sol, tandis que l'aile verticale est en saillie et est fixée sur la première.
- Suivant une caractéristique de l'invention, l'unité sanitaire raccordée à la borne précitée comprend une première enceinte renfermant des équipements tels que cuvette, lavabo, douche, et une seconde enceinte formant coin cuisine, caractérisée en ce que l'unité sanitaire comprend sur l'une de ses faces frontales une ouverture entourée d'un couloir mobile et extensible, susceptible d'assurer la jonction avec un local d'habitation, les différents réseaux de l'unité sanitaire étant raccordés à la borne de jonction qui peut s'encastrer dans cette unité.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description ci-après et des dessins annexés dans lesquels :
- - La Fig. 1 est une vue en coupe transversale des cellules inférieure et supérieure de la borne, selon un premier mode de réalisation.

- La borne d'asservissement est destinée, comme indiqué précédemment, à l'alimentation des équipements sanitaires qui sont le complément de l'équipement d'une caravane ou d'un camping-car, de type courant. Cette borne est constituée essentiellement de deux parties ou cellules, la partie supérieure regroupant les alimentations en eau, électricité et, en option, la télévision, tandis que la cellule inférieure, destinée à être enterrée, regroupe les évacuations des eaux ménagères et des eaux vannes. Cette cellule inférieure peut être de deux types, soit celui illustré en Figure 1 où cette cellule est reliée à une station d'épuration, soit celui illustré en Figure 5 où cette cellule est reliée à l'égout public.
- Dans le cadre du premier mode de réalisation illustré sur les Figures 1 à 4, la borne d'asservissement est constituée essentiellement d'une enveloppe 1, constituant la cellule sùpérieure, cet enveloppe étant résistante aux chocs, pour permettre son encastrement dans un mur en maçonnerie, ladite enveloppe étant divisée en deux compartiments 2 et 3, l'un réservé à l'eau potable, l'autre à l'électricité. Cette enveloppe est fixée, par exemple par boulonnage, sur la cellule inférieure 4 qui, elle aussi, est résistante aux chocs, cette cellule regroupant les réseaux d'évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux ménagères.
- Le compartiment 2 de la cellule supérieure destinée à la distribution de l'eau potable comporte une canalisation aboutissant à un robinet d'arrêt 6. Au-delà de ce robinet, une partie verticale 51 permet la pose éventuelle d'un compteur d'eau (non représenté). La conduite 51 se termine à l'une de ses extrémités par un robinet extérieur 7, pour prise d'eau potable, et à son autre extrémité par une prise d'eau à raccord universel 8 permettant un branchement immédiat avec une construction fixe ou mobile. Afin d'éviter le gel de l'eau pendant les périodes hivernales, ce compartiment est complété par un isolant thermique 9 qui l'enveloppe sur tous ses côtés. Par ailleurs, ce compartiment comporte sur sa face arrière une porte de visite 10 permettant d'avoir accès en particulier au robinet d'arrêt 6. Cette porte permet, par ailleurs, de pouvoir, si nécessaire, calorifuger les conduites 5 et 51.
- Le compartiment 3 de la cellule supérieure, tel que visible en Figure 4, est lui aussi branché sur le réseau général basse-tension, par l'entremise d'un câble sous fourreau 11, celui-ci aboutissant à un boîtier de connexion 12, lui-même muni d'une porte de visite 13, ce boîtier comportant un disjoncteur différentiel, et une borne de terre (non représentée) ainsi que des prises de courant extérieures étanches 14. Ce boîtier de connexion 12 peut être équipé d'une prise de télévision reliée à une antenne collective.
- La cellule inférieure est constituée, comme indiqué précédemment, d'une enveloppe résistante aux chocs et est destinée à être enterrée de façon telle que sa face supérieure 15 affleure le niveau du sol, cette enveloppe 16 étant entourée d'un isolant thermique 17 afin d'éviter le gel des canalisations d'évacuation des eaux vannes et des eaux ménagères. Cette enveloppe 16 est fermée en partie supérieure par un couvercle semi-fixe 18 et par une partie mobile 19 (Figure 4). Ces couvercles 18 et 19 sont réalisés en un matériau suffisamment résistant pour permettre le passage des roues d'un véhicule sans se déformer. Dans le premier mode de réalisation, tel qu'illustré sur les Figures 1 à 4, cette cellule inférieure comprend une canalisation 20 d'un diamètre approprié et munie de tous ses accessoires, en particulier d'un siphon disconnecteur 21 (Fig. 3), ce siphon recevant les eaux vannes d'une unité sanitaire individuelle ou collective 22, soit encore les eaux traitées d'un sanitaire chimique par l'entremise d'un raccord 23, soit enfin les eaux ménagères préalablement dégraissées ou les eaux d'un siphon de sol 24. Les eaux ménagères sont dégraissées à l'aide d'un bac dégraisseur 25 constitué de façon classique de deux bacs de décantation séparés par une paroi 26 ménageant, par rapport au fond du bac, un passage 27 par lequel s'effectue le transfert de l'eau du bac A dans le bac B. Les eaux ménagères d'une unité sanitaire individuelle ou collective, provenant de la conduite 28, se déversent dans le premier bac A puis remplissent progressivement, par le fond, le bac B, après quoi, ces eaux dégraissées sont évacuées par la canalisation 20 ou par un réseau séparé 29.
- Dans le second mode de réalisation illustré sur les Figures 5 à 7, la cellule supérieure 30, en saillie, est rigoureusement identique à la cellule 1 de la Figure 1, la différence de construction portant essentiellement sur les équipements de la cellule inférieure 31. En effet, dans ce cas cette cellule inférieure est reliée à un tout-à-l'égout et comprend une canalisation 32 reliée à un siphon disconnecteur 33, celui-ci recevant les eaux vannes d'une unité individuelle ou collective 34, les eaux ménagères d'une caravane ou similaire 35, les eaux ménagères d'une unité individuelle ou collective 36 et enfin, les eaux traitées d'un sanitaire chimique 37 et les eaux d'un siphon de sol 38 situé sous le robinet d'eau. Les canalisations d'amenée des eaux vannes 34-36-37 et 35 se jettent donc toutes dans le siphon 33, qui lui-même évacue ces eaux usées par la canalisation de fort diamètre.
- La borne telle que décrite ci-dessus, qu'il s'agisse du premier mode ou du second mode de réalisation, est destinée à permettre l'asservissement de constructions fixes ou mobiles et, en particulier, d'unités sanitaires qui seront le complément ou le prolongement de caravanes ou de campings-cars qui ne disposent pas d'un tel équipement sanitaire.
- L'exemple donné en Figure 8 montre une unité sanitaire constituée de deux cellules 39 et 40. La première renfermant de façon classique un w.c. 41, une douche 42 et un lavabo 43, la seconde cellule étant équipée d'un évier et d'une table de travail avec possibilité de rangement 44. Une porte 45 assure la communication entre les deux cellules 39 et 40 et une seconde porte 46 mène dans un vestibule 47, celui-ci comportant deux portes 48 et 49 situées en regard. La face frontale arrière de cette unité sanitaire comportant, dans l'exemple considéré, un couloir extensible 50 en forme de soufflet. Celui-ci assure la jonction entre l'unité sanitaire et la partie postérieure d'une habitation fixe ou mobile, par exemple la face latérale ou arrière d'une caravane 51 ou d'un camping-car. Les alimentations et les évacuations des différents appareils de cette unité sanitaire sont raccordées à la borne d'asservissement 52, en tout point comparable à celles illustrées sur les Figures 1 à 7, la partie supérieure de cette borne, c'est-à-dire la partie en saillie de cette borne en forme de L, pouvant venir s'encastrer sous l'évier 40, comme cela est visible en Figure 9, soit encore derrière le siège des w.c. ou être accolée à la cellule sanitaire.
- L'eau chaude peut être fournie par un acculumateur électrique simple ou par un accumulateur électrique couplé avec un capteur solaire; le chauffage est sssuré par des appareils électriques.
- Les unités sanitaires telles qu'illustrées sur les Figures 8 et 9 peuvent être groupées pour constituer une installation sanitaire de grande capacité et ses différentes unités peuvent être réalisées en divers matériaux ou être couvertes ou habillées pour permettre leur parfaite insertion dans le site et leur adaptation aux conditions locales.
- Il faut, en effet, comprendre que la borne peut assurer l'asservissement de constructions fixes autres que l'unité sanitaire illustrée en Figures 8 et 9 et que cette unité peut, quant à elle, fonctionner seule comme installation sanitaire de chantier ou de colonie de vacances, sans être reliée à une caravane ou à un camping-car, ladite unité étant dans ce cas simplement couplée à la borne qui en assure l'alimentation et l'évacuation des eaux usées.
- L'invention couvre donc individuellement la borne d'asservissement et l'unité sanitaire et, en combinaison, cette borne et cette unité associées à une habitation mobile telle qu'une caravane ou un camping-car.
