Polyamide oxidieren z.B. bei 170° bis 200° und werden dann brüchig und mürbe. Die erfindungsgemäß beschichteten Verschlüsse und Haftwaren halten 40° bis 50° mehr aus. Vermutlich wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß die dünne Metallschicht den Kunststoff vor der Berührung mit dem Sauerstoff der Luf schützt. Durch diese höhere Temperaturbeständigkeit wird das Anwendungsgebiet der textilen Haftverschlüsse auf Schutzanzüge für extreme Einsätze, auf Filter in Feuerungsanlagen, auf Heizungsanlagen und dergleichen erweitert. Die Filter in Feuerungs-und Heizungsanlagen müssen auswechselbar sein.
