Es sind Waschmaschinen bekannt, bei denen die Programmein­gabe und die Programmsteuerung nach dem vorstehend beschrie­benen Prinzip ausgebildet sind (DE-A-35 42 503). Diese in der Praxis realisierten Anordnungen zur Programmeingabe und Programmsteuerung von Waschmaschinen besitzen den Vorteil, daß für die Anwahl eines durchzuführenden Wasch­programmes nur wenige Eingabefunktionen ausgeführt werden müssen. Trotzdem wird es von manchen Benutzern noch als nachteilig empfunden, daß bei der Vielzahl der in ge­wünschter Weise angebotenen Zusatzfunktionen, wie Spar­programme, Schongangprogramme und dgl., doch noch eine ganze Reihe von Einstellungen vorgenommen werden müssen.Washing machines are known in which the program input and the program control are designed according to the principle described above (DE-A-35 42 503). Die Anwahl wird über die den Drucktastenschaltern (4) zugeordneten Anzeige-­LEDs (5) quittiert. In dieser Form bleiben dann die Zusatz­funktionen in dem nichtflüchtigen Speicher (8) erhalten und werden bei jedem neuen Programmstart immer wieder automatisch für das jeweils ausgewählte Hauptprogramm aktiviert. Dadurch benötigt der Benutzer nur noch eine einzige Einstellung am Drehwahlschalter (3). Das jeweils dazu ablaufende Zusatzprogramm bekommt er durch die Anzeige-­LEDs (5) zur Kontrolle angezeigt. Sollte er einmal die Zusatzfunktionen verändern wollen, kann er durch Betätigung des jeweiligen Drucktastenschalters (4) die Funktion aufheben bzw. wieder neu setzen oder über die Löschtaste (10) die vorgewählten Zusatzfunktionen insgesamt löschen und eine neue Auswahl vornehmen. Claims (5)

1. Verfahren für die Programmeingabe und Programmsteuerung von Haushaltsgeräten, wie Wäschebehandlungs- und Geschirr­spülmaschinen, mit einer Programmeingabevorrichtung, bei der ein anwählbares Hauptprogramm mittels Drehwahl­schalter und weitere Zusatzfunktionen mittels Drucktasten­schalter einstellbar sind, und mit einer Mikrocomputer­steuerung, durch die der Programmablauf der Maschine gesteuert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drucktastenschalter (4) für die Zusatzfunktionen als nichtrastende Drucktastenschalter ausgebildet sind, daß die für ein jeweils angewähltes Arbeitsprogramm ausge­führten Eingabebefehle der Drucktastenschalter (4) einem nichtflüchtigen Speicher (8) der Mikrocomputersteuerung (7) zugeführt und dort gespeichert werden,
und daß die so im nichtflüchtigen Speicher (8) eingeschrie­benen Zusatzfunktionen bei jedem Neustart des gleichen Arbeitsprogramms automatisch aktiviert werden.

und daß den nichtrastenden Drucktastenschaltern (4) jeweils Anzeige-LEDs (5) zur Anzeige der aktivierten Zusatzfunk­tionen zugeordnet sind.
