An der hinteren Stirnseite des Schutzgehäuses 25 ist eine Türe 28 angeordnet, durch welche der Sitzplatz 24 zugänglich bzw. begehbar ist. Durch eine geeignete Steuerung des betreffenden Transportbandes 5 oder 6 läßt sich der Kunde dann seine Waren zu dem zugehörigen Warendatenleser 7 bzw. 8 transportieren. Dann entnimmt er sie einzeln vom Transportband, führt sie über den betreffenden Warendatenleser 7 oder 8, und legt sie dann unmittelbar danach in den bereitgestellten leeren Einkaufswagen 32 ab. Jede Registrierung wird ihm dabei auf dem Bildschirm 17 bzw. 18 angezeigt. Gleichzeitig wird natürlich auch diese Registrierung in der Registrierkasse registriert und der Bedienungsperson 23 angezeigt.
