Definitions
- the invention relates to a portable clean room system for installation at any location such as construction sites and. the like
- the object of the invention is to provide such a portable clean room system with which clean room classes of size 1oo and more can be achieved.
- this object is achieved by a conventional large container, which is divided in the longitudinal direction into a lockable antechamber from the front, a work space connected to it by a passage with a curtain and a clean room which is separated from the work space by a lock with a hermetically lockable door Clean room and curtain can be walked to the work area, a filter connected to a controllable fresh air inlet, a mixing chamber, a heater and a blower containing air blower is provided on one long side of the container under its ceiling, mainly within the work area, of which an air recirculation device containing a fan is provided, one of which is under the ceiling
- the duct system of the container which is filtered for high purity, can first be introduced laminarly into the clean room from above via a large suspended particle filter, from there via further filters for the most part directly into the work area and for the smaller part into the loop from above can be transported as shower air and finally can be returned from the work room into the mixing chamber for renewed circulation with the addition of fresh air
- the inventive division of the container in the longitudinal direction in connection with a special air duct and The arrangement of the lock with an air shower between the work area and the clean room can indeed, as measurements have shown, give extraordinarily high clean room values in the clean room while still maintaining a very high level of cleanliness in the work room.
- the highest pressure in the clean room resulting from the air flow prevents recontamination from the work area and the anteroom, and the constant air circulation and simultaneous renewed filtering with the addition of only a fraction of fresh air of preferably 10% creates even after initial contamination by the work piece Material and the workers working in the clean room in a comparatively short time, such as 30 minutes, the required degree of clean room.
- the lock is arranged in the work area on the transverse wall separating it from the clean room and, together with the work area, has a suspended ceiling with separate chambers above the work area or above the lock, through which clean air from the clean room can be conveyed via openings in the transverse wall equipped with filters to outlet openings provided with further filters in the suspended ceiling above the work space or the lock.
- a partial flow of, for example, 25% of the clean air entering the workspace can be branched off to the lock with a total air circulation of approx. 2.ooo m3 / h, which is about 5oo m3 / h leads to an effective shower effect before entering the clean room.
- the lock conveniently connects to the air recirculation device opposite longitudinal wall of the container, and a separate channel runs along the longitudinal wall within the suspended ceiling from the air circulation device to the front wall of the container delimiting the clean room and opens there into a filter box containing the large-area particle filter on the underside above a work table.
- This arrangement is particularly pleasant for the workers working in the clean room and avoids annoying and sometimes even dangerous cross currents.
- the inlet for the recirculated air is in the circulating device on the underside of the mixing chamber, and underneath is a cooling unit that can be flowed through vertically in the working space, the condenser of which can be attached to the outside of the container and through flexible lines for the refrigerant sealed bushings in the container wall can be connected to the cooling unit.
- This arrangement not only ensures a thorough, constant air exchange in the work area, but also achieves an effective air conditioning of the rooms in the container in the warm season or when the container is exposed to intense sunlight.
- Yet another design feature of the invention provides that the fresh air inlet and the outlet for the excess air are arranged on the front side of the container delimiting the antechamber. Since this front side is directed backwards when moving the container, contamination of these openings is largely avoided, which is particularly desirable for the fresh air inlet.
- Both the fresh air inlet and the outlet for the excess air can be provided with motor-adjustable flaps, which determine the effective passage cross section and thus the proportion of fresh air or excess air discharged, which, as already mentioned above, should be about 10%, which with an air volume of approx. 2.ooo m3 / h to be transported through the rooms corresponds to an exchange volume of approx. 2oo m3 / h.
- the curtains between the anteroom and the work area and between the work area and the lock are expediently formed by aprons made of laterally overlapping plastic strips, which on the one hand allow people to pass through and on the other hand ensure a sufficient separation of these rooms in the normal position in the course of the pressure gradient created by the air circulation .
- a last design feature of the invention provides that all electrical monitoring devices for the air circulation device and possibly the cooling unit as well as the electrical lighting and power supply of the rooms are arranged in the anteroom, so that outgoing particles are forced with the excess air from the anteroom directly to step outside.
- the container shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 from the outside differs from the usual container designs purely externally only in that it has a lockable door 12 on its one front side 10 and a window 18 that can be covered by folding shutters 16 on one longitudinal side 14.
- a panel 20 can be attached which indicates the name of the owner and / or serves as an advertising medium.
- the interior of the container is divided by two transverse walls 22 and 24 into a relatively short anteroom, a work space 28, which takes up most of the length of the container, and a clean room 30.
- the storage space 26 is connected to the working space 28 by a passage opening 32 which is covered by a curtain 34.
- the curtain 34 suitably consists of laterally overlapping plastic strips which largely prevent the passage of air up to a certain gap at the lower end in the normal hanging state.
- the transverse wall 24 between the work space 28 and the clean room 3o can be hermetically closed by a door 36, in front of which there is a lock 42 separated from a wall 38 and a further curtain 4o within the work space 28.
- the lock 42 (and thus also the door 36) connects directly to the side wall 14 of the container and opens via the curtain 4o in the direction of the opposite side of the container.
- a window 44 is also sealingly inserted, which provides visual contact between the working space 28 and Clean room 3o allowed.
- FIGS. 4 and 6 illustrate, on the side wall 46 of the container opposite the side wall 16 there is an air circulator, designated in its entirety as 5o, below its ceiling, which is connected via an air inlet 52 to the front side 1o of the container and is located around the Extends half the length of the work space.
- the air circulation device 5o contains one behind the other in this direction of extension a pre-filter 54 of type class EU 3 as a filter for the outside air, a mixing chamber 56 for outside air and recirculated air with an inlet opening 58 on the bottom for the latter, - an electric air heater 6o, an electric motor-driven blower 62, - A micro filter 64 of type class EU 5 and a silencer 66.
- a channel 68 connects to the tapered outlet of the air circulation device 5o, directly under the ceiling of the container, which leads to a filter box 7o in the clean room 3o.
- the filter box 7o is located on the front wall 72 of the container there and contains in its bottom a large-area suspended matter filter 74, which allows the air conveyed by the air circulation device 5o to flow downward in a laminar manner against a work table 76 located underneath.
- the ceiling of the work space like that of the lock at 78 or 8o, is suspended to form a gap to the ceiling of the container and creates two separate chambers adjoining the transverse wall 24 are open to the clean room 30 via openings 82 and 84 provided with filters in the transverse wall 24 above the window 44 and the door 36, respectively.
- the suspended ceiling 78 above the working space 28 contains two openings 86, 88 with longitudinal spacing, which are also covered by filters. As a result, part of the clean air from the clean room 3o can flow into the working space via the opening 82, the chamber above the suspended ceiling 78 and the openings 86, 88.
- the suspended ceiling 8o of the lock 42 contains an opening 9o covered by a filter, from which the remaining air flows into the lock from the clean room 3o and thereby a person who wants to enter the clean room beforehand "takes a shower” with clean air ".
- This air then passes under the curtain 40 into the working space 28 and is largely sucked in again by the blower 62 through the opening 58 in the bottom of the mixing chamber 56.
- part of the air from the working space 28 flows under the curtain 34 into the anteroom 26 and leaves it through an outlet 92 opposite the air inlet 52 with respect to the door 12, which, like the air inlet, has a motor-adjustable flap for determining the effective passage cross section is provided.
- lights 94 are arranged on the ceiling of the clean room 3o, lights 96 on the suspended ceiling of the work area and lights 98 on the ceiling of the anteroom for illuminating these rooms.
- cooling unit 1oo Below the opening 58 of the mixing chamber 56 on the transverse wall 32 there is a cooling unit 1oo, through which air can flow vertically in the work space, the condenser 10o2 of which is attached to the front 1o above the door when the container is in use, and through flexible lines (not shown) with corresponding lines sealed bushings in the container wall can be connected to the cooling unit 1oo.
- the capacitor 1o2 is removed and stored in the container.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a portable clean room system for installation at any location such as construction sites and. the like
The manufacture of semiconductor chips as well as the manufacture of certain pharmaceutical preparations and other products requires the highest degree of air purity in which the manufacturing process takes place. For this purpose, it is known to create corresponding clean rooms in which the number of dust particles, depending on the size, does not exceed the prescribed quantities per room unit in accordance with the federal standard 2o9B, which corresponds to the VDI regulation E 2o83.
The creation of such clean rooms in solid buildings has been known for a long time and allows numerous variations depending on the structural conditions. In recent times, however, there has also been a need for portable clean room systems that can be set up at short notice and possibly only temporarily at any location, for example in order to be able to manufacture semiconductor chips that have been specially developed for this purpose when building an industrial company with automated production.
The object of the invention is to provide such a portable clean room system with which clean room classes of size 1oo and more can be achieved.
According to the invention this object is achieved by a conventional large container, which is divided in the longitudinal direction into a lockable antechamber from the front, a work space connected to it by a passage with a curtain and a clean room which is separated from the work space by a lock with a hermetically lockable door Clean room and curtain can be walked to the work area, a filter connected to a controllable fresh air inlet, a mixing chamber, a heater and a blower containing air blower is provided on one long side of the container under its ceiling, mainly within the work area, of which an air recirculation device containing a fan is provided, one of which is under the ceiling The duct system of the container, which is filtered for high purity, can first be introduced laminarly into the clean room from above via a large suspended particle filter, from there via further filters for the most part directly into the work area and for the smaller part into the loop from above can be transported as shower air and finally can be returned from the work room into the mixing chamber for renewed circulation with the addition of fresh air while at the same time deriving the excess air from the anteroom through a controllable outlet.
The inventive division of the container in the longitudinal direction in connection with a special air duct and The arrangement of the lock with an air shower between the work area and the clean room can indeed, as measurements have shown, give extraordinarily high clean room values in the clean room while still maintaining a very high level of cleanliness in the work room. The highest pressure in the clean room resulting from the air flow prevents recontamination from the work area and the anteroom, and the constant air circulation and simultaneous renewed filtering with the addition of only a fraction of fresh air of preferably 10% creates even after initial contamination by the work piece Material and the workers working in the clean room in a comparatively short time, such as 30 minutes, the required degree of clean room. Persons who enter the container from the outside will, as usual, put on protective clothing that suitably hangs or is on standby in the vestibule, and will then be subjected to an intensive air shower inside the lock after first "cleaning" in the work area, which prevents it from being unnecessary a lot of particles are carried into the clean room with the clothes. There, the constant circulation of the air, which is filtered again and again, ensures that the remaining particles, which still adhere to clothing and the remaining parts of the body, are largely removed.
According to a first feature of the advantageous embodiment of the invention, the lock is arranged in the work area on the transverse wall separating it from the clean room and, together with the work area, has a suspended ceiling with separate chambers above the work area or above the lock, through which clean air from the clean room can be conveyed via openings in the transverse wall equipped with filters to outlet openings provided with further filters in the suspended ceiling above the work space or the lock. With this arrangement, a partial flow of, for example, 25% of the clean air entering the workspace can be branched off to the lock with a total air circulation of approx. 2.ooo m³ / h, which is about 5oo m³ / h leads to an effective shower effect before entering the clean room. The lock conveniently connects to the air recirculation device opposite longitudinal wall of the container, and a separate channel runs along the longitudinal wall within the suspended ceiling from the air circulation device to the front wall of the container delimiting the clean room and opens there into a filter box containing the large-area particle filter on the underside above a work table. This arrangement is particularly pleasant for the workers working in the clean room and avoids annoying and sometimes even dangerous cross currents.
According to another design feature of the invention, the inlet for the recirculated air is in the circulating device on the underside of the mixing chamber, and underneath is a cooling unit that can be flowed through vertically in the working space, the condenser of which can be attached to the outside of the container and through flexible lines for the refrigerant sealed bushings in the container wall can be connected to the cooling unit. This arrangement not only ensures a thorough, constant air exchange in the work area, but also achieves an effective air conditioning of the rooms in the container in the warm season or when the container is exposed to intense sunlight.
Yet another design feature of the invention provides that the fresh air inlet and the outlet for the excess air are arranged on the front side of the container delimiting the antechamber. Since this front side is directed backwards when moving the container, contamination of these openings is largely avoided, which is particularly desirable for the fresh air inlet. Both the fresh air inlet and the outlet for the excess air can be provided with motor-adjustable flaps, which determine the effective passage cross section and thus the proportion of fresh air or excess air discharged, which, as already mentioned above, should be about 10%, which with an air volume of approx. 2.ooo m³ / h to be transported through the rooms corresponds to an exchange volume of approx. 2oo m³ / h.
The curtains between the anteroom and the work area and between the work area and the lock are expediently formed by aprons made of laterally overlapping plastic strips, which on the one hand allow people to pass through and on the other hand ensure a sufficient separation of these rooms in the normal position in the course of the pressure gradient created by the air circulation .
Finally, a last design feature of the invention provides that all electrical monitoring devices for the air circulation device and possibly the cooling unit as well as the electrical lighting and power supply of the rooms are arranged in the anteroom, so that outgoing particles are forced with the excess air from the anteroom directly to step outside.

The container shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 from the outside differs from the usual container designs purely externally only in that it has a
