The edges of the foils 4 are sealed together. The thickness of the enclosed plastic layer 5 is approximately 3-5 mm. When spread out, the insert has a length of approx. 4-7 cm, depending on the size of the shoe. On the side of the insert 3 that comes into contact with the toes, a layer 6, preferably fine goat leather, is glued. The side of the insert 3 that does not come into contact with the foot is covered with a fine, smooth layer 7. Layer 7 is preferably made of plastic, e.g. Imitation leather, but can also consist of goat leather.

- the insert 3 adapts to every tip and toe shape.
- the touching and bearing surface of the foot This significantly increases the tip and the specific surface pressure is reduced and balanced so that the pain-causing pressure, friction and wound areas disappear.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einlage für Ballettschuhe für Spitzentanz. The invention relates to an insert for ballet shoes for top dance.
Since the foot and toes are perpendicular to the floor in the tip dance, the tip of the shoe must be hard to keep the body in balance. Inside the shoe, however, the toes can hardly adapt to the hard shape of the tip, so that the weight of the whole person is often only supported on a few points of the tip of the foot. This causes painful blisters, skin abrasions and bruises and especially prevents budding dancers from participating in the necessary regular training.
The manufacturers of ballet shoes for top dance could not overcome these disadvantages with foam inserts. That is why the dancers try to eliminate the pain themselves by inserting cotton wool, wet paper towels or cut foam. Certain dancers should even use veal liver slices in order to continue dancing with open wounds.
The invention is based on the object of creating a plastically adaptable insert in which the free space between the toes and the tip of the shoe is filled, so that the weight of the person can be absorbed by the largest possible area of the tip of the foot.
This object is achieved according to the invention by an insert, which is the one in the characterizing part of the patent has features listed 1.
- Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach Linie III-III der Fig. 2.
- 1 the toes embedded in the insert in the ballet shoe,
- Fig. 2 is a plan view of the spread insert, and
- 3 shows a section along line III-III of FIG. 2nd
So that the ballet shoe 1 for lace dance maintains its beautiful shape, the toe is provided with a hard, firm shell 2 made of paper mache (Fig. 1). To protect the tip of the foot, in particular the toes, an insert 3 is provided which nestles plastically against the toes.
In the spread state, the insert 3 has an oval shape (FIGS. 2 and 3). Between two fine, dense, resiliently tough foils 4, a plastic, conforming,
The insert 3 is usually inserted loosely into the shoe 1. It can also be glued or sewn into the shoe 1. It can, for example, already be installed in the shoe 1 during manufacture and fastened with the lining.
The insert 3 adapts to every tip and toe shape. The touching and bearing surface of the foot This significantly increases the tip and the specific surface pressure is reduced and balanced so that the pain-causing pressure, friction and wound areas disappear. The insert remains in the shoe 1 for repeated use, while maintaining its adopted form of adaptation.
