Such a device is used to apply inscriptions of special designs to cylindrical objects, such as ampoules, and is used in the electronic and electrotechnical industry.
For the automated marking of ampoules, it is already known from the brochure of the Swiss company Frevit from 1986, an insertion magazine above a loading disc and, downstream, a printing block, a conveyor for transporting the ampoules through a drying chamber, a block with which the ampoules can be used be brought from a horizontal to a vertical position, and to provide a discharge magazine. In the An ozone apparatus, a fan and a sensor connected to an oxygen cylinder are arranged several meters long. The block for changing the position of the ampoules consists of a complicated inclined spiral groove. The block for printing comprises a disc, a printing block, a coating cylinder, a conveyor disc for the printing ink, application rollers, intermediate rollers and an ink container in a vertical arrangement one above the other.
The structure of this known system is very complicated. Since oil-based inks are used for printing, subsequent drying is required, which means that the marking process takes a relatively long time. Overall, the device is very large and heavy. In addition, ampoules must be used, the dimensional accuracy of which is very high.
Another device known from SU-
The known device cannot be used for marking ampoules made of glass, since these break very often when the arrangement is made.
The object underlying the invention is therefore to design the device for the automated marking of cylindrical objects, in particular ampoules made of glass, with a simple construction with low weight and small dimensions so that the marking with high quality and high productivity even with cylindrical objects and ampoules is feasible from glass if they differ greatly in their dimensions.
This object is achieved on the basis of the device for automatic marking of the generic type in that the insertion magazine, the loading disc, the conveyor and the printing device are arranged in a plane which is at an angle to the horizontal plane in which the discharge magazine is arranged It is inclined (upwards) that the conveyor has an M-shaped ampoule carrier fastened to an endlessly rotating conveyor element and is arranged between the printing device and a roller disk, that the pressure device has a pressure disk under which the roller disk for lifting the ampoules off the ampoule carriers is arranged away to the pressure plate and for a lowering away from the pressure plate back onto the ampoule carrier, and that the device for carrying out a change in position of the ampoules is a conical disk with recesses on the periphery for receiving the ampoules, the axis of the conical disk on which lies the angle between the horizontal plane and the plane bisecting it.
The angle between the horizontal plane in which the discharge magazine is arranged and the plane inclined to it, in which the insertion magazine with loading disc, the conveyor and the printing device are arranged, is expediently 110 ° to 160 °.
Vorzugsweise beträgt dieser Winkel 120°.This angle is preferably 120 °.
It is advantageous if the printing device has a cliché applied to a roller and an ink container with squeegee and coating roller assigned to the ink application on the cliché, and if peripheral sections on the printing disc for the transfer of the ink image from the cliché and for transfer to the respective roller disc ampoules raised from the ampoule carriers are provided.
In this case, rollers are expediently arranged on the circumference of the roller disk at equal intervals, between which the ampoules are received.
The device according to the invention has a simple structure and enables the marking of cylindrical objects, in particular ampoules made of glass, with high quality, high productivity and without risk of breakage, the cylindrical objects or ampoules being able to have differences in their geometric dimensions. The device is also light in weight, small in external dimensions and requires little energy. For Printing, arranging and packing the printed ampoules eliminates all manual work and associated personnel problems.

As can also be seen from FIG. 3, a
An electronic follow-
The
The
Between the delivery side of the
As can be seen from Fig. 4, the
The device according to the invention works as follows: the
