Description

Bei einer Vorrichtung gemäss der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 857 629 besteht der Uebertragungsmechanismus aus einem Gestänge sowie Zugelementen, die an den Querbalken des Schaftes parallel zur Längserstreckung der Weblitzen angreifen. Die Teile des Gestänges sind an den Seiten des Webschaftes unten und oben an den Querbalken in Haken eingehängt. Zum Herausnehmen der Schäfte aus der Webmaschine müssen mindestens zwei Haken gelöst werden. Nach Entfernen eines oder mehrerer Schäfte ist der Mechanismus zur Hin- und Herbewegung der Schäfte unterbrochen. Die Teile des Gestänges müssen beim neuerlichen Ankuppeln von Schäften einzeln festgehalten und an entsprechende Teile des Webschaftes angehängt werden. Der Federrückzug, der den Uebertragungsmechanismus verspannt, ist zu entspannen, während die Schäfte aus der Webmaschine entfernt sind. Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Schaftantriebsvorrichtung zu schaffen, deren Uebertragungsmechanismus zu den Schäften einfach handzuhaben ist. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass die Schäfte an den Querbalken Ansatzelemente aufweisen, in welche eine in Richtung der Hin- und Herbewegung des Schaftes verlaufende Verzahnung eingearbeitet ist, an welche mittels eines Klemmelements eine ebenfalls mit einer Gegenverzahnung versehene Partie einer Lasche im Uebertragungsmechanismus angepresst wird. Nach Einbringen eines Schaftes in die Webmaschine muss zur Befestigung an den Uebertragungsmechanismus lediglich eine Verschraubung beispielsweise an einer Klemmhülse angezogen werden, wodurch der Schaft mit dem Uebertragungsmechanismus fest verbunden ist. Wenn die Rillen der Verzahnung in Längsrichtung des Querbalkens verlaufen, ist eine einfache Höhenverstellbarkeit des Schaftes gegeben. Die ineinandergreifenden Rillen am Ansatzelement des Schaftes und an der Lasche des Uebertragungsgestänges erzeugen eine hohe Flächenpressung zwischen den aneinandergedrückten Teilen und sorgen so für eine gute Sicherheit gegen Verrutschen des Schaftes gegenüber dem Uebertragungsmechanismus auch bei vergleichsweise bescheidener Verschraubungskraft. An der Lasche des Uebertragungsmechanismus kann eine Anschlagmuffe angeklemmt werden, welche dafür sorgt, dass nach Entfernung und Wiedereinlegen eines Schaftes in der Webmaschine ohne Umstände die ursprüngliche Schaftposition gefunden wird.It is an object of the present invention to provide a shaft drive device whose transmission mechanism to the shafts is easy to handle.
