Abstract
Une tête d'écriture à l'encre à couches multiples, dans laquelle chaque buse d'écriture (27) est reliée par un canal (20) à une chambre de pression (17), comprend une tête encreuse en sandwich fabriquée séparement et composée d'une pluralité de plaques superposées, structurées de façon à correspondre aux canaux d'encre et fixées les unes aux autres par un procédé de soudure par diffusion. Un côté de la tête encreuse en sandwich est formé d'une plaque à membrane (14) et l'autre côté par la plaque portant les buses (26). Une partie de réception ayant une alimentation en encre incorporée sert d'élément de montage pour la tête encreuse en sandwich. Tous les évidements recevant l'encre de la tête en sandwich sont formés par des ouvertures des plaques individuelles.A multi-layered ink writing head, in which each writing nozzle (27) is connected by a channel (20) to a pressure chamber (17), comprises a separately manufactured sandwich ink head composed of a plurality of superimposed plates, structured to correspond to the ink channels and fixed to each other by a diffusion welding process. One side of the sandwich ink head is formed by a membrane plate (14) and the other side by the plate carrying the nozzles (26). A receiving part having a built-in ink supply serves as a mounting member for the sandwich ink head. All of the ink-receiving recesses of the sandwich head are formed by openings in the individual plates.
