Abstract

A circuit element for the fitment of an elongated measuring conductor has a switch and a resistor which are mounted in a plastic housing. Connecting tabs 25 and 27 are provided for electrical connection, and are accessible for connection in pairs, geometrically corresponding to one another, on two mutually opposite outer sides of the plastic housing, so that the circuit elements can be connected to a measuring conductor in a uniform manner in a row by soldering connecting tabs which are then opposite to one another. The connecting tabs extend in a common contact plane 19 which, for its part, extends closely along the cover side 29 of the plastic housing 4. <IMAGE>
