Eine Röntgendiagnostikanlage dieser Art ist beispielsweise in der DE-OS 28 03 913 beschrieben. Dabei ist ein Regelkreis für die Dosisleistung vorhanden, der diese aufgrund eines eingestellten Sollwertes konstant hält. Der Istwert der Dosisleistung wird durch einen im Lichtweg zwischen dem Ausgang des Röntgenbildverstärkers und der Fernsehkamera vorgesehenen Fühler gebildet.An X-ray diagnostic system of this type is described for example in DE-OS 28 03 913. Bei einer .solchen Röntgendiagnostikanlage kann bei Störungen trotz des Auftretens von Röntgenstrahlung am Ausgang des Röntgenbildverstärkers kein Bild auftreten oder trotz eines vorhandenen Ausgangsbildes des Röntgenbildverstärkers ein Videosignal und damit ein Fernsehbild fehlen. Bei solchen Störungen werden der Patient und der Benutzer unnötig mit Strahlung belastet. - Röntgenbildverstärkers auftritt und ein Fernsehsignal vorliegt und bei der bei Störungen eine automatische Abschaltung der Röntgenröhre erfolgt.

Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß Meßvorrichtungen zur Bildung von elektrischen Signalen vorhanden sind, die von dem Auftreten von Röntgenstrahlung, von Licht am Ausgang des Röntgenbildverstärkers und eines einem Röntgenbild entsprechenden Videosignales abhängen und daß diese Signale einer Sicherheitsschaltung zugeführt sind, die die Röntgenröhre abschaltet, wenn nach dem Auftreten von Röntgenstrahlung kein Licht und/oder kein Videosignal auftritt.
