Abstract

Athletic shoe sole with cleats having exchangeble grip elements that are snap-locked to a mounting stud. The grip element can easily be inserted and removed again, without impairment of shoe sole stability or danger of damage thereto, by the provision of interactive engagement formations, comprised of a minimum of one raised area 16, 17, 26 and a complementary recessed area 19, 28, that have at least one inclined surface that produces a relative axial shifting between the gripping element and mounting stud when the gripping element is rotated about its longitudinal axis. Preferably, the raised areas 16, 17, 26 are arranged such that, in the snap-locked condition, they do not have operative contact with the recessed areas 19, 28, but can be brought into operative contact by rotating grip element 11 around its longitudinal axis x, and thereafter the grip element 11 can be pressed out over the catch point of the snap-lock device or snap-lock devices 8, 12 to release the grip element from the mounting stud.

Description

The present invention relates to a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.

In such sports shoes, it is known to screw the gripping elements into cylindrical threaded openings in the sole of the shoe. This weakens the sole of the shoe at the fastening points. Due to the high load that the gripping elements exert on the threaded openings, there is a risk that they will be expanded or even damaged, at least in the case of overloads, so that a secure hold of the gripping elements is no longer guaranteed under all types of loads.

With a sports shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, the invention is intended to solve the problems of designing the gripping elements and the sole of the shoe in such a way that they are easy to use and easy to remove. This should be possible without reducing the strength of the shoe sole and without the risk of damaging it.

This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

Due to the elastic material of the gripping elements or their part facing the shoe sole, which is advantageously also softer or more elastic than that of the pin and / or the sole material itself, it is easy to snap on and remove without damaging the shoe sole. Due to the provided elevations in the manner of an inclined plane, when the gripping element is rotated, a lifting pressure is generated which pushes the gripping element outwards via the cogging torque. This means that no damage to the shoe sole can occur even when the gripping elements are removed, and removal and possible re-fitting is possible in a very short time.

In FIG. 1, 1 denotes part of a shoe sole, in particular the outsole of a sports shoe, for example a football, hockey or field handball shoe draws. This generally consists of a single part made of injection-molded or cast plastic, such as polyurethane, polyethylene, polyamide, hexamethylene diamine adipic acid polycondensate or the like. It extends over the entire sole, that is to the heel. However, the heel and the actual sole part can also consist of two separate parts, in which case the pins according to the invention, described below, can then be provided in each of these parts. The distribution of the pins is carried out in manner known per se, for example by the B e lastungsprofil of the sole and / or after the required grip of the sports shoe on a playing field.

A pin 2 is firmly injected or cast into the outsole 1 by means of a flange 3 attached to it. Recesses 4, for example in the form of openings, are preferably provided in the flange 3 in order to ensure good anchoring of the flange 3 to the sole material. Basically, the pins 2 can also consist of the material of the outsole 1 and thus be integrated with the latter.

The pin 2 projects beyond the sole tread 5. The pin 2 can be cylindrical or frustoconical in shape, namely with the wider base on the shoe sole 1.

The outer jacket 6 of the pin 2 is provided in the end region 7 with a locking arrangement designed as an annular groove 8. The shoe sole 1 or a sole part applied separately to the shoe sole 1 is provided with an annular bead 9 which surrounds the pin 2 at a certain distance, so that a circular free space 10 is formed between the outer jacket 6 of the pin 2 and the inner wall of the annular bead 9 .

A gripping element 11 can be plugged onto the pin 2 with as little play as possible and can be inserted into the free space 10 with as little play as possible. This gripping element 11 has as a locking means an annular rib 12 which can snap into the annular groove 8 and thus fasten the gripping element 11 on the pin 2. The gripping element 11 expediently rests with its bottom 13 in a force-fitting manner on the exposed bottom 14 of the flange 3, which surrounds the pin base 15. In principle, two or more ring ribs 12 or ring grooves 8 can also be attached to the gripping element 11 or to the pin 2.

In order to be able to easily remove the gripping element 11 again from the pin 2, 3 elevations 16 in the form of radial, roof-shaped ribs are provided on the bottom 14 of the flange. Likewise, elevations 17 are formed with the bottom parts 13 at the inner end of the gripping element 11 in that the foot 18 of the gripping element 11 is provided with radial, roof-shaped grooves 19 which correspond to the elevations 16 on the bottom 14 of the flange 3. At least one elevation 16 or 17 is provided on the pin base 14 or on the gripping element base 13, and at least one of them is designed as an inclined plane on at least one side.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, the roof-shaped design of the elevations 16 and the grooves 19 means that both sides are inclined. For ease of assembly, they are designed to be associated with one another in such a way that they do not touch or only touch slightly in the locked state. Only when the gripping element 11 is rotated about its longitudinal axis x (FIG. 2) does an elevation 17 slide on the inclined plane of the corresponding elevation 16 or both inclined planes slide on one another. This creates a force in the direction of the longitudinal axis x, through which the gripping element 11 is pressed downward from the shoe sole 1. The height of the elevations 16, 17 is dimensioned such that the latching connection between the pin 2 and the gripping element 11 is overcome, that is to say the annular rib 12 snaps out of the annular groove 8.

An advantageous embodiment of this arrangement provides that the elevations 16, 17 are arranged such that the gripping element 11 can be rotated by a blind angle α (FIG. 3) without the elevations 16, 17 coming into operative connection with one another. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, this is possible in that the bottom parts 13 of the gripping element 11 are smaller than the bottom parts 14 of the flange 3. In FIG. The blind spot α is also entered. It is assumed here that the groove 19 is deeper than the elevation 16.

In order to be able to rotate the gripping element 11 well, key engagement surfaces 20 are formed on it in that, preferably, acute-angled notches 21 (FIG. 4) are provided in the outer wall. The outer wall can also be designed as a square or hexagon or the like, so that conventional spanners can be used and no special key is required.

The gripping element 11 can advantageously consist of two parts, namely the gripping element part 11 'which is designed as a latching part and the gripping lug 11''which forms the actual gripping element. These parts are firmly connected to one another, for example glued or welded. For better anchoring of the two parts 11', 11 "Shaped pins 22 can also be provided on the gripping lug 11, which pins 22 'fit into corresponding bores 23 of the gripping element part 11' intervention. The gripping lugs 11 "consist of a material which is adapted to the soil conditions in the usual way.

Relatively hard or very hard and, if possible, also flex-resistant material is used as the material for the pins 2. When molded onto the shoe sole 1, the shoe sole 1 or at least the outsole, if the shoe sole is made of different materials, consists of such a hard material, such as hard PVC, hard polyurethane, polyethylene, polyamide, polyimide, polycarbonate or the like .. When using pegs 2 as inserted, latched or molded individual elements, these consist of the plastics mentioned, in which case the sole can consist of a softer material.

The pins 2 can also be used as individual elements made of metal, such as aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, steel, die-cast zinc or the like, or of ceramic, such as aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, steatite, silicon carbide or the like, or of mixtures thereof other ceramic offsets such as Si0 2 , CaO, Mg0 etc. exist.

To better hold the gripping element 11 on the pin 2, a pin 25 engaging both in the gripping element 11 or in its gripping studs 11 "and in a central bore 24 of the pin 2 can also be attached. The latter can be integrally formed on the gripping stud 1111 or in another suitable manner Be fastened there and it expediently consists of an elastic material that is tougher than the gripping element material or also of metal.

According to another embodiment of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, which may be additionally applicable According to the invention, the means for pressing off the gripping element 11 from the outer jacket 6 of the pin 2 can be provided in the form of threaded sections 26 of a multi-start thread. In this case, the inner wall 27 of the gripping element 11 or of the gripping element part 11 ″ is provided with corresponding counter-thread sections 28, for example in the form of corresponding grooves, which are open at the bottom 13.
