Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sweeper, in particular for collecting dusty material and its use for collecting aluminum dust in iron and steel works or cement.
- Street cleaning machines are known (CH-PS 582 281), but they are not suitable for collecting fine dusts in industrial plants, since these dusts, e.g. Aluminum dust, only whirled up, but not picked up and deposited.
- the use of so-called industrial vacuum cleaners is out of the question because of their far too low performance for collecting such dusts in technical companies.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning machine which is suitable for technical, in particular aluminum processing plants or aluminum smelting works and which is capable of collecting and depositing even the finest dusts without enveloping the machine in a dust cloud.
- a main mouthpiece with at least one nozzle blowing from the outside against the center of the mouthpiece and an internal suction pipe,
- a separating piece on the blower pressure side for dividing the conveyed air in order to feed part of the blow nozzles in the main mouthpiece and the other part to another separator and
- FIG. 1 shows a circuit diagram of a sweeper for picking up aluminum dust
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic illustration of a sweeper in side view, - 3 -
- FIG. 4 is a front view of the sweeper of FIG. 2,
- Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the model of a sweeper, analogous to Figs. 2-4, with three layers of the secondary nozzle (with solid, dashed and dash-dotted lines).
- Fig. 1 shows the circuit diagram of a system 1 for receiving aluminum dust, with the pneumatic and the separation system.
- a main blower 3 is provided with a pressure port 4, which is divided into a main duct 6 and a secondary duct 7.
- the conveying air is divided by means of a flap 8 which can be pivoted about an axis 5 and which can be adjusted manually via a linkage or by means of a servomotor.
- the main channel 6 opens into a main mouthpiece 9 and supplies a side ring nozzle 10 - there may also be several nozzles extending over at least part of the circumference - with compressed air which blows the dust present against the center of the main mouthpiece 9.
- a main pipe 12 with a suction nozzle 13 (arranged in the center or off-center) sucks off the air laden with aluminum dust.
- a secondary nozzle 15 is provided with a funnel 16 and a suction channel 19, which is designed to be movable, for example as a tube.
- the suction duct 17 and the main suction pipe 12 merge into a common duct 19, an adjustment flap 20 being arranged in the union in order to make the air quantities correspondingly adjustable.
- the community channel 19 is in - 4 -
- a cyclone inlet piece 22 In this there is a rotating, for example, motor-driven impeller 23. This slows Trenn ⁇ o the coarse parts such as paper, facial mask parts. Like. Off 'while the transport air through the perforated plate 21 with the blades
- the secondary duct 7 leads to a bag filter 38 with a chamber 39 and an outlet 40.
- filter bags 41 are known to be hung next to one another and, if appropriate, one behind the other.
- the resulting fine powder is discharged at the outlet 40, while the exhaust air leads through an exhaust air duct 43 into an exhaust air blower 45 which blows the air, which has been practically cleaned of aluminum dust, into the atmosphere.
- the bag filter 38 no further details are disclosed about the bag filter 38, such as, for example, the automatic cleaning by shaking the filter bag, its replacement, the use of the corresponding tissue, etc. - since these are part of the prior art.
- FIG. 5 shows a four-wheel vehicle 50 with a driver's cab 52 and a bridge 53 on which the blower 3, the main mouthpiece 9 and the secondary nozzle 15 can be seen.
- the collecting bunker 28 with the cyclones is shown schematically, as well as the bag filter 38 with the internal filter bags, the entire four-wheel vehicle 50 with the driver's station 52 and the bridge 53.
- a drive group 55 which can also be seen in FIGS. 2-4, drawn with auxiliary units 57.
- the secondary nozzle 15 is arranged to be displaceable due to the movable suction channel 17, for example in the form of a tube, the normal working position in FIG. 5 with a solid line, for sweeping niches with dashed lines and the cleaning position of raised heels, for example

Abstract
The difficulty of storage and collection for aluminum dust, cement and the like is to reject the dust-free transport air into the atmosphere. A sweeper solving this problem presents in combination the following parts: - a main mouth (9) with at least one nozzle (10) blowing from the outside against the middle of the mouth and a suction pipe (12) located at the 'interior, - a secondary nozzle (15) with a suction pipe (17) movable relative to the main mouth (9), - a common pipe (19), into which the two suction pipes (12, 17 ), -a coarse separator (23) has before it a multiple cyclone separator (24, 25, 26), - a duct (34, 35) bringing the air from the cyclone on the suction side of a fan (3), - a separation piece (4) on the discharge side of the fan for sharing the discharged air, and for bringing a part to the nozzle (10) blowing in the main mouth (9) and the other part to a separator (38) and, - an exhaust fan (45) provided at the outlet of the separator (38).
