Damit ist abgesichert, daß bei Vorliegen entsprechender Bedingungen der übergeordneten Verkehrsrechner informiert und sofort mit den entsprechenden Daten versorgt wird, die Datenübermittlung an den übergeordneten Verkehrsrechner ansonsten aber nur in vorgegebenen relativ großen Zeitabständen erfolgt.
