Description

The invention relates to a floor covering with a fiber web or the like anchored in a latex layer or the like as an upper running layer with a softer underlayer, in which a lower plate is provided, which is formed with knobs from a knitted or woven web, the knobs of which protrude on one side in rows at a distance from each other to form cable ducts.

Such a panel made of a knitted or woven web, the threads of which consist of synthetic resin-coated or impregnated chemical or natural fibers, shows high stability with low weight.

The object of the invention is to improve such a floor covering of the aforementioned type in such a way that, with relatively simple mechanical production and floor laying with auxiliary workers, a roll-up and roll-out floor covering formed from individual sheets or tiles (slabs) is created, which in addition to a relatively low specific Weight a high step resistance strength and weight-bearing capacity and also dampens vibrations. Furthermore, the floor covering should have a low electrical volume resistance with a good possibility of ground discharge.

According to the invention, this object is achieved with a floor covering of the aforementioned type in that a bottom-side tangled fiber layer made of natural and / or chemical fibers is arranged on the underside of the plate equipped with upwardly facing knobs and that a load-compensating plate is provided over the plate equipped with knobs lies, which bears the fiber web anchored in latex or the like with a stiffening intermediate layer of bitumen or the like arranged underneath.

Such a floor covering shows, with the formation of advantageous channels for electrical or optical cables, a relatively thin and thus occupying little space, which on the one hand is resistant to higher loads and on the other hand has high insulation values.

Such a floor covering in particular also dampens vibrations which, on the one hand, originate from installed machines or the like or, on the other hand, can run up against the floor from the outside.

In a preferred embodiment, the bottom-side tangled fiber layer adheres to an initially soft, then hardening filling compound, preferably made of fiber cement, which is filled into the knobs.

According to a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, the load-compensating plate made of metal or the like, on which the fiber pile or the like with its layer of latex or the like is placed, is releasably adhered to the top of the knobs. On the underside of this latex layer is one strength-enhancing layer formed from hardening bitumen or the like.

Except for the load-compensating panels and carpet tiles, all layers of such a floor covering are designed so that they can be rolled up and transported and stored.

The bottom tangled fiber layer is fleece-shaped and elastic and can consist of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, polyacrylic or the like.

Weitere Merkmale ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.Further features emerge from the subclaims.

The protection extends not only to the individual features, but also to their combination.

The metal plate (13) can consist of sheet steel or the like, such as aluminum-plated or galvanized steel plate. It can be designed as a light metal plate such as an aluminum plate or as a fiber-reinforced plastic plate. It has a thickness of approx. 1 - 1.3 mm. The elastic running layer, which has a hardening bitumen layer (14) on the underside, lies on this metal plate (13) then over it a latex layer (15) in which the fibrous web (16) on the outside is embedded in a known manner. The three layers (14, 15, 16) of the overlay are already inextricably linked to one another in terms of manufacture.

The knobs (11) are filled with a fiber-interspersed cement (concrete) (17), which is first filled in gently and then hardened. This filling compound (17) preferably encloses reinforcingly in the mesh openings of the knobs (11).

On the initially soft free surface of the fiber-reinforced cement (17), a random fiber fleece (12) is pressed as a support layer, which adheres to the wide surface of the cement when the cement hardens.

This tangled fiber layer (12) also consists of man-made fibers or natural fibers and can have a thickness of 0.2-3 mm, preferably 0.5-2 mm; it weighs between 40 and 200 g / m².

This tangled fiber layer (12) covers on the one hand the uncovered areas of the fiber cement (17), which gives the knobs (11) a high compressive strength.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, an additional fiber layer (18) is additionally switched between the end face of the knobs (11) and the plate (13), which additionally serves for sound insulation.

A floor covering according to the invention is designed to be flame-retardant in accordance with ASTM 648 E or DIN 4102.

The fiber cement blocks (17), which are softly filled and hardening in the knobs (11), penetrate the mesh openings of the knobs (11).

Fig. 2 Höhe der Noppen 15 mm Durchmesser der Noppen 10 mm oben 21 mm unten Dicke des Gewirkes 1,05 mm Weite der Maschen 1,1 mm Dicke der Metallplatte 1,3 mm Dicke der mittleren Wirrfaserschicht 2,0 mm Dicke der unteren Wirrfaserschicht (ohne Laufschicht, d. h. ohne Bitumenschicht, ohne Latexschicht mit oberem Faserflor) 0,2 mm The threads of the knitted fabric (or fabric) are preferably coated or impregnated with a hardening plastic. Embodiment. Fig. 2 Height of the knobs 15 mm Diameter of the knobs 10 mm above 21 mm below Thickness of the knitted fabric 1.05 mm Width of the stitches 1.1 mm Thickness of the metal plate 1.3 mm Thickness of the middle tangled fiber layer 2.0 mm Thickness of the lower random fiber layer (without running layer, ie without bitumen layer, without latex layer with upper fiber pile) 0.2 mm
