Claims (8)
- Steckverbinder für Rückwandverdrahtungen, bestehend aus einer als einseitig offenes rechtwinkliges Gehäuse ausgebildeten Messerleiste zum Aufstecken auf die Messer (14) einer Rückwandleiterplatte (2) und einer in die Messerleiste einsteckbaren mit Aufnahmekammern versehenen und mit einer Baugruppenleiterplatte (3) fest verbundenen Federleiste (1), wobei die Messer und Kontaktfedern (5) parallel in mehreren Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei die einzelnen Kontaktfedern von elektrisch leitfähigen Schirmblechen (4) umgeben sind, welche mit im Zwischenraster sowohl rückwandseitig als auch baugruppenseitig angebrachten Kontaktierungen (9; 10; 11) verbunden sind, die mit einem entsprechenden Potential beaufschlagt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Federleistengehäuse aus durchgehenden Aufnahmekammern besteht, in die metallische Rohre (4) eingeschoben sind, und daß in den Rohren (4) mit Kunststoff (12) umspritzte Kontaktfedern (5) derart eingelegt sind, daß deren Mittelleiter zentrisch zum Rohr (4) gelagert sind, wobei die Umspritzung baugruppenseitig beginnt und im rückwärtigen Federbereich endet. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmekammern rückwandseitig einen Federschenkelanschlag (7) für die Kontaktfeder (5) aufweisen, der gleichzeitig als Einlauftrichter für die Messer (14) dient. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktierungen aus sowohl in der Rückwandleiterplatte (2) als auch in der Baugruppenleiterplatte (3) mittels Einpreßtechnik fest verankerten Büschelsteckern (9) bestehen. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktierungen aus sowohl in der Rückwandleiterplatte (2) als auch in der Baugruppenleiterplatte (3) mittels Einpreßtechnik fest verankerten Kontaktstiften (10) bestehen, die im gesteckten Zustand jeweils in ein Drahtgeflecht (11) bzw. in Kontaktwolle eingedrückt sind, daß in zwischen den Enden der Rohre vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen angebracht ist. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kontaktierungen sowohl rückwandseitig als auch baugruppenseitig über in zwischen den Enden der Rohre (4) vorgesehene Ausnehmungen (13) angebrachte Drahtgeflechte (11) direkt auf Kontaktflächen der beiden Platten erfolgen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rohre (4) einen runden Querschnitt aufweisen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rohre (4) einen viereckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Enden der Rohre (4) an vier diagonal gegenüberliegenden Stellen im wesentlichen kreisbogenförmig ausgeschnitten sind, wobei die nicht ausgeschnittenen Abschnitte der Schirmkontaktierung dienen.
